o life. They have a great inventory of linens, chairs, tables, glasses, plates, etc. to choose from. We had a tasting a few months before the wedding where we saw a mockup of the table settings and tried the food. The food during the tasting was fantastic, and the food was just as phenomenal the day of the wedding as it was on the tasting day (even when serving 190 people). The service was impeccable throughout our whole wedding day and the planning process. During the wedding day they made sure to check in with my husband and I during all the right moments. They made sure we had food during cocktail hour, brought drink refreshes throughout the night, asked if we wanted a second serving during dinner of anything, and they even sent us home with a little bag of snacks and a mini cake that we were able to enjoy after the wedding! Susan Gage helped make our wedding day unforgettable and we are so thankful to their whole team!

The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and we were truly able to be guests at our own wedding. The captain Patricia was wonderful also - she brought my husband and I food to make sure we got to eat during cocktail hour and checked with us at just the right moments throughout the event. And, because its worth mentioning again, the food was delicious!
