ails in record time. Our tastings were fantastic and they were able to accommodate my mother in laws complicated food allergies. It was so nice to have cake, DJ and photo booth provided through them because it saved a lot of hassle for myself. They allowed us to bring our décor a few days early and they brought it to the venue for us and set it all up. They also packed it all up at the end of the night and brought it back to Berlin with them! We were prepared to bring it home right after the reception but to be able to pick it all up a few days later was such a weight off of our shoulders. I didn’t have to lift a finger and I am so thankful for all of their work. And the food! Everyone has been raving to me about the food. Everything was great. They brought appetizers out to the bridal party while taking photos and made a plate for my husband and I to enjoy alone. Their entire staff made sure that I always had food or drink and checked in often to see if I needed anything. Everyone I encountered that night were so pleasant and happy and helpful. And I think the late night breakfast sandwiches were possibly the best wedding decision I made! My brother and sister in law used them for their wedding 11 years prior and told me not to even look into anyone else but to just hire them. I’m so glad I did. It makes me want to plan another event just so that I can work with Tori, Nina and the whole crew again. Absolutely 100% recommend.

addressed any questions/concerns quickly. We really appreciated how our various allergy guests' needs were taken seriously when planning the menu. Nina was fabulous as our maitre d’ on our wedding day! She was accessible and made sure we were enjoying every moment! Our personal bridal attendant, Mary, was the sweetest and very attentive, keeping us well fed and hydrated! Tori and Dory checked in at the venue at various points during the day and night too. Summit’s team beautifully executed the venue and decor setup. Best of all, they neatly packed up our personal decor, all the florals, and any leftover food/alcohol for us to take home, which took the stress out of the end of the night and allowed us to get to our after-party quickly. It is wonderful to support a family business that makes you feel like you are part of the family! We hope to attend one of their future catered events at The Estate at Eagle Lake to enjoy Summit’s delicious food again and relive our favorite day!

th any of the random questions I had throughout the wedding planning process. She was thorough and kind with every interaction and I felt that I never had a stupid question (even though I'm sure I did, since I've never done this whole wedding thing before!). Tori made the planning process a dream. I could write a novel about their food. I wish they could feed me every day for the rest of my life. Admittedly, I don't usually eat at weddings because the food is always cold and usually sort of bland. I was FULL the whole wedding cause I couldn't STOP eating. My husband was obsessed with their cheesesteak eggrolls but there literally was SO much good food, it's impossible to pick a favorite. They have a wealth of options that you get to provide your guests, and as a pasta lover I was over the moon that one of the options was pasta based. I got to take the pasta home and BOY did I eat well after the wedding too! They work with Time Productions (also a delight) and 2 different bakeries for your cake. We went with the Country Sweets Bakery (a treasure!!!) and the cake was both beautiful and delicious. We went with raspberry cream cheese and chocolate chip cannoli and WOW I do I want a piece of those cakes right now just thinking about them! Beyond the food (although I, again, can talk about it for ages) was the service at the wedding itself. Mary was assigned to stick with my husband and I for the night and she made sure we were always fed and watered. She was so nice and warm and really made sure the both of us ate, which was a blessing. Because of her I got to spend most of my time on the dance floor and chatting with family, which was what I wanted to do. She was also just fun to talk to throughout the night :). All of the staff working this event, from the wait staff to the bartenders, were so kind and accommodating to our guests. My friends and family had nothing but wonderful things to say about all their experiences with the staff. I told my husband that I wished I had more big events in my life so I could have another excuse to hire the Summit Team again and again and again. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks, Summit, for making our big day even better!

n introductory tasting in and of itself. Throughout the planning process Francesca, who was our maitre-d, was communicative, helpful, and supportive. We planned a "mid distance" wedding from where we reside so we often had to request time on weekends to meet with Summit which they accommodated for us which was greatly appreciated. The food- oh my goodness were we blown away. EVERYTHING that comes from the Summit Kitchen is delicious. From our introductory tasting, to our specialized tasting, everything was delicious. Come the day of the wedding everything exceeded expectations. Our guests are still raving about cocktail hour particularly the egg roll station and mac-n-cheese bar. Our bridal attendant made sure we had access to all cocktail hour food taking plates to us both during cocktail hour and having additional selections available to use during the reception. The entrees we sampled and chose were divine the day of and once more we still have guests raving to us about how good their dinners were, especially the stuffed flounder! There was ample dessert and we were so glad we added the hot chocolate and cider bar to add a festive touch to our Christmas season wedding. Francesca and staff ran the night flawlessly, setting up our decorations with extreme care, and breaking down everything efficiently at the end of the night. Additionally, Summit's collaboration with Time Productions for DJ services is an absolute strength as the two teams work well to keep the party going all night long. We were and remain so thankful to them for giving us the very best wedding, and look forward to using their catering services for future events!
