Sun Prairie Films

so patient, kind, and understanding when we had to put things on hold due to a family matter. Even though things were uncertain for a while, Casey was always there, ready to support us whenever we were ready to move forward. When our big day finally came, she truly delivered. Casey went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we were comfortable and happy every step of the way. She was there not just as a photographer but as a genuine, caring person who wanted nothing more than for us to have the perfect day. And when it came to the photos? WOW. Casey captured every moment beautifully. Each photo was filled with emotion, authenticity, and so much love. We will cherish those memories forever. Casey is an absolute gem, and I look forward to continuing to work with her for all our future photography needs. Thank you, Casey, for being such an important part of our wedding journey! You are amazing!

he candid shots she captured are some of our absolute favorites. They perfectly reflect the joy and emotion of the day, and we’ve received so many compliments from family and friends about how gorgeous the photos turned out. Michael’s video is equally amazing. He tied together the highlights of the day in such a moving way. It feels like we get to relive our wedding every time we watch it. My mother-in-law even says she watches it every single day! It’s such a gift to have both the photos and video that capture not just the look of the day, but the feeling of it. What makes it even more special is that Casey and Michael are a couple themselves. You can feel the warmth, love, and understanding they bring to the way they capture your love story, and that made the experience even more meaningful for us. They were a joy to work with and kept us laughing and feeling confident the whole day! Our only “regret” is that we printed so many photos from the sneak peek, because the full gallery is overflowing with even more we want to frame! We are beyond grateful for their artistry and the way they preserved our memories. We will cherish their work forever.

playful nature with each other always kept the mood lighthearted. The love they have for each other is so apparent! They were easy to communicate details with and it was clear after first meeting with them they meshed well with our personalities. I am the type to get stressed when others are stressed and so Casey and Michaels calm demeanor but ability to keep all family and wedding party in line with the photo schedule was exactly what we needed. As of the final product, the quality of the pictures are incredible!! Casey is creative with her photo prompts, but we never felt unnatural. We have several pictures framed in our house and it was hard to pick just a few from the huge selection they provided us. We still look natural and like ourselves - but better - which is exactly the style we wanted for our wedding day. It’s so special to have the full wedding video but we were most excited for the highlight reel. I knew we wouldn’t often have time to watch our full wedding video other than special occasions, and the highlight reel perfectly captured our day. It felt like we were watching a music video of ourselves - it is surreal! They also were able to capture our voices during our wedding vows perfectly which was important to us. We couldn’t be more pleased with how they captured our day and it was a pleasure working with Casey and Michael. 10/10

seen, and genuinely cared for. They are incredibly relatable, full of joy, and just so much fun to be around — the kind of people who instantly feel like old friends. They had us laughing through portraits, kept the vibe light and joyful, and still somehow managed to organize our families and capture every important shot with ease and grace. Casey was also incredibly flexible with her schedule to make sure we could fit in engagement photos — and those turned out just as stunning as the wedding gallery. The final photos? Unreal. Every image is glowing, emotional, and beautifully composed. It’s like they somehow bottled up the entire feeling of the day and handed it back to us in photo and film form. If you're lucky enough to book this dream team — do it. They are fun, professional, wildly talented, and just a joy to have by your side on such a meaningful day. Endlessly grateful. – Jackie & Tony

p of the way and got all of the shots we wanted (plus many more!). We're a queer/LGBTQ+ couple and we felt like we were working with a friend. Her and her team were so kind, considerate and professional, not only to us but to our families and friends. 100% recommend.

listened to our shot wish list and was very patient and informative during the editing phase. The highlight video he created was the perfect summary of our day. Highly recommend!

to ensure everything went smoothly on the wedding day. He and the team were prompt on the day of, worked really well with our photographer, and put us completely at ease. We weren't originally going to do videography, but we are SO HAPPY that Michael captured the day so beautifully and that we can look back on the whole day (in short and long format)!

wanted and we are so thankful to have this precious memory of our perfect day! Thank you so much for capturing our wedding day so well!!!

lorado and they delivered! Casey and Michael's work was the reason I reached out, but their website drew me in as they show cased a lot of their personality and life on it. Once we reached out to them and discussed what our vision for our wedding, details, contracts I felt secured in the decision to go with them. Casey and Michael continued to keep in contact with us before the wedding. The day of the wedding they showed up, on time and ready to go. Casey really helped by being an advocate for me. Due to a rain delay, I felt really pressed for time and pushed to start the ceremony. Casey helped speak up and pull us aside for more photos. Both Casey and Michael really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we wanted captured and continued to pull us aside to do so. You can tell they really enjoy the couples they work with, working with each other, and celebrating love. They blended right in at my wedding while dancing with our guests and capturing the moment. You won't regret selecting Sun Prairie Films. Our video and photos are stunning and everyone who looks at them truly is in awe. Thank you, Casey + Michael for all your hard work!

the perfect videographer for us, and we were pretty quickly proven correct! He showed up early to get set up and meet everyone, and captured everything perfectly. We're so excited to see our wedding video, and I already know that this will be something we watch again and again. I highly recommend Michael and Sun Prairie Films!

who were there to make sure you had the best day and the best pictures. We have been in love with our photos and videos since we got them back and still find engagement and wedding photos that we want to print off because they were all perfect. The videography was amazing and the drone shots of our venue were stunning. We loved working with them and we cannot recommend anyone more.

st important parts of our day, was the best choice we could have ever made. From start to finish-engagement shoot, to the big day to our EXTRA after wedding Wedding pictures in RMNP, this team remained fun /easy to work with and made the experience so memorable. Our wedding guests spoke highly about their interactions with them and how confident and comfortable they felt in front of the camera. To work with, they are professional and creative while giving results that reflected our day in the most beautiful way. We get the most incredible compliments on our wedding pictures/video clips. Not to mention Casey’s Friendly and calm demeanor was an absolute blessing for wedding day jitters. This couple works together seamlessly and you can just tell they have so much love for each other and their craft. To say they went above and beyond our expectations is an understatement. It is an experience that will truly last a lifetime. Therefore, without hesitation, I recommend Sunprairie films for both your Videography and Photography needs. You won't regret it!

hing from start to finish was easy, fun, and the final photos and videos were stunning. Initial booking: Really easy to book online and Casey reached out quickly. After looking through their gallery online and an initial FaceTime call where we talked about what we were looking for it was clear to us this was the best fit. Pre-wedding Communication: Phenomenal; I had a last minute change in plans for engagement photos and Casey was awesome about changing it up and we booked a new time for photos in the spring. They are prompt with communication but also reach out if you just forget to think about engagement photos or when they need more info for the final wedding plans. Wedding Day: The sun prairie team (we had 4 total, Casey, Michael, plus two additional) were all wonderful. They had a plan for what shots we wanted plus have a ton of experience and know what shots to get even if we wouldn't have considered it. They were exceptionally kind and patient with our family including multiple toddlers and a dog while navigating family pictures. They were always around if you needed something but also disappeared into the background and allowed the wedding and reception to happen; getting great candid photos and capturing the night perfectly. The after: -Video: Michael reached out to ask for our opinion on the highlight video and was even super nice when we realized that the very first draft he made was better than the edited version we thought we wanted. The highlight video looked awesome and the full video was perfect as well. Michael captured every important moment including great audio. -Photos: We received the sneak peak of the day pretty quick after the wedding, maybe a week after which included quite a few photos. The final gallery was ready about 2 months after the wedding and were stunning. The day was captured perfectly and I can't imagine a better outcome. Overall thoughts: I would recommend Sun Prairie Films for Photo and Video to everyone. If you look at their gallery and like that style please talk to them about booking. Not only is the final product phenomenal but Michael and Casey are just good people and make the process fun and stress free.

our wedding because they are such an important way that we will be able to remember that day forever. And I could not be happier with the photos from Casey! We are so thankful for Casey, Sun Prairie Films and all the work that was put in before, on and after our wedding day!!

e big moments and the highlight video of our whole day:) what a wonderful keepsake we’ll enjoy for years to come!

municated with us along the way on expectations. Day of the wedding they were prompt and had a smooth flow for everyone who needed pictures. They were flexible throughout the day and caught every moment and more while being personable and easy to work with. We were recommended by a family friend to use them and I am beyond happy we did! I would recommend this husband and wife team for both wedding photography and videography… you will not be disappointed! We could not be more thankful for the turnout of the full video, highlight video, and photos. Overall, 5 out of 5 stars, no doubt!

h a fantastic highlights video and a longer video of the day that felt so in-the-moment the entire time. Both videos were absolutely masterful, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a videographer for their event. We went back and forth a lot on whether or not we wanted to include a videographer in our vendor list, and Michael's work made us so, so happy that we chose to move forward with including a videographer in our big day.

dding video. Beyond the beautiful photos and videos, what sets them apart is the little things. They responded to our postponement (covid) with kindness and empathy. Casey was thoughtful enough to text us kind words on our should’ve been wedding day. The planning process was extremely easy. When I didn’t know the answers to certain questions about our venue, Casey would go out of her way to find them out (taking things off my plate which was very much appreciated). They even bought us drinks at one of our planning meetings- definitely not needed, but again it’s the little things! Leading up to our wedding day I felt very confident that they would deliver and they most definitely did. Casey couldn’t be there for our wedding since covid turned our engagement into 3 years and she had a baby just days before our new date, but the transition to one of her great friends/photographers was seamless. Michael and the entire team were great throughout our entire wedding day. I was the thoroughly impressed by everyone, including the assistants. If you want beautiful photos/videos plus some stress taken off your plate, definitely hire them! :)

amazing genuine people that we’ve gotten the pleasure of working with. Best of all, they braced through the rain storm with us and they squeezed us in very last minute after the last company canceled on us. We love looking back at pictures/videos and reliving our special day, so thank you, Sun Prairie Film crew, for giving us something so special that we can hold on to for a lifetime!!! Love, The Newells

credible job of helping everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, and she is so funny and personable! HIGHLY recommend!

d as a guest) helped keep stress to a minimum by communicating well and giving experienced advice when solicited. The photographs themselves are professional quality and capture the fun, laid-back wedding atmosphere that my wife and I wanted.

onavirus and they were so understanding. During the actual day, they made us feel vey comfortable and natural. We would highly recommend Sun Prairie Films!

wedding, it was canceled and we moved the wedding to Laguna Beach, CA. Michael booked his flight to come to our wedding without hesitation and went above and beyond all day. He captured all of the important moments and even stayed late to make sure he got everything. He was beyond professional, patient, and kind and worked so well with our photographer. I am so grateful he was there and he truly made the day go SO smoothly. I would recommend him to ANYONE. He is professional and has the most fair prices of any other videographer in the Colorado area. His work is exceptional and we will forever cherish his video work from our wedding and this will be such a sweet keepsake to have and always look back on. Thank you so much!

beautiful and it captured special moments that we will always be able to cherish!

. They had as much fun as we did. It was awesome.

y. I was also so impressed with their responsiveness, creativity and professionalism. I appreciated their efforts to make us feel relaxed on our wedding day and our photos definitely reflect this. We love our photos and videos and cannot wait to look back on them for years to come! Thank you for the beautiful memories!

peaking with Michael and going back and forth, we are so happy we decided to commit to videography. Michael was flexible, easy to work with and was in the right places at the right time the night of our wedding. He crafted such a beautiful keepsake for a lifetime and brought our wedding to life. We are so fortunate to have found Sun Prairie Films. They are reasonably priced and a high quality company. You will not be disappointed with your decision to hire them!

aid close attention to the small details of our wedding day, which made our video that much more special. The drone was amazing too! Our guests absolutely loved it, and the views that he captured were incredible. Michael was very fast to respond to our many questions and was so kind to work with! We cannot thank Michael enough for both the long and short videos of our wedding. They are everything we wanted and more!!

redible drone work at our ceremony site. He went back and forth with us quite a bit for our highlight video and he went out of his way to make sure that it was exactly what we wanted. His response time for our videos was quick too! We would highly recommend him for your next event!

lack the communication I desired with vendors - so after speaking with Michael and going over my vision he was so easy to work with, very laid back. The hardest part of planning a wedding a year in advance is how easily things can change and he easily went with the flow and was on time and ready to go. I would recommend him for any event that is special you may want to catch on video.

they found the perfect spots to get all our pictures taken and there work is amazing! I can’t thank them enough for making our day one we will be able to remember for years to come! We highly recommend them and can’t wait for them to take pictures again for us when we visit Colorado next time!!

the ceremony I wasn't sure he was present, but sure enough he was! I love our video and can't wait to enjoy it for years to come. Thank you!

irst vendor we booked for our wedding, more than a year before our big day because we were certain that they would be the best investment we made. And we were right. The work that they do is unmatched! We have spent hours looking at our photos, laughing and crying and finding new things we love each time we look at them. It was really important to us that we got candids of everyone at our wedding, in addition to a list I sent to Casey with staged shots I wanted - and they over delivered. I can't express what a joy it was to receive our pictures and see all the little moments we missed (wedding day is crazy for the bride and groom!) and how tired my face was from smiling as we went through them. We also hired Michael to do a video for us, and OMG(!!!!) it's absolute magic. The details captured, the thought put into the work that he does, how comfortable and easy it was to be in front of the camera...I seriously can't say enough good things. Michael and Casey are pure gold. They make it easy, they make it FUN, they make it so special and they have such talent for their craft. If you're on the fence about a photographer / videographer, this is the team you need to book. You will have zero regrets, I promise.

e is so passionate about capturing your day! I barely noticed him the whole day, which I think is the mark of a good videographer—he didn’t feel intrusive at all but managed to capture intimate moments. After our day, he was open to feedback about our highlight video and changed some of the music at my request with no complaints or issues. I highly recommend hiring Sun Prairie for your wedding because they will make you feel important and special and deliver great products after that help you relive your wedding day over and over!

nything to make your day very special. She is very talented and captured all of our wedding pictures in such a special way!

ustomize the highlight video for us and was very generous with revisions. I know our revisions weren’t the easiest and our requests were laborious but Michael had a great attitude and was very kind in making sure we got what we wanted. I would definitely recommend them!

e our wedding, we got some help and we’re able to book Sun Prairie Films, and OH MY GOD, we are grateful! First of all, Michael was amazing. Super relaxed and chill, gave us a great price and definitely added a great vibe to our wedding. What I mean by that is that he is super friendly, got along with our photographer, and even cracked jokes with us and our wedding party. It felt like he wasn’t just documenting us, but that he was a part of our wedding and I loved that! I’ve had a videographer for my quince (15th birthday party) long ago, and they were so awkward! Whereas Michael was chilling with us, yet professional! We got our video back long before we even got our photos (different photography company). We paid for raw footage of the day as well as a highlight video. The highlight video!!! I am obsessed! He constantly emailed us with new drafts before giving us a final cut. We appreciated being a part of that process. The sound quality was amazing! I was surprised since it was outdoors and next to a river. I didn’t have a traditional father/daughter dance (as he had passed years ago), and instead had a VIP dance where all the important men in my life took turns dancing to my father’s favorite song. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have that on video! It was such a beautiful moment that wouldn’t be the same if I only had pictures to go by. If you are wondering whether or not to book a videographer, go with Sun Prairie Films! We are looking forward to working with them again for any videography and photography needs in the future!

capture our wedding with such spot on emotions. I highly recommend Sun Prairie Films! We are so grateful to have these videos!

e was so considerate every step of the way I’m referring him to everyone for their weddings. You’re awesome Michael!!

e worked together to prepare for the day and she was very thorough and patient throughout the entire process! On the day of our wedding, she made everything so relaxing and easy for us greatly due to her easygoing personality and her clear plan for photo opportunities! We also appreciated how she helped round up our guests and took charge to keep things moving. We love you Casey and appreciate the hard work you did to make our day great! The fact that you flew all the way to WI just for us still has me amazed. -Amber and Sean Adams

eo, we were blown away by the beauty, the artistic and creative flair and how Michael captured the emotions and love of the day in an amazing way! The wedding day goes so very fast and to have this video to remember this special day is a treasure. We cannot praise Michael's work enough, and would highly recommend Sun Prairie Films to anyone and everyone!!
