Summit View Banquet and Meeting House

We used Hamels creative catering through the Summit view house, and we were so pleasantly surprised! After our original vendor bailed, we searched for anyone who could accommodate our wedding, which at that point was just a little over a month away. Hamels was not only super accommodating, but their menu was very diverse, and had a wide variety to choose from. We opted for past appetizers and chose a shrimp cocktail, mini Rubens, and beef satay. Our guest enjoyed every single one. We also opted for the barbecue buffet, which included options like Cajun style swordfish, barbecue beef short ribs, and honey barbecue chicken. We also ordered the coleslaw, which everyone loved! We were so pleased with their professionalism, communication, and quality of the food! We really lucked out with this vendor, and I cannot recommend them enough!
