Sunny captured her maternity photos as well and they were absolutely gorgeous! We contacted Sunny right away and upon first conversation, we knew she was THE ONE! ! I found her on Instagram and her photography style blew me away. After asking me some get-to-know-you questions about who we are and what we were looking for, Sunny presented me with a couple package options that would best fit what we wanted. Zero-pressure, super clear and thorough explanation of what’s included, so it was an easy decision for us. For the day of the ceremony, Sunny was super prompt and she scoped out our beach wedding site to find the best spot to set up my groom for our first look. She was amazingly friendly and upbeat; even as I was stressing a little with nerves, she guided me gently all the way to my guy, and we playfully joked along the path. After our first look, we made our way to the ceremony location, and Sunny helped us choose the best placement for the background to be lovely, right under a palm tree. Following the ceremony and family pictures, Sunny was open to my husband’s suggestion for some photo locations in a rocky area, and she didn’t miss a beat as we climbed up and around to find the best spots for photos. I really appreciated how kind Sunny was, from small encouraging compliments along the way, to laughing with us in our silly awkwardness trying not to try too hard to have our pictures taken. She made sure to include all the poses I asked for, and helped us remember to “shake it out” when we sometimes got too stiff. My husband and I both were so happy and grateful to have Sunny as our photographer; we agreed that she just fit with our day so well, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Lastly, the pictures were stunning! Really beautiful, and everything I hoped for! I have been looking at them over and over for a few weeks on my computer background slideshow, and sometimes I still am pleasantly surprised by how amazing they are. I would recommend Sunny to anyone looking for a wedding or other special moment photographer, and I really hope to have more opportunities to work with her again in the future!

I had also mentioned to her that I was so excited to be moving to Hawaii because I wanted pictures that looked sunny and bright and she even rescheduled our date so that we could have the best weather possible for our photos! She was also very accommodating and made herself available for coordinating last minute time changes due to hair and makeup. We’re not really photogenic, but her easygoing and fun style made us more relaxed and comfortable for some great natural photos. The turn-around time on the photos can feel long, but Sunny gave us a sneak peek of sample highlights right after the wedding to hold us over, and the final results were completely worth it! Sunny has a great eye and took advantage of all the scenery around the wedding venue. She even made the hard sunlight during the ceremony work. As someone who never leaves reviews, Sunny is worth it!
