We had to plan our wedding by phone/email because we were two states away from our venue and Constance took the time to really listen to our vision for our wedding! What she designed for us was absolutely breathtaking!!! She hit the mark on everything we dreamed of!! And she cleverly made use of the beautiful bouquets and altar flowers to be used at our dinner reception! It was such a joy to walk in and be completely in awe of the look of your wedding! It was magical!!

Constance and her team did a beautiful job with our very unique wedding tastes. We had a baseball theme wedding and Constance was able to create floral arrangements that incorporated our theme. We definitely recommend her and would use her again.

I spent very little time thinking about the flowers for my wedding--because I knew Constance would take good care of us. We sat down with her early on in the wedding process, and she immediately understood our vision. After we refined it, we sent her images and let her do her thing. The flowers came out beautifully--so much more gorgeous than they would have been had I tried to micromanage her. They were also unique, and not like the same old flowers I've seen at other weddings. And she's a delightful human being, to boot. I would definitely recommend Constance's services to anyone. She and her team are trustworthy, talented, and extremely kind.

Constance and Bruce did our wedding flowers, and they were totally gorgeous, a beautiful and surprisingly complex rendition of our chosen colors.. We spent about 50% more than we expected to, but we got our money's worth. They were entirely gay-friendly, too. As other reviews have noted, Constance helped us plan flowers for our ceremony that could be re-purposed for the reception, which was very helpful. Then on The Big Day Bruce made it all happen subtly and seamlessly, setting up arrangements, trekking them to a new location and setting them up again, then breaking them down as the reception concluded. Bruce was SO on top of the set-up, corsage-pinning, etc. He was busy, cheerful and completely competent throughout. The flowers were so So SO lovely, and did so much to make our wedding an extraordinarily beautiful event. We're glad we chose Sunshine Flowers and are grateful to them for delivering memorable, amazing arrangements. Note: The "4-Star" Service rating reflects a number of technical challenges encountered with file-transfers, emails, etc. This was frustrating at the time, but an extremely transient issue that others probably won't encounter.

Constance and her staff are amazing at the wedding flower business. She is easy to work with, listens carefully, and suggests accordingly, and her flowers and arrangements are gorgeous!

When Kelly (the bride) and I first met with Constance, there was an instant connection. Constance was down to earth and sat and listened to ALL of our ideas. She never rushed us but kindly would point out how something else might work better or a certain flower would last longer. She was never pushy. Constance was highly organized and this really made us click because as the mother-of-the-bride, I was going to make sure that everything was perfect for my daughter's wedding. Constance gave us both comprehensive worksheets to fill out showing her pictures of our clothes and pictures of what we wanted (ie: ideas from Pintrest)but most importantly, she wanted to be very clear about what we didn't want. We worked on an amazing color pallet together as well. When the big day arrived, Constance and her team had to literally be 3 places at once, the hotel where we were getting ready, the venue for the ceremony and our home where the reception was held. When the flowers arrived in the bridal suite, Kelly got tears in her eyes and said "they are just perfect! The colors are amazing!" Her delivery man was so much fun! The ceremony venue site was spectacular without being overdone but the "frosting on the cake" came when we walked in to our home and saw how her creations made our yard "pop" - there were special touches everywhere and our guests were raving at the beauty of it all. Working with Sunshine Flowers was amazing and painless and drama free. My only regret is that I have no more daughters to get married so that I could have the chance of working with Constance and her team at this level again. Sunshine Flowers needs to be at the TOP of your vendor list!

Sunshine flowers just handled all the flowers at my wedding this last weekend, and I still can't get over what an astounding job they did! Constance really listened to me and my vision, and completely brought it to life! From the bouquets to the boutonnières, the ceremony stands and table arrangements, everything was just breathtaking! We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Orinda Country Club. We had 7 tables with a tall arrangement and 6 with low. When we walked in, we were stunned with how beautiful the rooms looked! Constance was a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

I was the Mother of the Bride for our daughter's recent (May 2nd, 2015) wedding. Constance and her staff at Sunshine Flowers were amazing!! The flowers were simply stunning! This was no small feat as she was working with the Groom's parents as well as myself and the couple. Trying to get all these ideas aligned to be what the Bride is really thinking, takes a great deal of vision and knowledge. Constance is great about getting to know what likes and dislikes the couple has and working within a budget. We found her to be easy to work with and very friendly. We had a destination wedding in Napa. Working with vendors from Texas was no problem with people like Constance. She consulted with us on color and flower preferences, sent us photo samples, and met with us personally a few days before the wedding. Sunshine Flowers exceed our expectations. We had the privilege of getting acquainted with Constance and her designers for the wedding flowers for our son's wedding. I have never seen a more beautiful wedding...absolutely Sunshine Flowers made the wedding a 5 star event! Here it is five days later and I'm still having people ask who did the flowers or comment via Facebook or email that the flowers were the most beautiful and original that they had ever seen. Next to make-up, flowers were probably the most difficult thing for me to settle on during my wedding planning process. Constance at Sunshine Flowers was listed as one of the preferred vendors for my wedding site, so I met with her with a million questions on hand. Needless to say, she was awesome to work with! The first thing Constance asked me to do was send her a list of images and/or my Pinterest of flowers/color scheme ideas I had in mind. She LOVED what I was sending over and right away we were both on the same page. My mother and I met up with her a couple of times at her studio and she was so warm, open, and friendly. We were able to thoroughly sit and discuss my vision for the wedding, which helped my uncertainties. The three of us were able to draw plans and share ideas - it was such a creative process! We ultimately used these beautiful white box stands she had previously made for another wedding. It was so unique and beautiful - unlike anything we've see before! On the day of the wedding, Constance came to my room and personally delivered all of my bouquets (1 bride and 3 bridesmaids).... every single piece was absolutely GORGEOUS - my bridesmaids and I LOVED them. Even the boutonnieres were so thoughtfully made and fit into the whole vision I had for the wedding. I didn't get to see the set up of the flowers for the ceremony and reception until moments before I walked down the aisle. When I finally did get to see it, it absolutely took my breath away. I loved every single part of the set up and how they were so efficient with their time. Everything looked so clean, romantic, beautiful, and lush (just what I envisioned). The centerpieces for the reception was exceptionally lovely and my guests couldn't wait to take them hope! The tops popped off of the vases quite easily and half of them were claimed by my guests even before the wedding was over! If my husband and I didn't have to go out of the country for our 2 week honeymoon, I would have taken every single piece home. They were just so gorgeous and I can't wait to see how my pictures came out! I highly recommend Constance and her team at Sunshine Flowers for any of your floral needs! Sunshine flowers provided the flowers for our son's wedding and they did a fabulous job! The flowers were distinctive and beautiful and we received so many complements from our guests. Constance did our flowers. Her flowers were beautiful! I could not have asked for prettier flowers. They made my wedding! Everyone was commenting how beautiful and elegant they were. The table centerpieces added an elegant accent to our evening wedding. Constance worked several pieces of my mother’s jewelry into my bridal bouquet, knowing she would be too ill to attend. The result was gorgeous and very meaningful for me. Constance worked diligently to find the particular colors and flowers that I wanted, not an easy task given our mid-winter wedding date. She capably handled a last minute change which required additional arrangements when the ceremony was moved indoors due to weather conditions. Constance personally oversaw the placement of all pieces and participated in arranging of the photo shoot. I was recently married this June at the Lafayette Park Hotel in Lafayette, CA and had the pleasure of working with Constance from Sunshine Flowers. My wedding was about a month ago, I found Constance after searching through so many florist, she was even nice enough to meet me half way to see her work and talk about what I had in mind. My first impression of her was "wow this lady knows what she's doing" and I knew from that day I wanted to have her make my dream into a reality! After expressing some of my concerns to her like a crazy bride would she took my concerns and assured me that she had everything under control! I'm the planner type of person and she definitely made me feel 100% better after we spoke about my concerns! Not only did she help me feel better so close to the wedding, she also showed up with breath taking flowers!! I was SO happy with the way every single flower came out! I had flowers as most of my decorations, so you can just guess how much trust I had in her! And I couldn't thank her enough! I would recommend her to everyone I know!

My daughter was married at the Lafayette Park Hotel and we selected Sunshine Flowers after attending a bridal faire there. She is a preferred vendor of the hotel, and it really makes a difference to work with someone who knows the venue and staff. She was there right on time to deliver the bouquets and boutonnieres for photos, and waited until the last minute to set up the flowers in the courtyard so they wouldn't wilt in the sun. We met with Constance about a year before the wedding to discuss all of the details and she provided us with a worksheet that was really helpful. Not being a florist, it was difficult for me to picture how everything would look by just a verbal description, but when I saw everything set up - from the centerpieces on the tables to the flowers in the courtyard - it was beyond what I could ever imagine! Constance provided many extra little touches that really made everything beautiful. She truly loves what she does and it shows in the extra effort and care she takes with the arrangements she provides.

Constance was so lovely to work with. We met with her initially with other florists in mind as well, but after one meeting, I knew I wanted to use her and her team for my wedding flowers. I printed out some pictures and sent her my Pinterest boards and she was able to vocalize what she envisioned I would like and what we could do to make our flowers perfect. I only met with her one other time after that day and because of of my busy schedule I didn't talk to her until one or two weeks before the wedding. I hadn't given her too much to work with besides the pictures, I wasn't very helpful with telling her exactly what I wanted. I basically trusted that when the day came, she would do a good job. I was right, but it was more than good... it was perfection! The flowers throughout the whole day were absolutely gorgeous and one of the most complimented parts of our wedding. It was exactly what I had imagined my flowers would look like on our wedding day. I would recommend her services to any bride in the Bay Area getting married.

I could not have had a better experience with the florist for my wedding. I was doing a destination wedding for 60 at a winery in Napa Valley, coordinating all of this from Minnesota. Constance was very attentive and approachable asking lots of questions to get my vision for the wedding. After this, she put her magic to work creating beautiful floral arrangements from my vision. I can't tell you enough how much I loved Constance! She was so nurturing and welcoming with ideas and suggestions and being able to stay within our budget. I hadn't found Sunshine Flowers through any of the wedding websites. I just happen to google florist that were in my area and after reviewing the website I made my appointment. The initial consultation was wonderful!! We spent 2 hours going over ideas I had and style and theme. I had no idea that so much went into floral arrangements. She really made me feel like we had developed a friendship throughout the entire process. She wanted pictures of my dress, bridesmaids, and mother's so that she could make sure to compliment the floral with the outfits! AMAZING!!! I was more than impressed and with her customer service. Constance at Sunshine flowers did an amazing job on making my 'flower vision' come true on my wedding day! Having previously worked in a garden center, I had a clear idea of what I wanted in terms of centerpieces and bouquets. I had collected and painted all my own vases that I wanted to serve as the centerpieces, and Constance was very receptive of my ideas! She immediately understood the colours I wanted, the shapes and the look/feel that I wanted the flowers to play in my decor. Constance was very willing to work with my budget and make changes as we went along. She is very flexible and will give a bride and groom exactly what they envision. My surprise wedding (for my husband's 50th birthday) was a Roman goddess theme, all white. Never have I seen all white decor look so stunning! I highly recommend Constance and Sunshine Flowers.

Wow! Where to begin! From the moment we met with Constance, we knew the search for a florist was over. We had struck gold! She listened carefully to what we envisioned, came up with fabulous ideas, and her enthusiasm was wonderful! It was a December wedding and the combination of texture and color and design for all the bridal party flowers was beyond beautiful. AND, the reception was transformed to a winter wonderland. FANTASTIC! My experience with Constance and her staff at Sunshine Flowers has been wonderful. The first time I met with Constance back in 2010 I knew I had found the florist that I would be using for many occasions. That October she was instrumental in bringing my daughters visions together for an absolutely beautiful wedding. It was very easy to call on Constance again this past September to bring her creativity in once again for my youngest daughters wedding. Constance listened to my daughter and her ideas.She was excited about bringing both my daughters creativity and her own together to create a fantastic wedding. She was very easy to work with. The ceremony flowers,reception flowers, wedding party flowers and decor flowers, were all perfectly done. Attention to detail. Since we had such a large area Constance was creative and was able to incorporate the ceremony flowers to be"re-used" at the reception site. We were even able to incorporate the bridesmaid bouquets into the decor. Everything was just stunning...we received so many compliments! Could not have been happier! My husband & I worked with Sunshine Flowers for our wedding in July and were very happy with them! We started by reviewing photos on the website based on a coworker's recommendation, and decided to meet with Constance in person. She had even more photos when we met in person and we had plenty of examples to discuss. She taught us a lot about flower types & flower designs. She is definitely passionate about her profession. I found it very helpful to bring in photos of flowers that I liked from Pinterest, The Knot, etc. Between that and her suggestions to provide color swatches and photos of the dresses, I felt pretty confident in her ability to create the right look for our wedding. On the wedding day, I was absolutely amazed by how beautiful my bouquet was! It had succulents and hints of bright orange among the white, just as I wanted. The bridesmaid flowers were a mix of orange and yellow, and matched with the bridesmaid dresses beautifully. They was a little more yellow than I'd prefer, but I guess that's what I get for requesting NO PINK. The boutonnieres were small succulents and looked nice. She even did small hair pieces for me. In general, Constance is talented, and has a great selection of flowers that allowed me to get the flowers that I wanted. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but she was very flexible and suggested reusing the ceremony flowers for the centerpieces and cocktail hour flowers for dancing in the barn. Since people were only at one of those places at a time, no one would notice that they were being reused. it worked out well! I'd definitely recommend working with Sunshine Flowers.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I researched SO many florists for my wedding but none seemed to work with the type of arrangements I wanted. Then we found Constance, who so amazing to work with. I had so many random ideas for flowers(Tuscan themed with wildflowers and sunflowers and somehow whimsical etc etc.) I almost cried when I saw the finished product. I couldn't have imagined it looking more perfect. I even had a ton of guests ask if they could have an arrangement after the wedding. People were literally loading them into their cars as soon as the wedding ended. If your looking for a florist stop right now and hire Sunshine Flowers. Constance was so professional, reliable, and SO SWEET! You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Sunshine Flowers went above and beyond my expectations for my daughters wedding. Constance is truly an artist. Her designs, her sense of detail, and professionalism earned her 5 stars! I would recommend Sunshine Flowers to anyone and definitely plan on using there services again in the future.

I found Sunshine Flowers on The Knot and cannot begin to tell anyone looking for someone who will make your day everything you had imagined it to be you must use Constance. Constance and I hit it off with our first telephone conversation, like talking to a old friend, and with each meeting it just got better. We were having a wedding in our backyard and I told her my thoughts since it was outdoor and in the fall the colors and outdoor feel I wanted to enhance our park like backyard. When I saw our yard and what she had created I was almost speechless. All of the guest could not compliment the florist enough, even my wedding planner who had not used her before, wanted her name, etc. to start using her for events, wedding and corporate. Constance made our day, with her attention to detail, everything I could have ever hoped for, even putting a special "wedding pin" on my bouquet as a gift which will be a rememberance for years to come each time I wear the beautiful pin.

Constance made everything so easy and fun. She spent so much time with us personalizing our flowers, making sure she got to know us and our tastes and preferences. She has a great eye, and really transformed our plain venue. She also has a ton of vases and other decorative pieces that are available for rent, which makes things easier for a busy bride! She is reliable and sweet, and definitely comes recommended for any event.

Constance did a fabulous job with the flowers and decorations! She knew exactly what we wanted, and the whole time it felt like we were on the same page. She also was familiar with our venue, so she at times was a great consultant for other questions as well. She easily stayed within our budget, and made our vision come to life. Everyone at our wedding was so impressed and stunned with how beautiful everything looked. I can't thank Constance and her staff enough!

Constance, at Sunshine Flowers, has done flowers for both my daughter's and my son's weddings. For both weddings she did an outstanding job of reading what the bride and groom wanted and executing it beautifully. I have found that Constance always goes above and beyond what we expect and her artistic ability is profound in her work. I had talked to different florist for our 50TH Anniversary on September 14th 2012...but when I met Constance and her staff it was a given...Constance was the one. She listened to my ideas and the colors I wanted. I love flowers but other than a Rose, Carnation and a Sunflower I don't have a clue on the professional names for some flowers so needless to say I needed help!!!! Constance put together different flowers, adding different colors, berries, greens etc to give the floral arrangement the color and the depth that I was looking for. The end results for the centerpieces for our 50TH Anniversary was AMAZING!!!! Our guest kept asking me "who was your florist". Thank you, thank you Constance and your staff. Constance was an absolute dream to work with! Extremely professional, low key and relaxed, creative and the flowers were not only lovely but extremely fresh and crisp despite the extremely hot Napa day. The flowers were on-site in a timely manner and arranged by Constance herself. It was obvious she is very creative and takes great pride and passion in providing your dream vision. Our daughter enjoyed working with her and she totally understood the look the couple were looking for in ambiance, color, style and choice of flowers. Constance did some really unusual things and touches and was willing to work with as as we provided the flower vessels/vases and other decorative items. Can't wait until we have another family event and utilize her services. The arrangements were so beautiful we wanted them to last and enjoy them forever!

Constance and Sunshine Flowers made our wedding ceremony and reception so amazingly beautiful and special. The Chuppa, my bouquet, and main centerpieces were absolutely spectacular. Also, the candles, cocktail tables and all other little touches that they added made the whole wedding an unforgettable venue. Constance so easy and fabulous to work with, especially since we were a destination wedding, and they provided the most fabulous wedding setting that far exceeded my dreams.

Her talent, vision and knowledge was beyond what I could have imagined. Planning an out of town wedding is stressful enough but I had complete confidence knowing she was my florist. After our first meeting, she knew my taste and exactly what I wanted for my wedding, She was able to come up with wonderful substitutes if for any reason the flower that I liked wasn't in season or didn't look good at market that week. The results were beautiful, exquisite arrangements of flowers that were within my budget. I received so many compliments on my flowers and would tell anyone to use her!!!
