We decided on Sandals Grenada because the resort looked beautiful, the restuarant options looked amazing and the room category was outstanding! We had the most gorgeous ocean views from our Italian Skypool room with a private soaking tub AND pool!!! Also, we went all in and had the Butler service, which we were apprehensive about at first, now I don’t think we could ever visit another Sandals without having a Butler. Their service was amazing, very attentive, caring and they went over the top to make our stay special and unique. Nicole was wonderful in the booking process, advicing giving before our trip and follow up after our trip. We’re so excited to visit our next Sandals and can't wait to have Nicole book it for us. This made our lives easy as it kept the trivial questions and concerns to a minimum for us and I was able to solely focus on wedding plan details (makeup, hair, color scheme, etc). She also gave us great recommendations based on past clients and her own travel experiences. Lastly, she rounded out experience by contacting us after we returned to check in and be sure everything went well. r our Wedding back in Feb of 2023. This was my first time using a service like hers for anything. I was overwhelmed on where to start with not only coordinating stays for my wedding guests but as well as honeymoon options, transportation, and everything in between. When I reached out to Kerri, we had booked a wedding venue at a resort in Cancun. That is all I had and she helped with the rest. She coordinated all details of our stay with the resort I chose, as well as transportation for all of my guests to and from airport. The process was so smooth as she answered all questions my guests had. For a bride not only planning a wedding but a destination wedding , this was gold! I didn’t have to worry about all the little details when it came to guest questions. She also coordinated our honeymoon and our transportation from our wedding resort to honeymoon resort. She provided us with a great idea of what to expect staying there and everything there was in the area to do. She was involved till the end and even after to ensure everything went smoothly. We had a couple of our guests run into delays with flights and Kerri was there to help them through it all even day of! w one hotel we wanted to stay at but nothing else. We also didn't want to have to worry about coordinating our own travel around the island- we wanted that all taken care of! Thank goodness we found Sunlover Travel. We were recommended a second hotel by Kerri to stay at along with the one we originally wanted. Additionally, we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. When we arrived at our resorts, they knew who are transportation was booked through and when it would arrive. The recommendation of hotels was SPOT ON for what we wanted. We stayed at Ladera for 3 nights which gave us the opportunity to rest and reset after the wedding. We then stayed at Sugar Beach, Viceroy where we had beach access, enjoyed plenty of boat activities and ate at phenomenal restaurants. The communication from Kerri was exactly what we were looking for- very direct, accessible, and clear. Lastly, we provided our budget and she made the honeymoon of our dreams happen. d planning our destination wedding without an agent, and I VERY quickly became overwhelmed with the contract and details entailed with blocking 20 rooms at the resort. A past bride recommended Kerri and when I reached out she immediately stepped in to assist us. I could not be more thankful for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and kindness! Do yourself a favor and hire her/her team if you are planning a destination wedding! One of the best decisions we made throughout the process!

Kerri helped me choose a resort for my wedding and did all of the communication with the resort (wedding contract, room block contract, guest transfers, special requests, etc.) and worked directly with all of my guests to take their deposits and complete their reservations (so much easier than me trying to do it all and one less thing to worry about when planning a wedding!). When some of my guests needed changes to their reservations or needed to adjust their reservations outside of the specific room block contract dates/room types, Kerri did all she could to make sure their needs were met. Kerri also provided lots of helpful travel information via the travel page of my wedding website as well as to me and my guests via email leading up to our departure date. I would defintely recommend working with Kerri and Sunlover Travel!

She really listened and understood the feel/vibe of what we wanted in a resort for our wedding and was able to provide spot on feedback based on that. I would say that I fall into a more type A bride so communication was important to me when looking for a TA and Kerri is an A+. I never felt out of the loop or confused along the way. She literally sent me a video of her talking me through the entire wedding contract and explaining everything in detail! I would get updates with new booking so that I was able to keep track on my end. urselves in a situation at a resort that really was not great. I had chatted with Nicole a few months before our wedding so luckily I had her number in my phone. While in Jamaica I texted Nicole with an SOS and boy did she come through. She helped me that very day get booked at Sandals Ochi and helped us to get moved over to that resort for the rest of our honeymoon. Totally saving our butts! I am so grateful to her for salvaging our honeymoon which ended up being an awesome fun and romantic trip. We rebooked with Sandals while we were there and transferred our booking to her so we can continue to work with her! Forever grateful for Nicole and SunLover for all of their help!

also didn’t cost us anything to use them. They were very helpful with picking the best resort "for us” as my husband and I vacation differently. He likes to be active (water sports) and I love to read on the beach. They listened to us and truly wanted to find us the best place to go. They helped answer all our questions (and we had many!) and even helped with last minute changes to our itinerary (due to covid). I also cannot say enough good things about them as people as they were truly pleasant to communicate with. I felt like Kerri was a friend each time I was reached out with another question. So I ask, why stress about where to go and all the details, when you can have a travel agent help you. Plus, they have already been there and can tell you first hand how the resort is. I might not of known travel agents were out there until a friend recommended me, so I am doing the same here. Hire them to help you - I promise you won’t be disappointed by them! for a long time so I thought I'd email her a few questions. We ended up speaking by phone and she was fantastic. So knowledgable. Honest. Excellent with her follow-up and extremely responsive. She new the in's and out's of every every resort I threw at her. We finally settled on the perfect resort for our anniversary trip. She got us the best rate possible--I know because I shopped her rates. I also didn't realize that she gets paid by the resorts, so there was no additional cost to me for using her. It was a no brainer! Kerri also had several tips that helped us navigate our way around a foreign country. I can't say enough good things about Kerri. She was an absolute blessing to have handling our honeymoon as shortly after we booked COVID happened and messed up every plan we had made. We had to postpone the honeymoon three times and each time she spent her time getting things rescheduled. I know she did not get her money’s worth from all the hassle she had to go through for our honeymoon but she was always positive, helpful and quick to respond. She was able to keep us informed quickly and easily of what was going on with sandals and the restrictions on travel in the Bahamas. When we were finally able to go on the honeymoon she suggested a COVID testing facility that was reasonably priced, came to our home for the test and had the results the following day. I am very grateful for her hard work and very pleased that we chose to go with her. I have zero reservations about recommending her to anyone!

I was diagnosed with a disease that affects my brain function making the simpliest tasks extremely difficult, so when things became so complicated in 2020, Kerri basically figured it all out for us and gave bullet points for traveling during covid. They do that for EVERYONE and they eased all our worries and made it so easy. We followed every protocol, especially since I immune compromised. It was a risk to go, and to trust someone else for us, but I COULD NOT be any happier with our experience. We were able to not focus on my disease and just fall in love again on a beautiful island in the middle of chaos.
