Bristol Echeverria is the proud owner of Sustainable Soirées. Along with her team, Bristol loves to guide couples through the planning process and bring their dream celebrations to life. Having studied event design, Bristol transitioned her skills into the world of wedding event planning combining it with her passion for sustainability. Since then, she and her team have had the honor of creating lasting memories for their clients and have helped couples make their celebrations more eco-friendly. At Sustainable Soirées, their most popular package is the full-planning option. This is great if you want a helping hand throughout the entire process. This collection includes weekly calls, planning schedules, custom styling, an online planning suite, stationery design, venue and vendor recommendations, and so much more.

Bristol was very engaged with us, and sent reminders and questions to make sure we were on task with planning, and reminded us of small details that we often overlooked or did not consider since we've never planned a wedding before! I found her and the team to be responsible and calm on the day of, as well as cheerful to our guests and other vendors, and considerate of the venue and other folx working our event. Bristol and the team were respectful of our needs and wishes, and generous with their time to support us pre-wedding day. Everything went smoothly on the day of, and she and the team were available and hardworking from the start of the day through to the finale. We had such a pleasant experience working with Bristol and her team, that we hired them again to plan our anniversary party! They are incredibly resourceful and pleasant to work with, and we highly recommend Sustainable Soirees to plan your special day- they will make the process flow with ease so your day is magical, light, beautiful, and true to your vision.

days before the big day. I started to get overwhelmed with day of coordination because I did not want any of my guests to have to set up or flip the venue (or tear down!). Bristol and her team took and listened to all of my requirements, concerns and visions and made them come alive! I was so nervous that everything would fall apart, but once I hired Bristol all of my fears went away! She was unbelievably organzed and asked all of the right questons. She asked for details I would have never even thought of, but am so glad she did! Our fall wedding last year has been talked about by all of our friends and our family still raves about that day. As wedding planners, our work on the day of is behind the scenes. Oftentimes, clients don't see even half of the tasks we do because they are busy enjoying the wedding day as they should! I did offer you a phone call to go over thin...
gs after the wedding but didn't get a response from you. Here are just a few of the many things our team did on your day:
-A production assistant started her shift early to come to your hotel to pick up decorations as was discussed the night prior at your rehearsal.
-We provided a nice basket of snacks and drinks for vendors as they worked on setting up the venue space. This is something our company does as a way of saying thank you to vendors for their hard work.
-Our team set up your table numbers and escort cards
-We supervised the florists and band as they set up both the ceremony and reception spaces
-We accepted your chair and cake delivery, showing them where to put items
-We answered questions and made executive decisions on your behalf
-We fixed the lighting, straightened place settings and chairs, and ensured the catering team had food ready for you upstairs.
-We handed out any gratuity and final payments.
-We ran the timeline that had been discussed at your rehearsal.
-We assisted the catering team with getting meals out on time for dinner.
-We maintained constant communication with all vendors, especially the band as things in the timeline changed such as the dances and end of night exit.
-We circulated the perimeter of the room throughout the reception to keep an eye vendors and guests
-We brought in security when some of your guests began harassing the band and sitting on their equipment.
-We ensured your band and photographer, in addition to ourselves, all had hot meals to eat during the reception.
-We packed up your decorations and sent them off with family at the end of the night.
-We stayed to the very end, hours after you had left, to ensure vendors had come back to pick up their items and clean up as required by the venue's guidelines.
Again, this is just a fraction of what we do as wedding planners. Our team takes pride and the level of service we provide to our couples and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed our recommendations! There's nothing I love more than helping others and making a difference! And, of course, designing beautiful events! The founding of Sustainable Soirées was a fusion of these passions. After studying event design, I knew there was a gap in the event industry that needed to be filled, and being the owner of Sustainable Soirées allows me to meet that need by doing what I love each and every day. Working with so many talented industry professionals and inspiring clients is a dream come true! On a personal level, I'm a wife, mom, bookworm, INFJ, and feel most at home surrounded by nature!
