What an amazing venue! I would highly highly recommend everyone to go visit this venue when looking for there wedding venue! Brittany and Joanne were incredible to work with and they helped plan so much. Without the help from the sunnybrook staff I don’t think I could have planned this weeding alone. The Gatsby room was the perfect room for our small intimate wedding and the outside barn was perfectly lit and just wonderful for our ceremony. The food was incredible and we loved all the options. They Sunnybrook also works closely with a lot of nearby vendors which is where we found our cake baker, dj and wonderful photographer! All around a wonderful experience created by this wonderful venue!

SunnyBrook did such an incredible job for our wedding! It was an amazing day and Brittany was the best wedding coordinator. She was so helpful and on top of everything, so the day went very smoothly. The venue was gorgeous and it comfortably seated all of our guests. Everything was amazing and I definitely would recommend having your wedding at SunnyBrook!

Our experience working with Sunnybrook was incredible! As a couple who planned a wedding during the pandemic, Joanne did a great job answering all our questions when we toured the venue, and Brittany helped us plan the wedding of our dreams AND stick to our budget! She and Will made our big day so magical and it was incredible seeing our vision come to life. We cannot speak highly enough of the incredible staff there. They kept checking in on us throughout the day and made sure we got to enjoy the delicious food and spend a few moments alone together to take everything in. They were extremely flexible throughout the planning process and so fun to work with!

We had the best experience with Joanne and Brittany, from start to finish. All of our questions and concerns were addressed quickly and completely. Brittany made our wedding day truly special. She made sure our ceremony was just what we wanted, and made our families feel welcome. The decorations were perfect, even with a last-minute rush to get centerpieces. The food was excellent. Our guests are still talking about the fabulous crab cakes! We are truly grateful for all the work that was put into our wonderful day.

The Sunnybrook Ballroom was an incredible venue from start to finish for our magical day! Everyone was so accommodating, kind, and truly wanted the best for our day! They were great at communication and even with switches with our coordinator our ideas were moved seamlessly throughout! Brittany was the best! She totally got our vision and made the day run smoothly without any stress! I did not have to worry about a single thing that day and it turned out amazing. Having every vender through Sunnybrook was so easy and organized. The bakery- Beverly’s was amazing and the cupcakes were absolutely delicious! I wish I could live my day over again and again because of how magical and easy it was! The Social House was perfect for our guests and the twinkle lights were from a fairy tale! A truly romantic night!

We had our wedding here 11/20/21 and OMG. I was blown away. From the amazing staff, the delicious food, and absolutely beautiful venue! My husband and I could not have had a more perfect wedding. Thank you, thank you thank you!!

We got married in the Social House and had our reception in the Gatsby Room. Everything was set up perfectly and the venue coordinator, Brittany, was amazing every step of the way. She is in communication with you throughout the process and is there on your day to make sure everything is smooth. This place was absolutely beautiful with so many amazing spots to take pictures. Our guests couldn't stop talking about it!

Such a beautiful venue and the food was delicious! We got married in the wedding garden and had our reception in the ballroom. The entire place is full of beauty and we had so much fun! Also, Brittany is amazing and was such a joy to work with!

I don’t even know where to begin! The entire process was a piece of cake. SunnyBrook was my first pick when JoAnne gave me and my husband the venue tour. I just knew it was where we would get married and didn’t feel pressured into this or that. JoAnne was super helpful in answering every single question I had before we said yes to having the ceremony and reception at Sunnybrook. Brittany was our wedding coordinator and she is seriously the most amazing human being. She was on top of everything and could literally read my mind in knowing what I wanted for our dream wedding. I never stressed because I didn’t have anything to stress about. Brittany made our day so PERFECT and we can’t thank her enough!! We had our ceremony in the outdoor social house which gave me my country/rustic dream ceremony onto the reception, in the very uniquely beautiful Gatby’s indoor venue. The food was so delicious, our family is still raving about the hors d’oeuvres. Our “Signature”drinks were a hit all night, not to forget the amazing service of all the Sunnybrook staff. SunnyBrook was everything we wanted and more and we would recommend them over and over again for your wedding venue :)

Sunnybrook was the best choice I made for my wedding. Everyone there was so accommodating. Brittany was with me every step of the way, guiding and helping me. I cannot wait to see my wedding pictures because the grounds were beautiful, all of the trees were in bloom. I would recommend Sunnybrook to anyone.

My husband and I had a great experience with Sunnybrook Ballroom. We were to be married on 12/2020 but had to reschedule to 2/2021 due to lockdown restrictions. Brittany, my wedding coordinator was amazing with rescheduling and very accommodating to the circumstances throughout this pandemic. I couldn't have picked a better place to have my wedding! ALL of my guests were raving about the food and cake. Everything was reasonably priced and the staff works with you every step of the way!! Thanks again, Brittany. You were a gem.

My husband and I got married in October and had such a great experience working with JoAnne and Brittany. They really helped us out with all of the details and took much of the stress off of our plate. Normally it would have been tough trying to plan a wedding during COVID, but they had multiple back-up plans in case of any changes! Definitely recommend - plus the venue itself and gardens are beautiful!

I can’t say enough great things about the SunnyBrook Ballroom! JoAnne and Brittney are SUPERSTARS!! The whole process of planning a wedding was seamless and little less stressful because these two took the bulk of the problems. With my husband and I out of work for a little because of COVID-19, JoAnne helped us out tremendously by being so flexible and understanding during these unprecedented times. Brittney was amazing! She set up all of my decorations and even added her own in. She has a great eye for style and helped make my day look that much more beautiful. The SunnyBrook covers ceremony space, reception area, food, bar, and even cake! They work with a local bakery (Beverly’s Pastry Shop) and include your cake in the total price, which helped me a ton! The cake was incredible, by the way. My guests LOVED everything about the venue! First of all, it’s beautiful! The best man even used the term “grandiose”. The food and bar were even better!! My guests were constantly talking about how great the food was but, more importantly, how great the bar and bartenders were! The whole staff at the SunnyBrook Ballroom was amazing. So professional yet so personable, and my guests were a lot to handle. During these tumultuous times, the SunnyBrook ballroom did their best to make sure our day was as “normal” and perfect as it could be, and it was. I highly, highly, highly recommend the SunnyBrook as your wedding venue choice!

Last night we had our daughter's wedding at Sunnybrook Ballroom. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. It wasn't perfect but I didn't expect it to be perfect in the time of COVID. We had a drive in movie wedding and everyone and I mean everyone had a blast. JoAnne and Brittany worked incredibly hard all night and even before the event to assure us the evening my daughter had dreamt of and they delivered.

Sunnybrook did an amazing job with our last-minute COVID-compliant wedding. Their outdoor ceremony space and social house room were both fantastic! Everything was beautiful thanks to Brittany and JoAnne.

I know this is gonna sound cheesey, but Sunnybrook totally rescued my wedding. COVID forced my wife and I to plan 3 different weddings and each new option was worse than the one before, but with 3 1/2 weeks before our date, we found Sunnybrook Ballroom. My wife and I weren’t planning on the biggest and most extravagant wedding to begin with, but the Gatsby room was just amazing. Turned out better than our original plans and venue. Joann was sweet, knowledgeable, and helped meet our price points as best she could, and Brittany is an absolute rockstar. I had basically given up hope of anything resembling a traditional wedding, which would have worked given a global pandemic, but Sunnybrook did a great job of helping us get a wedding together in under a month! The execution of the day was flawless and every part of the staff did an awesome job. I could think of no one else I’d rather have in my corner helping me with the lead up and all the way through the day than their coordinator Brittany. Thank you so much. Everything you did that day was just awesome. I normally don’t take time to write reviews but for you guys, absolutely. Cheers!

Brittany and JoAnne did a fantastic job at making our day super special! As soon as we walked in for a tour they were already treating us like family! From then and on I knew we would be having our wedding there! COVID circumstances led to us having to change our date at SunnyBrook but they were so quick to be flexible with the arrangements, which gave me a lot of ease as the bride! From day 1 they always had great communication skills, which allowed us to have a stress free wedding! When the wedding day finally came, it’s like they were part of the family because they were just as excited as we were. Our experience was beautiful and memorable with SunnyBrook! They laughed and cried tears of joy as much as we did, if not more, because of how close we got to them! Thank you Brittany and JoAnne for making our day so special!

When planning a wedding, you want the venue to be responsive, cooperative, and help you do anything you can to make your perfect wedding come true. When planning a wedding during COVID, you need all of that times a thousand. We had been through two dates and two venues when we reached out to SunnyBrook a month and a half before we wanted to get married. At SunnyBrook, we felt like they exceeded everything we could have expected. Brittany is so creative and truly understands the feelings of every bride and groom. Joanne makes you feel as though you are part of her family, and treats you with such kindness every time you need or request something. Eric took care of us the entire wedding planning journey, but especially the day of the wedding. SunnyBrook saved our COVID wedding, and we could not be happier with how it turned out. We truly feel apart of the SunnyBrook family for life now! Thank you!

The staff at SunnyBrook was super responsive from day one which was one of the primary reasons we chose them. While other venues didn’t even call back or email when we were looking for information SB was prompt and helpful! All of our questions got answered in a timely manner, JoAnne & Brittany always made time for me, my husband & our wedding party. When met with challenges SB was intuitive, goal oriented and professional and they always offered a solution! We felt like they became part of our family! Treated AWFUL! DON'T recommend! Read all the negative reviews- there is a pattern! DON'T USE SUNNYBROOK! We chose SunnyBrook for Daughter's wedding because we had such a great tour and thought Brittany and Joanne were amazing- but were MISTAKEN. Many things went wrong & I don't have enough space. It's to be expected a few things go 'wrong', but not this many! WORST was BRITTANY'S ATTITUDE, which started when she showed up for rehearsal! She was Extremely condescending; clearly annoyed; defensive and argumentative (about the slightest question/reminder); and Blame shifting! Unprofessional & completely different than our other interactions with her! She was never around. Every time something came up (and there were several things) we had to ask a server to get her. Every time, responded with an annoyed attitude! She was rude to everyone. IF she hadn't been so NASTY the entire time- and IF she gave us the impression that she was actually trying to do her job to make this a wonderful experience, we could've overlooked almost everything that went wrong. But instead, we, including the bride, felt UNWELCOME AND LIKE A NUISANCE. * FOOD was disgusting! NOT even close to what we had at the tasting. Worst- Brussels sprouts- suppose to be roasted (so amazing at tasting)-were boiled, under cooked instead, you can image how disgusting! *Serving the cake was a huge disaster- which Brittany blamed on ME! I'll just sum it up by saying that several guests didn't received cake because it was in the kitchen too long. At one point I was told the cake was gone (to my surprise), and then right before the send off- the table was full of cake. *We were told several things that ended up not happening- Ex.-Christmas Decor. of the ballroom was suppose to be more neutral, elegant- gold's and whites. We planned our other decor around that. But they were Red and Greens! We were told by Joanne that those are the "only decorations" they have & she didn't know why we thought otherwise. BUT- the Gold and White decorations did exist & were in the Gatsby part instead! In fact, Joanne's response to many things Brittany (or herself) had told us was similar- "No, don't know why you thought that." *A very upsetting thing - the Ring Bearer's pillow, made by the Bride & her Elderly Grandmother- went "missing" and he walked down without it! I FOUND IT BEHIND A SunnyBrook sign on a table UNDER THE STAIRS in the back of the room, as I was leaving! The night before, it was left on the table, labeled by Brittany herself, with all the other things for the wedding, but somehow ended up there? In light of everything else, this completely felt intentional. Especially because of the issue we had with Brittany over the ring bearer at rehearsal. She didn't like the idea that we expected such a young child (1 1/2 years old) to walk down by himself and repeatedly tried to change the bride's plans. We said we wanted him to try and she made it obvious that she didn't agree. So, the pillow "mysteriously" being "misplaced" is very suspicious. He did amazing BTW! Just didn't have his pillow, thanks to Brittany's "incompetence". *Even had an issue with getting all our decorations afterwards- in which Brittany told me one thing and then Joanne rudely insinuated that my husband and I were lying about what we were told! I could list several more things- but you get the idea. Don't chose Sunnybrook- unless they get new management and a different event coordinator.

The Sunnybrook Ballroom is a beautiful venue with amazing staff to assist with your big day! Their garden is gorgeous for an outside wedding ceremony which is what we had chosen. Although, If you’re looking for a more rustic approach they do have a charming barn I’m sure you will love! We had our reception in the ballroom which is absolutely stunning and elegant! I personally give a huge thank you to Brittany, JoAnne, Sebastian, and everyone who helped with our wedding day! Everyone handled the day with professionalism, ease, and cheer to make our wedding a memorable one. Instead of worrying about a stressful day, the people there made the process and day go so smoothly and timely. We appreciate it so much! It was an amazing day and everyone is still talking about how much fun they had. It really brought us closer together as a whole family. Our parents, Husband, and Myself couldn’t have done it without you all. It was truly a day I’ll always remember!

JoAnne and Brittany at Sunnybrook made sure that my husband and my day was perfect. They were both attentive to our every need from responding to emails to ensuring we got every last belonging we accidentally left behind. We could not have been happier and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a venue for any occasion!

We had a wonderful experience with Sunnybrook for our wedding! Brittany and JoAnne were so attentive and helpful and made our planning period go smoothly and easily. We had a winter wedding, and the ballroom was absolutely perfect and gorgeous. We had 180 guests, and there was plenty of room to dance, drink, talk, and eat. The food was great - the cocktail hour was my favorite! Our photos turned out so well in the classic Gatsby era rooms. All around the most wonderful experience.

After looking at many different venues for our special day, my wife and I decided to check out Sunnybrook Ballroom. It was the best decision we made. The ballroom was beautiful and the stage was an added bonus as we knew we wanted a live band during the reception. But we knew we found the perfect spot the moment we walked into the Social House – you have to check it out. We didn’t have to think about it anymore – we found our venue. JoAnne and Brittany made the process of planning our wedding super easy and they listened to what we wanted for our special day. They were able to accommodate for many of our requests and were honest if they couldn’t. They helped us with providing some items for our center pieces, finding our florist, and finding someone to provide heaters for the Social House (December wedding). The day of the wedding they were always around helping set up for the day and making sure that we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, and appreciated the free tasting. Many compliments about the vegetarian meal. People even asked if we had hired an outside wedding coordinator because they were so impressed with how smoothly and wonderful the night went. You definitely need to check it out for your special day.

JoAnne, Brittany, and the entire Sunnybrook team helped us plan our dream wedding. JoAnne was very responsive and worked with us to ensure the day went off without a hitch. Brittany has an incredible eye and passion for detail and design. She brought our vision to life in the ballroom. The ballroom is absolutely stunning and can accomodate any size wedding, and the staff will do all that they can to make sure that the space looks full but not crowded. The staff was so friendly and the food was incredible.We opted for a buffet so that our guests had options, and it was a hit. I highly recommend the risotto station! My guests could not get enough of that all night. Throughout the night, JoAnne made sure that my husband and I ate and took care of getting us drinks and whatever we needed so that we could enjoy our evening and spend time with our guests. Our reception was outside in the wedding garden, and Brittany did a wonderful job decorating the arch and the ceremony space. The space looked so lovely and the pictures definitely showcase that. The grounds themselves are well shaded which helps when it comes to pictures. We had a late June wedding and it was hot, but having the shade made a huge difference. We are so fortunate that we found Sunnybrook and so lucky to have worked with such an outstanding team that went above and beyond for us.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with our wedding experience at The SunnyBrook Ballroom! Brittany and JoAnne provided excellent service from beginning to end. The venue was beautiful and easily accomodated our 120 guests (the space can hold much more) . We provided our own uplights and it really was the perfect touch to the space. We did the stations option for food and could not have been happier. Everything we ate was fantastic and to this day we are still getting compliments about how good the food was (some of the best flank steak we have ever had)! We got married down the street at The Hill School which has an absolutely gourgous Chapel on the campus and used buses to shuttle people to SunnyBrook. All in all this place is top notch. Don't hesitate to book your wedding here. Thanks again!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Sunnybrook Ballroom in August 2018, and I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. The venue is beautiful and the staff is so helpful. JoAnn helped us through each step of the process of planning our event. She and Brittany and the rest of the SB staff made everything come together and our reception went smoothly. The chef was accommodating when it came to special requests and the food was delicious! The cake was included in this cost and came from Beverly's Pastry Shop in Pottstown. Beverly's was a pleasure to work with also (we did a cutting cake and cupcakes), and the cupcakes were enjoyed by all! We were so happy that such a beautiful venue with such kind staff was within our budget. Thank you to everyone at Sunnybrook for helping us to have the best day ever!

My husband and I had such an amazing experience getting married at Sunnybrook ballroom. JoAnne and Brittany made all of our dreams come true and the Chef and waitstaff are top notch. I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing. Such a STUNNING, historical venue, amazing food, incredible and personable staff and also a really cute and quaint bride and grooms suites made our experience just perfect. 10/10 recommend and honestly the restaurant is also on point so definitely check that out too. Our wedding was beautiful & a blast thanks for the girls at Sunnybrook! JoAnne was on top of everything for any meeting I needed (I live out of town so it was so helpful) and Brittany was so fun & easy to connect with. She made everything look perfect for our special day & took care of keeping everything flowing. I married into an Italian family so FOOD was the biggest priority for our wedding. Well, people our STILL talking about how delicious everything was. I'm so glad we did the stations. It does take a bit longer but we had plenty of time to dance the night away! Thank you for making our wedding day a day we will never forget!

Had my daughter's wedding reception Friday June 7th. So glad we went with Sunnybrook Ballroom. From touring the facility, sitting with Joanne on the details to walking in that night everything was easy and absolutely stunning. I had so many compliments on the decor, food and the staff. Joanne and her team are top notch. I would recommended her and this facility 10 times over! Thank you Sunnybrook for making that night memorable!

I absolutely LOVED our experience getting married at Sunnybrook. From the beginning, I felt as if both my husband and I were treated with nothing but respect. JoAnne was with us from Day One and we were able to meet Brittany when we signed our contract. I'd like to say that I was no Bridezilla, and I think that helped build the rapport between myself and our coordinators. Their easy-going personalities and sense of humor were greatly appreciated and helped calm any nerves we were feeling! We truly felt as if they made our wedding dreams come true. Our guests not only loved the food, but they loved the service they received. It actually got to a point where I had to start telling my guests to leave, because they didn't want to! They moved over to Gatbsy's to close out the night! Even a small mishap on the day of the wedding was handled with absolute grace and professionalism. We loved it so much there, we returned on the 6 month mark for dinner and were given such amazing service! I would not have traded our venue and coordinators for the world! They worked hard to make our day all that we dreamed it to be and I don't think anyone else could have done it better!

I created a page just to write how terrible this venue treated my wife and I. They were supposed to provide beer for the guys in the grooms suite and then we got yelled at for drinking the beer that was provided in the grooms suite. The staff was awfully rude to my wife and her family as well as me and my family. It seemed as though the only word they used all day was “no”. My wife and I just wanted to get married and get the hell out of there. We couldn’t believe how our guest were treated also. They seem sweet at first but don’t waste your time or money here.

A wedding nightmare venue to say the least. When we first took the tour with Sean (who is no longer there) and JoAnne, Sunnybrook Ballroom seemed to be the perfect spot to get married. When my fiancé, myself and my parents originally sat down for planning we made sure that there were certain wines and liquor being served for the reception. Their wedding planner or whatever she is titled to be (her name is Brittney) was a little too aggressive and was extremely rude to not only myself but my parents and my fiancé’s parents. She even made my 4 year old nephew cry. It should go without saying that all weddings are stressful. However I cannot stress enough how rude the staff at Sunnybrook are. Both my hair dresser and photographer mentioned that both Brittney and JoAnne were nasty to the both of them on several different occasions. I just cannot believe with the amount of money we spent into this wedding we were treated like this. I even had guest come up to me throughout that night and tell me the next day how awful the staff treated them. I was so embarrassed. There was a slight mix up in tables (literally moving two table numbers and adding ONE seat to a table) and my mother was told it wasn’t going to be done. I got scolded by JoAnne about not having the correct meal/table counts when in fact I did have this and it just was not communicated to her correctly by the staff. I will say that among the million other things my fiancé and I had to do to prepare for this day we had forgotten to mark on the table cards who ordered beef, fish, or veggie..again honest mistake and I will take fault for that. HOWEVER they were provided with how many meals went with each table and I even gave them my excel spreadsheet of who ordered what. Yet I was pretty much yelled at by JoAnne as if I were a child. They literally kept blaming everything on me. They upset my father so much that he almost left. I can’t stress how awful this was.. I even was told by a few guest when they requested for more water they were told no. I URGE couples to reconsider booking their wedding at the venue because you spend a significant amount of money to be treated like trash.

We kind of feel short changed with our wedding reception at Sunnybrook. Since the beginning of the process JoAnne was out main contact, and was great. About a month before the wedding we met Brittany, and went over layout and plans with her. She was great as well, and we have heard so many positive and glowing reviews of how great Brittany and Joanne were during other people's wedding (especially from my mom who attended a wedding at Sunnybrook only 2 weeks prior to ours). However the day before the wedding we go to Sunnybrook to drop off center pieces and other props, and are met by Joanne and some new girl they had hired. We were told that everything would be fine and Brittany would still be there. Unfortunately we hardly seen Brittany the entire night of our wedding, and didn't see Joanne once, and the new lady that was working was absolutely miserable. To say she left a bad impression on the majority of the guests would be an understatement. My wife couldn't have been more disappointed in how she handled the event, set up our decorations, and communicated to guests. I must say however that the Ballroom was nice, and the food was great. Multiple people have raved about the food, except my wife who didn't get to enjoy it. When we got back from our honeymoon and went to pick up the decorations, we were told by the bartender for the event that they fired that lady and our wedding was her last. I am really disappointed in Sunnybrook for allowing someone new like this to handle our wedding, and not be introduced to them till the day before, when we were told that the other two ladies who do exceptional work were the ones we communicated with from the start and were supposed to work our party.

I can't say enough about SunnyBrook. It took us awhile to find the right place, but once we found SunnyBrook, we knew it was the perfect fit. JoAnne, Brittany, and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Despite all of our questions, hand-wringing, and occasional anxiety, they guided us with an expert hand and absolute confidence that we soon came to share. We were in the most capable of hands throughout it all. The venue itself is beautiful and full of history, which was important to our families. It's a much larger space than we needed for our guest count (~150), but by the time everything was set up, it didn't feel excessive at all. The food was outstanding, and we got many great reviews from our guests. I wouldn't have changed a thing about it.

JoAnne, Brittany, and the entire Sunnybrook team helped us plan our dream wedding. JoAnne was very responsive and worked with us to ensure the day went off without a hitch. Brittany has an incredible eye and passion for detail and design. She brought our vision to life in the ballroom. The ballroom is absolutely stunning and can accomodate any size wedding, and the staff will do all that they can to make sure that the space looks full but not crowded. The staff was so friendly and the food was incredible.We opted for a buffet so that our guests had options, and it was a hit. I highly recommend the risotto station! My guests could not get enough of that all night. Throughout the night, JoAnne made sure that my husband and I ate and took care of getting us drinks and whatever we needed so that we could enjoy our evening and spend time with our guests. Our reception was outside in the wedding garden, and Brittany did a wonderful job decorating the arch and the ceremony space. The space looked so lovely and the pictures definitely showcase that. The grounds themselves are well shaded which helps when it comes to pictures. We had a late June wedding and it was hot, but having the shade made a huge difference. We are so fortunate that we found Sunnybrook and so lucky to have worked with such an outstanding team that went above and beyond for us.

Sunnybrook ballroom is a gorgeous facility and they have a couple different room options for the size of your event. We had a small wedding of 33 people and it was held in the Melody room, which has three sections. We have the ceremony in one section then cocktail hour in another, then dinner in the third section. It was beyond perfect. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We were working on a small budget and the staff worked with us to give us a customized style and look that worked for us. The food was delicious and all our guests with dietary restrictions were not disappointed. From the start of our search to the end of the event Sunnybrook was the perfect venue.

My husband and I cannot offer enough compliments to SunnyBrook Ballroom. We looked at multiple venues for our wedding, including several vineyards near Charlottesville, Virginia and locations throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and our wedding (~110 people) at SunnyBrook was far more than we had ever hoped for. Sales: Of all the people at the venues we considered, JoAnne was the friendliest sales director we met and the most willing to work with us and our budget. We had been looking at rustic locations, and JoAnne figured out a way for us to have the wedding ceremony in their rustic social house and the reception in the ballroom, which worked out perfectly. She was responsive to our questions and put us in touch with multiple people throughout SunnyBrook who helped us plan the wedding. Ultimately, we always felt like we had someone who cared about our day working with us. Food: Amazing! While I am underselling the reception dinner, we had strip steaks, Thai curry chicken, and Gnocchi as our entrée options with numerous hors d’oeuvres. Our guests loved their food, with several people mentioning that it was the first wedding they had attended where they “actually liked the food.” The presentation was superb, and the service was excellent. Organization: Brittany, the banquet organizer, pulled the wedding day together for us. In several instances, we essentially threw a bunch of decorations and ideas at her and she made something beautiful from our mess. On the day of the wedding, she coordinated with JoAnne, the DJ, the Reverend, us (pretty much everyone involved) to make our day as smooth as possible. While I am sure there were several issues that arose during the day, few of them ever reached us because Brittany had handled them. Location: SunnyBrook Ballroom has an amazing legacy, and I highly recommend doing some research on it. This is a location that was nearly lost and is now a protected historical site. The ballroom itself is beautiful and spacious, and the social house has perfect rustic charm. Final thoughts: Our experience with SunnyBrook was simply fantastic. I can’t think of a way the wedding day could have been better.

My fiancé and I had a tour at SunnyBrook with Mildred, and she was a wonderful tour guide! She walked us through every part of how our day would take place. Beautiful picture areas, the ballroom is large and historic, the barn is perfect for cocktail hour, awesome price, the lists continues. I would definitely recommend looking at this venue!

My husband and I got married at SunnyBrook Ballroom on 10/8/2016. SunnyBrook Ballroom was in the middle of renovations at the time we set our wedding date. I was a bit hesitant to book this venue at first, but honestly so happy I decided to just do it. The renovations turned out absolutely amazing!!! Before wedding planning officially began, I knew I wanted a venue where we could have both our ceremony and reception in one place. SunnyBrook Ballroom was perfect!!! I was able to keep everything at one venue just like I wanted. SunnyBrook Ballroom has an outdoor ceremony space (The Wedding Garden) and an indoor ceremony space (The Barn). Both are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a wedding ceremony! It is great to have a backup plan and I am glad this venue had both indoor/outdoor spaces in case of weather. We were supposed to get married outside, but of course it rained on our wedding day. We got married in the barn and it was BEAUTIFUL. Our wedding guests cannot stop commenting on how stunning our ceremony was and that the barn was so much better than getting married outdoors. It gives a really rustic feel if that if what you are going for! There are twinkle lights hanging from the ceiling, wooden floors, a barn door that opens up to a scenic outdoor area, and a ton of space for weddings of all sizes. We had our cocktail hour and reception in the ballroom! The venue made sure everything looked exactly how I wanted it. I added drapery to the ceiling and up-lighting all over the ballroom, there were special tables on display, a candy buffet, decor that I worked really hard on, it was picture perfect!!! We had one of the buffet options for our dinner and it was EXCELLENT. Our guests could not stop telling me how phenomenal the food was. Unfortunately, I did not get to eat much of anything at our wedding, but that is bound to happen to the bride and groom! I am very pleased that everyone enjoyed the menu we chose! We had a chicken, beef, and fish option, along with salad, fresh rolls and butter, a mashed potato bar, and seasonal veggies. Along with our buffet, we had an open bar for our cocktail hour and entire reception! We had two signature drinks included in the open bar packaged. The bar tender made them perfect and both were delicious, along with all of the other alcoholic beverage options. SunnyBrook's staff is also wonderful. During planning, I had Jaimee Franks as my wedding coordinator. She was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! We had several meetings leading up to the wedding to ensure everything would be perfect for our special day. Coordination could have went a lot smoother for the reception. No wedding is perfect, so I was not expecting everything to go 100% how I wanted. Now I will say that was not Jaimee's fault whatsoever, it was another staff member that I did not know and unfortunately she did not follow the timeline we gave to the venue months in advance for our wedding reception. Dinner lasted well over 1 hour long, the staff member did not keep us on track in terms of the timeline like she was supposed to. Other than that slight hiccup, everything was amazing. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a place to hold either your ceremony or reception (or both!). It was a beautiful day and I cannot thank Jaimee enough for all of her help while planning my wedding! Any future brides should absolutely tour this venue, you will not be disappointed!
