Summit Soiree was the perfect partner for us in making our dream wedding a reality! We absolutely loved working with Taylor and her team. They helped us select all our other vendor...
s, which was such a great help because we knew we were getting vetted recommendations. And we loved all of them, thanks to Summit Soiree! We could go on, but Taylor really listened to what we wanted and gave us choices and options that aligned to what we wanted the day to look and feel like (while also keeping as best we could to a budget!). Having our final meeting on Friday with Taylor and our venue, Sunnyside, really set us up to enjoy our own wedding day on Saturday. We felt fully confident Taylor and team would execute, and we could celebrate!
Taylor and her team at Summit Soiree were an integral part of making our Tahoe wedding such a success! Despite only hiring Taylor as a partial planner (& paying a little extra for ...
her help with decor & design), it felt like she did enough work to qualify as more than that! Since Taylor is a Truckee local and has worked with tons of wedding vendors throughout Tahoe, I knew I could trust her advice and opinions. When our original venue fell through, she kept me calm and talked me through my options, ultimately helping me decide on an amazing new location. She also helped us find locations for our rehearsal dinner & goodbye breakfast, and she was always available by phone or email whenever I had a random question. As the wedding got closer, she and her team put together a beautiful design board that gave me incredible ideas for how to personalize the wedding to make it "ours." She took care of finding a canopy tent for the reception and helped us select and order rentals, like linens and tableware. I was also impressed with her ability to handle the difficult personalities in my family and find solutions that worked for everyone. She is truly willing to do anything to make your day perfect. The day before the wedding, we found out the tablecloths provided by the venue were NOT what we wanted, so she ran out to Reno to buy new tablecloths as well as a flower girl basket because we forgot one. Once the wedding day arrived, everything was absolutely perfect! Taylor stayed calm and controlled despite various changes to our timeline and other mini crises, and it allowed us to stay focused on enjoying ourselves. I would definitely say Taylor offers value for money, especially because her flexible packages allow you to tailor her services for what you need - this is not something you can find with most wedding planners in Tahoe these days. We'd highly recommend her. Thank you Taylor & team!!

We were low-key bracing ourselves for some bumps in the road, 'cause that's what everyone says about weddings, right? But guess what? Not a single glitch! You two must have some kind of behind-the-scenes magic going on. Your planning skills, Heather's chill vibes, and the flawless execution – we couldn't have asked for more.
Heather, you defused any stress that came our way like a pro. You both nailed every single aspect. Flowers, music, timing – perfection.
But what stands out is how much you genuinely cared. You really got us, understood what we wanted and what we wanted to be unique to us. Our guests are still talking about how seamless everything was. So, for anyone hunting for wedding planners who go above and beyond, Taylor and Heather are have our highest recommendation! Thanks for making our day beyond amazing.

ed that our vision came to life. On the day, Taylor and her team were very efficient and I was at ease knowing they were taking care of everything in the background. We truly had the best experience and I will be recommending them to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the Reno/Tahoe area. Thank you, Summit Soiree!!

th any tasks that needed to be done. The wedding day was beyond incredible thanks to the help of Taylor. She made sure everything was on time and where it was supposed to be. She took care of all the rentals, but also understood my vision and made that come to life. I was able to enjoy being a bride and didn’t have to worry about anything else. Taylor even went above and beyond by helping my family members after the wedding with tasks that I couldn’t be there for. We are so appreciative of Taylor and Summit Soirée and recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.
We worked with Taylor to plan our Tahoe wedding and it was an amazing experience. My husband and I are both busy project managers at work, so planning a wedding was a really daunti...
ng task for both of us because we didn't even know where to start, but Taylor was so organized and helpful with reminders along the way. She connected us with the right vendors, navigated the challenges of COVID and on the day of, did anything that was necessary (which honestly there wasn't much because she'd done a lot of the hard work already!). After the wedding, a few of our guests expressed how much they loved all the little details of the event and we have Taylor to thank for recommending the nice touches!

aylor was so organized and experienced and her time management was amazing. She thought of every detail, down to the napkin folds! On the day of our wedding, she had a calm demeanor and was great with directing my husband and I l, our guests and our vendors. She even ran back and forth from our reception site to our hotel room to grab things that I needed. We could not have asked for a better coordinator or experience.
Taylor was calm, cool, and collected the whole time. A true professional! She helped make our wedding day a wonderful experience.
We hired Taylor as a month of coordinator. She was extremely responsive and helped us through a perfect day! Taylor was great!

ndled everything with knowledge, grace, and professionalism. It was so refreshing to work with someone that understood our vision, but was also able to share her expertise to elevate the day beyond what we could ever have imagined. Her great relationship with all the vendors was crucial in making our wedding a success. We cannot recommend Taylor and Summit Soiree enough!

y did it all with amazing communication and resourcefulness. Highly recommended from the early days of planning to the big day itself. Our wedding was loved by all of our guests and Taylor / Summit Soiree were a key reason why.

te vendors even though I only hired her for the day of. Tory took over after Heather had a baby and the transition was seamless. Tory helped coordinate the rehearsal, as well as, the wedding. I was so relaxed throughout the entire weekend and I know that would have been impossible without Tory. I enjoy looking for vendors on my own, so the day of coordination was all that I really required, however, if you are looking for someone to plan your event, I can only imagine how it would turn out if you used Summit Soiree. Heather seems to have a great relationship with every venue in the Lake Tahoe area and knows a lot about what is appropriate for your event. I don't think my wedding would have been the same without Tory and Heather!
