ffordable, the shipping was effortless and the product it self is easy to use. We got uplighting and pin spot lighting for the cake and they worked exactly how the videos and instructions said they would. One heads up: Put the shipping box in a safe place, because you have to use it to send it back!! I will definitely be using them again for my Event Planning business!

reat taste in music - the breadth and depth of his music choices show no boundaries. He is a true music lover, but not a music snob in that he caters the evening's choices to your taste and style with no questions asked. Several of our guests commented that he was the best wedding DJ they ever heard! We had a small wedding, and I was afraid that no one would dance, but people danced up until the end when they proceeded to ask poor Brian to continue to play. Not only is Brian a true master at his craft, he also served as almost an unofficial wedding coordinator - working behind the scenes with our reception location and other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly, and making sure that the evening stayed on track with all of the different pieces (speeches, dances, cake cutting, etc.) It's easy to get swept up with the guests, but Brian made sure everything ran smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything with Brian - if anything, he went above and beyond to help make our event seamless and perfect. I would highly recommend Brian as a vendor. After the ceremony, all I wanted to do was dance to good music without having to worry about reception details. Brian made it happen.

When the reception hall got warm, he helped us prop open the doors to get some air flowing. Our reception was beautifully lit. I couldn't have asked for a better set-up. I highly recommend Superlative Events for your wedding needs. We only obtained them for lighting, but I can only imagine their other services are just as top-notch.

I even had last minute changes with the wedding ceremony location and they responded immediately to my frantic emails and made sure everything was taken care of, making it less stressful on me.

He kept us and our guests dancing all night - played all our "must play" songs and none of our "do not play." And I love the way he faded the music as he transitioned from one song to the next, he was great! Also, he was not hokey at all and was only on the mic to help announce the first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc. Finally, Brian was so attentive during the reception - checking in on my husband and I thoughout the night to make sure we were doing ok and getting us drinks if we did not have one in hand! It downpoured on our wedding day but Brian was a very calming influence as we prepared for our backup ceremony plan. He went above and beyond to help with set up tasks, coordinate with other vendors, and assist wherever possible...including finding someone to bring drinks to the wedding party while we were outside taking pictures! Brian was more than willing to accommodate modifications to the timeline, last minute changes or unexpected delays and frequently checked in with us to make sure we were all on the same page. Even when we lost power for the last hour of the reception, Brian continued to provide entertainment and music for the group through any means he could, whether that meant playing songs from his phone or beat boxing as a background beat for people to sing! It was an incredibly fun! Choosing him as our DJ was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made and we recommend him highly!

amazing, everyone commented that the photo booth was the best one they had ever seen at a wedding! The lighting completely transformed the room, I never imagined it would look as amazing as it did with the lighting and Jeff, our DJ, played everything we and our guests wanted to hear. Without Superlative Events, our wedding would not have been nearly as successful as it was. Brian met with us several times in advance of the wedding and walked us through every decision and always made himself available to us for anything we needed. I would highly recommend Superlative Events to anyone looking for a superior wedding experience!

d to have our reception. Jeff helped us transform the entire ballroom into a very cool, romantic, warm, vintage inspired space that fit our wedding perfectly. Jeff was a big part of the success of the reception from the music side as well and kept the dancefloor packed the entire night. My wife and I had the best time at our wedding and it was in large part to the work that they did for our wedding.

hat gave it a night's sky look, with lighted trees, pink/purple uplighting, textured lighting throughout, and "fairy balls" on each centerpiece (the "fairy balls" gave a lightning bug effect)! It looked amazing and I couldn't have been more pleased!! Brian was also a pleasure to work with! Great personality and easy to get along with (one of the few vendors I had that was like that. So, thank you, Brian and the team at Superlative Events!!

He did a great job mixing some of our favorite songs with some crowd-pleasing standards and new stuff, while avoiding cheesy wedding standbys we don't like ("Electric Slide," etc). Yet his price was only slightly more than our hotel wanted for up-lighting alone. (Piece of advice: Never buy venue lighting.)

On the day of our wedding, Jeff came up to us and introduced himself to us and what plans on doing.
