Shannon also worked with me on all of the rental items needed to cater the event, so I never had to worry that there were enough plates, or forks etc etc. The day of was executed flawlessly! Shannon and Lea made sure that my husband and I ate. They went above and beyond and brought drinks and appetizers to us. Everyone still raves about the food to this day. Secondly, the food was AMAZING. The appetizers were to die for (highlights were the shrimp, lamb and of course the oyster bar) and everyone had a chance to try everything. The surf and turf was amazing as well. The fish - OH MY GOD was cooked to perfection. Everyone kept raving about it - even months afterwards and say its the best wedding food they have ever had. It was just delicious; along with the sirloin and lobster mashed potatoes. The waiters/waitresses were great! So friendly and nice! During the actual wedding, Leah, who works with Shannon was at my wedding to run/coordinate the event. She was AMAZING. After the ceremony all of our guests bombarded my husband and I - however she charged on through everyone and got us our own plate of appetizers, oysters and drinks. She not only made sure the night went without a hitch - but she checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. She is so laid back and likable - and gets her job done!!! We happened to have a DJ who was insane - and she helped keep the DJ in check. Shannon, Leah and Sumptuous were an absolute delight to work with. I appreciate all of their input and help with planning the wedding. It made planning easier and less stressful. I am SO happy that Sumptous catered my event, and I would recommend no one else!
