He was professional, and easy to work with. He also played guitar during cocktail hour and was really great, he's an excellent musician so I would highly recommend requesting he do that as well. It was a great addition to the vibe of the evening!

Mike is an extremely talented guitarist and played acoustic guitar during the ceremony and cocktail hour, which added an intimate and personal touch that we (and our guests) loved. He also did a great job emceeing, making sure that everything ran smoothly and on time. During the dancing after dinner, he had a perfect mix of old and new, and played music that got all of our guests on the dance floor. It was truly so special seeing all the people we love dancing and having a great time, and Mike was a massive part of that. His music taste is fantastic and he really does have a knack for feeling out the vibe of a crowd and playing just the right song for the moment. We cannot recommend him enough, thank you Mike for helping to make our special day so lovely!

he killed it, provided a great atmosphere for people to get drinks and apps and catch up with people they hadn’t seen In a while.
His setup for the dance was very nice, the speakers and bass sounded great. Music quality and selection was also great. He played songs for long enough for people to hear them but did a great job of switching to new songs before the end to keep people dancing for longer songs.
As far as helping to guide the crowd, he did that beautifully as well. Not an excessive amount of announcements, and let the party flow, but was on top of reminders for shuttles, movements from dinner to dances, etc.
Couldn’t ask for a better DJ performance, would 100% recommend Mike for any wedding or any other event.

hink through parts of our day that we didn’t even realize needed to be planned. He played all the songs we wanted and mixed in songs we didn’t realize we wanted. He pays attention to the dance floor to tell when certain songs are what people are looking for and when it is time to go to the next song. We had multiple people tell us what a great job he did and one of our friends is even using him for their wedding! If you are looking for a DJ to get people on the dance floor and keep them there, DJ Mike is the way to go!

Mike was not that at all, he made announcements on time and brought great energy without sacrificing the aesthetic of the wedding. We really appreciated the survey that Mike had us fill out, which included many detailed questions about what types of music we wanted to hear during each portion of the evening, what songs we wanted to be played during the ceremony, who was giving speeches, etc. It gave us a lot to think about that we hadn’t initially considered! Mike referred back to our survey responses during a brief phone check-in we had with him before our wedding, which was awesome!
Mike is very kind, professional, and detail-oriented, he responds to emails quickly, and is very well-versed in running a wedding reception! And, of course, he is extremely talented. We are so happy that we chose Mike as our DJ and would highly recommend him!
