Surround Sound

We used surround sound for our wedding, he had done two weddings before we were married and like how personal he made their weddings feel. For our wedding, the uplighting was done well and song selection were two things we had no complaints on. However, there were several "events" that did not go as planned. For our bridal party entrance, people's names were pronounced incorrectly, their relationship to the bride/groom was also incorrect. At one point, the DJ said that the bride's grandparents were the groom's grandparents, causing confusion amongst the entire crowd. We had a seating chart as well and the DJ was to call off the numbers, our parents being at tables 1 and 2. However, the DJ called off tables starting at 14 leaving our parents and close family behind. Our parents eventually went around dismissing tables, as the DJ was not doing his job. We had several members of our bridal party instructed the DJ as well, they knew what was going on better than the DJ. Certain parts of our reception that we had planned (the Shoe Game, etc.) did not happen at all. At one point, our DJ was standing on top of a speaker dancing and singing, kind of a "stealing the spotlight" moment. Throughout the process, we felt confident in our choice of DJ, but when it comes down to remembering our special day-- this is one vendor we wouldn't recommend
