Sunflower Soirées is a Laramie, Wyoming-based wedding planning and rental company built around one simple goal: making your wedding feel like you. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a full celebration with all your favorite people, we’re here to make the process easier, more organized, and actually enjoyable. Hi, I’m Trinity—the planner behind Sunflower Soirées. I work closely with each of my couples to bring their vision to life in a way that feels natural, thoughtful, and true to them. From our first conversation to the moment your day is over, I’m there to handle the details, problem-solve behind the scenes, and make sure you can be fully present. We offer a range of planning services, including day-of coordination, partial planning, and full-service design and planning. If you’ve done most of the planning but want someone to step in and execute everything seamlessly, coordination is a perfect fit. If you’re looking for more hands-on support, I’ll guide you through every step—from budgeting and vendor selection to overall design and flow. In addition to planning, Sunflower Soirées offers a growing collection of rentals to help bring your vision together. From tables and chairs to an ever-expanding inventory of décor, our rentals are designed to simplify the process and keep everything cohesive. Being able to source both planning and rentals in one place means less stress, fewer vendors to manage, and a smoother experience overall. I’m especially passionate about micro weddings and intentional celebrations, but no matter the size of your day, the focus is always the same: creating something meaningful, well-executed, and completely yours.
