They were so kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. From the first visit to the final send-off, their warmth and attention to detail made us feel so supported and at ease. We used several of the vendors off the recommended list and all the plans went smoothly. We had plenty of room for the ceremony, reception area, mocktail hour, dance floor and even an outdoor games area for the kids...even with our somewhat "over-the-top" wedding decor! The bridal party was provided their own private dressing room and pre-wedding preparations area which was really appreciated. As a Wedding Planner, I am always grateful when I have the opportunity to work with a quality venue and great owners. We not only had a wonderful experience but we also left two new friends....Leslie and Gary. I highly recommend using this venue for your upcoming events!

uccess of your event. This was my first child to get married and I was so impressed with their willingness to help and give advice that we really needed. Leslie was very thorough and helped us think of all the details. We really appreciated such great vendor recomendations, we used several and were so happy with all of them. There were a few complications that came up before and during the wedding. They helped resolve those issues that could have put a real damper on the reception. And they did it quietly and in a way that no one was the wiser. We never felt rushed or like this was just a job for them. We were encouraged to come by or call as often as we needed. They even offered the future bride and groom to come for a date night on the property the week of the event. We were able to bring everything the day before the wedding to make the wedding day less stressful. It was nice to have two refrigerator/freezers so we had plenty of room for everything. We couldn’t have been happier with Sunflower Lane. The property was beautiful and so peaceful. Gary and Leslie are the nicest couple and go above and beyond what is expected.

the Big Day for my many questions and to help everything run smoothly. All of our vendors even separately complimented the charm of the location and the graciousness of our hosts. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous: trees, flowers, lawn, surrounded by endless country vistas and sprinkled with charming details. The photographer had limitless opportunities for stunning pictures at every angle. Our middle-of-the-heat-wave event was comfortable and beautiful in the stretching shade of massive, intentionally placed trees. Sunflower Lane is nicely appointed with guest bathrooms and a kitchen for staging, convenient parking (complete with attendant), and a lovely private bride's room. We had enough space for a ceremony that accommodated 150 guests and a separate space for the same number of guests at our reception, with room to spare! Bottom line: we could not have been happier with the location, the amenities, or our hosts! I need another daughter to get married so we can throw another party at Sunflower Lane:)

Leslie was available whenever we needed to chat or plan details, and would frequently remind me of such when I got overwhelmed. They do a wonderful job keeping the venue gorgeous and it's a perfect blank slate to do whatever feels like you! They make sure to provide potential options for what they don't provide and they provide everything they can to ensure it's a great experience. It's also an incredibly competitive price. You can tell that they put their heart and soul into making sure both the space and the couple are beyond cared for. We had an amazing day with their help and I cannot recommend this venue more highly!

sitive review. My husband and I got married here last weekend, and had the most amazing day. We toured this venue back in April of 2023 and from the moment we arrived we were welcomed with kindness and warmth. The venue owners, Leslie and Gary, are INCREDIBLE. We were given a very thorough tour and didn't feel pressured at all. I felt it from the start, this was where we were meant to be married... After we booked our wedding with them and the planning began, there were numerous times throughout the year I asked to come visit their property to map out our wedding and just view it again for different planning purposes. They were always more than happy to have us visit and were always accommodating, which was so helpful. I probably visited 4-5 times and never once did they not accommodate and welcome me with open arms. I truly believe they were a huge part in making the planning less stressful. On to wedding day, as we were setting up we were asked several times if we needed any help. I thought it was so kind of them considering it wasn't their responsibility, but they were always willing to lend a helping hand. Hours leading up to the wedding as I realized we may have forgotten little things for set-up, they were right there to assist in any way they could. I really can't say enough great things about these two people. The property itself is STUNNING. There is a beautiful and well-maintained grassy area for the ceremony and reception, a clean and cozy bridal suite, kitchen area, and separate men and women's restrooms. They also provide a large storage area for decor and other items. They let us bring everything out the night before during rehearsal so we wouldn't have to spend time unloading anything Saturday morning for set-up. I also want to mention I had asked Leslie if she would mind straightening my dress train out before I started down the aisle, and without any hesitation she said she would be honored. As I mentioned above, I cannot say anything negative about this venue or the people who own it, I truly can't say enough great things about the whole experience. I will forever be grateful for them and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have the wedding they've always dreamed of.
