I hired Susie for my elopement and was unsure of the details at the time, as many businesses and wedding venues are currently closed. She helped me figure out a plan that I loved, before I'd even booked with her. I'm a professional photographer myself and have photographed weddings for years, and was exceptionally picky when choosing my wedding photographer... hiring a wedding photographer is SO much more than beautiful photos. She was by far the best decision I made for my wedding day! She was professional, she photographed FAST (this is HUGE!), and was inconspicuous when the time was appropriate during our ceremony. When I was getting ready and realized that I was missing a back to one of my earrings, she gave me hers! She was able to make us comfortable during photos, which is not an easy task. The photos are incredible and we are so grateful! I can't recommend Susie and Will more highly... Thank you for giving me such beautiful memories, Susie! I am forever grateful.

Susie is an absolutely amazing photographer. She was the first vendor I booked because I knew I wanted her from looking at her work. It was probably our best decision we made for our wedding. Susie is efficient, detailed, and gives great instructions. My husband and I are very awkward people who usually do not like taking photographs, but Susie made us look so good for both our engagement and wedding photos. We had so many compliments from family and friends for her awesome work! I would highly recommend Susie!

Susie and Will are an absolute dream to work with. They were flexible, professional, and so helpful. We went with "Collection 4"; that package was perfect for us. Having two photographers for nine hours meant we got amazing shots of the details at our wedding. They totally captured how it felt to be there. Susie was also great at giving direction in our pictures and making my husband and I (and everyone else at our wedding!) feel comfortable being in the spotlight. My husband doesn't love having his picture taken in general, so I was unsure how wedding pictures would go. As it turns out, they were amazing. I can't recommend Susie and Will enough.

I am so happy we chose Susie and Will as photography and videography for our destination Vegas wedding! They went above and beyond every step of the way. We didn’t have a single issue: they always communicated quickly during the planning phase, they showed up on time and ready to start, they were patient when I needed more time getting ready, etc, they made us feel relaxed, gave great direction, no drama. We have the wedding package with Susie and we are so glad for that decision. She’s very comfortable to work with, very flexible. I knew immediately that I wanted to work with Susie and Will for our wedding because of their portfolio. As part of my vetting process, I contacted another couple I found on Instagram who used them who had nothing but amazing things to say about working with them. Locking in Susie and Will was one of our first things after setting the venue. Susie immediately sketched out a detailed schedule from the time they arrived to the time they leave, including very clear times of when each set of photos take place. We made changes along the way, but her schedule started us off with a very needed backbone to guide our wedding planning. We LOVED working with Susie and Will. Susie is the lead photographer for the couple shots. She was funny, extremely well organized, calm, and handled the most chaotic parts of our wedding with a respectful yet commanding presence. The group and family photos right after the ceremony are definitely chaotic and I noted that she handled this part very well. I'm Asian American so I really appreciated Susie and Will could each blend in effortlessly at the event which also allowed them to get some great candid shots, especially my relatives and family friends. Susie gives great commands during the wedding party and couple shots, so that the photos look really natural and we didn't have fake cheesy grins on our faces. She asked us questions or had us repeat phrases that made us laugh and put us at ease. We LOVE our photos - they are extremely well edited and we have so many great ones to pick from. I truly feel that Susie and Will contributed a huge element of calmness and order to a day filled with lots of excitement. We're so lucky to have these photos that really allow us to slow down the pace of our memories of a fast day, letting us savor the best moments that felt like they went by too quickly. We totally and absolutely recommend other couples work with Susie and Will!

Susie is the absolute best! I cannot thank her enough for the beautiful photos that she took of our elopement. I went back and forth deciding between an hour session or 2 hour session on the Las Vegas Strip. My now husband does not enjoy getting photos taken so he was very adamant only doing the one hour session. But WOW! I can not believe how many photos Susie was able to take within the hour session and the amount of different locations we got to go. Susie is so knowledgeable of the best locations on the strip and how to get their quickly and keep you moving in order to get a lot of variety for your pictures. I was stunned with how much ground we covered in an hour. Susie also made getting the photos so enjoyable, my husband even said he wouldn't mid taking photos more often if it was with Susie! When the time came to let our families know that we had eloped and we have a few preview photos to share with them, everyone was in awe of how beautiful the photos were. Susie with her ability to capture perfect moments (most times make the perfect moment-without looking posed) and her editing technique is like no one else and the photos are just breathtaking. I feel so fortunate that I was able to work with her, and we look forward to working with her in the future.

Susie and Will are seriously THE BEST!!!! Their photos are obviously remarkable and just absolutely perfect, but they are also two of the most amazing and genuine people! From the first time we met Susie at our engagement session my husband and I just felt so comfortable with her – which is so important for wedding photos! She made us feel like we were all friends just having fun hanging out. We had no idea getting photos taken could be so fun – but that’s just her she makes it fun! I had been stalking Susie and Will’s Instagram and I had a secret Pinterest board of some (actually a lot) of my engagement photo favorites (of people I didn’t even know). Chris knew how fond I was of their photography work so while he planned his surprise proposal to take place at our spot, he made sure to meet with Susie and then hire her to photograph him getting on one knee. After he proposed, I saw her in my periphery and I died fangirling. I couldn’t believe THE Susan Qiu of Susie and Will was there taking OUR engagement photos which are now my new favorites. She gave us sneak peeks that very week and I fell in love with every one she sent each through easy-to-navigate client gallery links where we could save every picture right to our phones’ camera rolls or right to our computers’ hard drives. As soon as we figured out what month we wanted to get married in, we checked in with Susie first to pick a day she was available. We were sure we wanted Susie and Will to help continue capturing our love. She was always easy to talk to in person (She’s the best coffee date!) or over my ten million texts whether it was to reschedule an engagement session because of the rain or to ask her where in Philly were the best places to eat. We celebrated our wedding countdown using images from our Susie and Will engagement shoots (They let us do two locations on two different days for two different looks!) and each one reminded us that we still had a “life” outside of wedding planning. The day of our wedding, Susie and Will were on point with our timeline and worked well with our coordinator, family members and videographers. They let us feel like we were in a real-life feature on The Knot or Style Me Pretty making sure to photo journal our thought out details from a Mrs. Box to moments with Justin Timberlake. They remembered the silly photo requests I asked for MONTHS ago and made time for us to take pictures with each table of guests. Susie cried during our wedding ceremony. Will held my bouquet when he knew I needed a break. They both kept us laughing throughout our order of events. At the end of the night, just when I thought the sparkler exit was all we had left, Susie pulled us aside to ask if there were any other photos we wanted. We were able to leave the reception area for a few minutes to take even more pictures of us having our spot...to ourselves! She sent us sneak peeks while we were on our Maui-moon and I have been obsessing over all 64 of them ever since. We are already daydreaming of anniversary photo shoots, family photo shoots and even date nights if they’re not traveling for other couples out of town! They are newly engaged (A lot of you thought they were married!) and I want to plan them a Crazy Rich Asians wedding as a Thank You, but I know their taste is already on a whole other level. THANK YOU, SUSIE AND WILL! Now everyone wish Susie and Will a huge CONGRATULATIONS and then like all the pretty on the daily on their Instagram to see why I stalked them in the first place.

I honestly wish I could give Susie and Will more stars. We started our journey a year before our actual wedding soon after we got engaged. I had done my fair share of stalking on Instagram to see what photographers I could hire within my budget. Susie came recommended by a family friend who worked with her at another wedding. I knew the minute we had our Skype interview that she would go above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was captured just the way we imagined! We did do an engagement shoot with her first which I would highly recommend to get ready for wedding photos. Being professionally photographed can be super awkward especially if you're not one to get photographed a lot so it was a perfect time to practice and see how everyone works together. She made us laugh and made sure we were comfortable during the shoot with then provided us with some really authentic and natural photos. Our engagement photos came out beautifully and I knew that the wedding photos would be just as great. Little did I know that they would come out EVEN BETTER than I could imagine! Susie and Will were professional and kind on our wedding day and captured so many moments I didn't even know happened! She delivered a Sneak Peek link to me just a week after my wedding and I honestly cried tears of joy. I LOVED everything I saw and once I received my full link of photos, was even more blown away. Her attention to detail makes her photos timeless and gorgeous. I just received the USB and Box and it's also beautiful. I wouldn't expect anything less from her. Do yourself a favor and hire Susie (if she can even book you because she is so busy for obvious reasons!) and you will not regret it. Photos are a big deal to me! So when it came time to choose a photographer, I put a TON of time and research into my decision. Ultimately I decided to go with Susie & Will after my planners recommended them. And I am SO grateful that we had these two incredible photographers to capture our big day. Choosing a wedding photographer can be difficult. There are so many different things to consider—there’s the photographers’ overall style and your budget of course, and you also want to hire someone that you are comfortable with. After all, these are the people who will not just document the day of your wedding, but apply their creativity to the way in which they capture every moment. The photographs—your memories—will be seen and remembered through their lens, literally and figuratively. It’s a big decision. Luckily for us, we booked Susie and Will. And they killed it. In Every. Single. Way. From the start, Susie was so helpful, super friendly, and very well organized. She acts as the main point of contact, so after some initial emails, we set up a FaceTime call, during which Susie took the time to get to know us. She then gave us a detailed breakdown of how they like to approach a wedding—from the typical event order, the methods they use during the shoots, pros and cons of a first look, etc. It was really nice to have Susie lay everything out for us to help us understand the process. Before we ended the call, my wife and I decided that we wanted to hire them to photograph our big day. And we did. You might think that once you sign the contract, that’s it—aside from a few emails, you’ll see them on your wedding day. But Susie and Will go above and beyond—there are many nice touches along the way which I won’t spoil, but perhaps most importantly, Susie was actually a key part of planning our wedding day. She put together a preliminary timeline to capture the key moments during the day—preparation at the hotel, dressing the bride, first look—all of it. As we got closer to the big day and the day started to take shape, Susie continued to update the timeline. It was huge, and we shared the timeline with other vendors and family and friends. They also scouted our ceremony/reception site beforehand in order to get a feel for location and lighting, so they were very well prepared come wedding day. The photos, of course, are amazing. If you’re reading this, there is a good chance that you are already a fan of Susie and Will’s work. If so, you know that there is an ethereal quality to their photos, and they really have a way of evoking strong emotions. Whenever we share our photos, we get a lot of comments about much the photos look like they belong in a magazine, which is exactly what we said when we first discovered their work online. The day of the wedding, they were awesome—punctual and organized, and full of positive energy. They did a great job of capturing so many of our candid moments, and even the posed shots were done in a really natural way—so much so that we were surprised when remembering which photos were actually posed. They had ways to make us laugh smile, and we were extremely comfortable and at ease around them the entire day. And talk about timeliness—they delivered the completed online gallery to us well within their projected time frame (and even sent us sneak peaks less than a week after the wedding!), and the USB package that we received is gorgeous. We can easily say that hiring Susie and Will was one of the easiest and best wedding decisions that we made. Their work is outstanding, their work ethic is amazing, they provide amazing service and an exceptional experience, and best of all, they are a pleasure to work with. Why are you still reading this? Susie and Will were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I highly 110% recommend them for any type of photoshoot. They photographed us for our wedding and they did a fantastic job guiding our poses and knowing exactly where to get beautiful shots. I had a photographer cancel on me last minute. Susie picked up the job just a week before! She walked me through the process of picking my locations and a package that fit my needs. I asked way too many questions and she was always quick to respond and very patient and helpful. When I met her, she was so friendly and comfortable to be around. All of her directions for us were easy to follow and she never made us feel awkward at all! She has a way of letting us be us and just capturing the beautiful moments. She exceeded our expectations and we will be using her in the future.

I can't explain how happy I am with my experience with hiring Susie and Will for our wedding. From the first time we met them we knew we were going to hire them! Susie and Will...I have no words. They are the most amazing photographers, and this is for countless reasons. We used them first for our engagement session, then our wedding, and we will continue to use them through many more life events. We cannot express enough how amazing both Susie and Will were as our wedding photographers. Originally when doing our web searches they continued to show up and we were in awe of the gallery on their website. Even though we originally steered away because they seemed to be out of our budget we came back around and decided to meet Susie. After meeting Susie we were sold. Going back we would easily pay double for their services. Susie made the process extremely easy always checking in with us and even working to set up the perfect wedding day schedule. She responded to e-mails and text messages very promptly. During the wedding they helped calm our nerves and were extremely gracious with our guests. After the wedding everyone who was at the wedding kept commenting on how awesome the photographers were and that they can’t wait to see the pictures! Now to the actual photos….WOW. The way Susie works with the natural light and the nature around is phenomenal. After receiving our engagement photos back we couldn’t stop staring at them. My wife also got boudoir pictures done. Susie provided an extremely comfortable environment for her and even provided breakfast! And yet again the pictures were AMAZING and very classy. The range that Susie and Will have when taking photos is out of this world. When we hired Susie and Will we thought we had hired two amazing photographers. Turns out they ended up being great human beings as well and hope to keep in touch as they made our once in a lifetime event something we can relive over and over again in our pictures.

Words cannot express how happy and grateful I am that we hired Susie and Will for our engagement and wedding photos. They are two of the nicest and most talented people who I’ve ever met. Their exquisite photos speak for themselves. We live in Atlanta, but Susie and Will were so great at responding quickly and so organized that I didn’t feel like they were a destination vendor. When I first contacted Susie and Will, they were great about explaining everything and giving us a clearly defined contract. They also provided receipt right away, which is rare for Vegas vendors. They sent us this very thoughtful welcome package including some cute wedding books and a heartfelt letter. That really touched me. Susie was excellent at responding to my many emails about engagement photo outfit advice, engagement and first look photo locations, and wedding day schedules and logistics. I even changed my mind about our wedding first look pictures the day before the wedding, but Susie and Will adapted right away and even showed up 1.5 hours early just to get everything perfect. I absolutely LOVE all of the pictures that Susie and Will took. So do all of my family and friends. My mother-in-law even said, “wow, they were so on top of everything. They were so good. I’m so impressed.” I am proud that we get to show these pictures to people for the rest of our lives. Susie and Wil really captured our love and joy in a beautiful and genuine way. They are also masters of light! I am very pale and have red hair. I usually pop (in a bad way) in pictures with other people because my complexion is so different. Instead, Susie and Will were able to make me look pretty and normal without photoshop or other tricks. Finally, Susie and Will were such nice people that I genuinely enjoyed talking to them and hanging out with them. I think of them as friends and part of my “wedding family.” Everything is so much calmer and more fun when your photographers are so sweet and funny. I think it helped relax me on our wedding day. I want to return to Vegas so that I can hire them again! Everyone needs to hire Susie and Will!!!!!!!!!

Susie was super helpful since we first reached out to her. We discussed about the venue, what to wear, etc. and Susie patiently explained everything thoroughly. I am usually super self-conscious when I have my picture taken, but with Susie, it was so much fun! Susie is absolutely phenomenal! Susie and I had been going back and forth for months over ideas, the constant communication is one of the greatest things I love about working with Susie. Susie is amazing! There's nothing I can say that will do her or her pictures justice. I was so anxious the day of AND running an hour behind our planned schedule but Susie made me feel so at ease. She has an infectious personality and got along so well with our wedding party, who were a bunch of goof-balls! My husband and I have never had professional pictures done before so we were a bit awkward but Susie knew exactly what she was looking for and directed us so easily. I knew I wanted to work with Susie after I found her online and stalked her website and Instagram. She was so quick to respond to my email and set up a time when we could talk on the phone to get to know me and my husband. She took so many wonderful pictures throughout the night so I planned on her taking a couple weeks to weed through and edit them. NOPE! I had wanted to worth with Susie the minute we got engaged. Finally a year later we had time and booked with Susie. I was overwhelmed with what to pick out for our two outfits but she emailed me a list of suggestions paying attention to color as well as a list of things to remember for the day like cleaning my engagement ring- which I wouldn’t have thought of. When I first saw them I cried due to how perfect and beautiful they were. Susie is kind and very creative. She got our pictures back to us very quickly. Susie and Will were AMAZING at our Northern California wedding last weekend! Since they are located in Las Vegas, they first set up a Skype call with me and my fiance to get to know us and our story better. They were super friendly and asked lots of questions that helped us think about what was most important for us in terms of photography. I loved Susie an Will's style and knew I needed to book her early. (I ended up booking her about 11 months prior to my wedding). They had competitively priced packages and did not charge for travel to NorCal which was awesome! Once we signed with them, they were even nice enough to send us a lovely care package which I thought was a kind gesture. My main contact through the whole process was Susie and she was available for every small and silly question I had in regards to other vendors, timelines, etc (anything wedding related!) Susie is an expert and is more than happy to provide guidance to make your wedding run smoothly. I also loved that Susie and Will came a day early to my venue to scout out places to shoot pictures and to check on the lighting at the time of day we would be shooting the next day. They also sent us an extensive worksheet to fill out prior to the wedding to make sure that all of the pictures we wanted were captured. The package included them for the full duration of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception so we didn't need to worry about when they were leaving or when they would stop taking pictures. On the day of the wedding, Susie and Will were ON POINT and helped move things like family group photos and first look quickly. They also took group photos of each table with us at the sweetheart table prior to going up to the buffet. This was a great way to capture as many group photos as possible in a controlled manner. Best of all, they got sneak peeks out to me within 4 days after my wedding! Book them NOW if you want top notch photography and service :). We recommend them to everyone!

I looked up photographers for probably a month straight looking for the perfect photographers within our budge. Susie and Will fit the bill. My husband and I loved their "angles" and how they captured the moment/feeling in other weddings/engagement sessions. When we talked with them, the deal was sealed. When it came time to actually take photos with us, they were perfect! We didn't feel awkward at all! Great people and great photos!

Susie and Will were amazing from beginning to end!!! We had our wedding on May 27, 2017 at Kualoa Ranch on Oahu, Hawaii. Prior to the wedding, they were easy to work with and very professional. We had a video chat with both Susie and Will before booking them and knew we wanted them as our photographers. We were comfortable in all communications and even asked their advice regarding bridal party attire and other aesthetic elements. At first we were hesitant to hire an out of island photographer because we felt a Hawaii photographer would know the venues better. However, from the moment we started shooting, it was obvious that they did their do diligence and scoped out the best places. Susie and Will traveled prior to the wedding and were able to attend our rehearsal to check out the bridal party villas as well as check out the ceremony/reception site. Susie and Will made us feel comfortable during shooting and had funny questions/ideas to help get real emotions flowing. It showed in the photos how relaxed we were and how much fun we were having. It made the photos feel much more real and candid. Other photographers simply ask you to laugh, which in my opinion, has resulted in more forced photos. Less than a week after our wedding, they sent us a bunch of sneak peak photos. These were wonderful and we were able to share some of them. This may sound weird, but we were happy that we could post a few images of our wedding so soon afterwards while everyone was still so pumped. The full wedding collection we received less than a month after the wedding! We were blown away by the amount of photos that we received and were really happy that they caught so many little moments and details. Along with the beautiful shots, it was these little moments and details that really bring memories of the best day of our lives back to us.

We are so happy to have worked with Susie and Will! From our first interaction over Skype, we hit it off and they were so knowledgeable, friendly, and put us at ease with their professionalism. Their work on their website gave us a great feel of their style, so we were confident going into the engagement session. During our time in Las Vegas, they were great behind the camera, talking through the poses and making us laugh. The gallery we received blew us away, and it's such a great feeling as your big wedding day approaches that the photography was going to be 100% perfect, and you can focus on other things. The only hard part was choosing which awesome picture to blow up and use for your reception! Wedding pictures was no different. They are timeless, clear, bright, and conveys the happiness during our special day that we will remember even 80 years from now. Susie and Will are AMAZING! They make what can be a stressful situation easy and fun. I hate taking pictures and they made me and my husband feel comfortable and took beautiful pictures. We are soooo happy we used them for our wedding pictures!

I don't even now where to begin! Susie and Will were absolutely AMAZING!! Not only is their work absolutely stunning, they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Your wedding day is an amazing day, but it is also a stressful one....and they helped to alleviate so much of that stress. I have worked in the wedding industry for a couple of years and I have seen many photographers get in the way, make their presence too known, and miss many important moments. Susie and Will did none of those things.....they captured every important moment so perfectly and seamlessly. I had my two dogs in the wedding and they were so kind to them, and made sure they were apart of all the important photos. I received sample photos within a couple days of my wedding, and the entire album just weeks later, and there is not one photo that I don't love. They also sent the most beautiful box with our printed photos and a thumb drive. I just can't thank them enough for the amazing memories they captured. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! We decided to travel all the way from Australia to Las Vegas for our wedding. Planning a wedding from overseas is hard, especially when you've never been to the city before either. I found Susie and Will online and after reading many reviews and checking out their amazing Instagram I decided to contact them. Susie was quick to respond and so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, recommending locations for photography and even places to check out in Vegas. She remained in constant contact right up to the wedding and when I met her on the day I felt like I'd known her for years. She has an infectious personality and is so professional, making sure I got all the shots I wanted and that we were all happy. We had a very relaxed wedding and didn't want to many staged photos, Susie was happy to accomodate and whilst we were enjoying our reception she went around and got some great candid shots of everyone. She was so quick in getting the pictures back to us too.. we had the entire collection sent via email before we even finished our honeymoon. Thank you so much Susie for being apart of the best day day of our lives.

I cannot stress enough that Susie and Will were the absolute best decision my husband and I made for our wedding day. From the day we signed our contract to the day our photos were delivered (only three weeks after our wedding!) they were total professionals. They made us feel so comfortable every time we were in front of the camera, and it shows in our gorgeous photos. We could not be more thrilled with the entire experience -- the ONLY problem we have is having so many incredible photos it's going to be impossible to choose which ones to display! Professional, sweet, & amazing to work with! Susie and Will photographed our engagement session as well as our wedding beautifully! I was looking for a very specific photographer who would take natural looking photos as well as "action shots" since we had a James Bond themed wedding. I even had a photographer friend help me narrow down my choices. I am SO happy I went with Susie. I cannot recommend her enough! From planning, to taking the photos, to editing she was amazing and a total pro. She totally worked with us every step of the way, made us feel so at ease during the photo shoot and captured so many beautiful moments with a great sense for composition and beauty.
