Superior Sounds did an amazing job!!! My husband and I had different ideas for music at our reception, but our main prerogative was wanting our guests to dance and have a good time. I talked to Mike about this and gave him a wide range of music we liked and he put together an amazing playlist! It was seriously wonderful! I don't think the dance floor was ever empty, so many people stayed to the very end, and lots of people said very nice things about the music. My father-in-law said it was the best playlist he had ever heard! And one of my father-in-laws close friend and co-worker came to him at work on the following Monday and said he hadn't danced in years!! But he danced at our wedding and had an great time!! :) Also, I never met with Mike in person, but I talked to him on the phone a few times and he was so helpful :) Thank you so much Superior Sounds!!
Superior Sounds did a great job with both our ceremony and reception. Everyone had such a great time on the dance floor and loved the music selection all night long!
They were so professional and got everyone on the dance floor. They knew exactly when to change the music and kept the dance floor full all night!
Superior sounds was very affordable. They set up for our out door ceremony which was nice but their cues were slow and off. There was a lag between them having the dinner music started and the ceremony which i was discouraged with. I went out of my way to send them a disc of a few of the wedding songs with their detailed sheet, they came back requesting that I send them an exact tract list. You're a DJ figure it out. I was also displeased with their attitudes. The MC argued with my Maid Of Honor on how to pronounce her name. I think a person knows how to pronounce their name. They mispronounced our last name all night long. The MC also argued with the father of the bride on when he could do his toast. They played good music but had terrible attitudes. I would not work with them again
Superior Sounds did an awsome job at my wedding. I had a large venue and the sound of music could be heard everywhere. They played all of my guests requests and they made sure not to play anything I didn't want to hear. I was very pleased and I am even useing them for my new husbands birthday party!!
I would like to start of by saying that they are very nice people but I need to be honest about the service. We had put a lot of thought and work into out songs and naturally wanted everything to go off without a hitch. We put together a CD of songs (in the order they were to be played) and then TYPED up a list of the songs (again, in order) with the song's name, artist, and when it was to be played (cake cutting, daddy/daughter dance, etc). I had given him this CD and list and talked to him about it before the wedding. At first everything was fine (for the ceremony). Then it came time to be introduced. He played the wrong song for our grand enterence but there was nothing that we could do so we just went with it. Then, during the toasts he introduced my MOH by the wrong name. We had chosen classical music for dinner music and all I kept hearing is Disney songs (Don't get me wrong, I love Disney, but there is a time and place for it). Later on the wrong song was played for when the groom was getting garter. I'm not sure what happened. I know for a fact that the CD and list had all the correct songs (I had listened to the entire CD before I gave it to him). Again, these people are very nice but I feel like we made it almost impossible to mess up and yet it happened anyway. :(
Superior Sounds were awesome. We heard about them from a bridal show, met with them, and booked them the next day. They did our ceremony, and reception, and they did a wonderful job. Everyone was up dancing and partying all night!
