EVER came to pick me or bridal party up. When my bridesmaid called to find out where the limo was, they confirmed that it should have been at the hotel picking me up and said they'd call back to let me know where the driver was. When they called back they said that the driver stayed at the church. I ended up having to take a SCHOOL BUS to my own wedding ceremony. Thank goodness one of our shuttle drives (school buses) stayed back when she noticed a limo never came so she was able to bring us to the ceremony. Sunset Limousine barely even apologized and only agreed to a $200 credit after I demanded they do something to compensate for their mistake. In the wedding business, I don't think theres anything worse than leaving the BRIDE behind. I would NOT recommend Sunset Limousine's services.

Made a reservation months ahead for a 24-person bus. Confirmed the reservation 30 and 10 days ahead. They never showed, and never called to can...
cel. I called to check what had happened, and the provider on the other end of the line informed me of a "booking error" (oh, really? After 3 confirmations???) and there was nothing they could do for me. At the very minimum I had thought they might apologize, but they offered no solution and they attempted to ruin my day. Fear not, I am a savvy bride with an equally cool family, and we figured it out, but I would NEVER wish this ridiculously bad experience on anyone. What a complete waste of a business.
I was scared that I booked a limo bus without going to see it - not to worry! this thing was beautiful and so reasonably priced!!!! $500 tip included. LOVED it!
On time and professional
