Suterland Weddings is a wedding coordination company based in Charleston, SC. The lead planner and owner of the event studio is Abby Broughton, a professional who has worked in the industry for many years. For each wedding, she dedicates herself to curating an occasion to be remembered while making the planning process worth smiling about. Abby has long been passionate about planning, organization, and events. During school, she shadowed event planners and also worked at a luxury paper boutique. While at North Carolina State University, she honed her skills in the sales and events office of a local venue and catering company before becoming a venue coordinator. After graduating with a degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management, she continued to develop her career, plant roots in the Lowcountry, and eventually established Suterland Weddings. There are multiple packages available for couples to choose from at this event coordination firm. These bundles include full-service event planning and design, partial planning, wedding management, and more. Among the many services that Abby can assist with are vendor contract reviews, venue walkthroughs, and determining color palettes and designs.
