headed from start to finish. I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my big day because Lynsey was on top of it. We got married downtown, and there was a traffic jam in front of the hotel that caused us to start the ceremony a few minutes late. I believe a bus driver (maybe 2?) got into an altercation with a man that was on the bus (I think)? I don’t fully know because Lynsey handled it so well! She swooped in, found the guests stuck at valet, and got them to their seats. I’m so glad that I found Lynsey through Sutlan + Co.!

The planning process was smooth with Adriel at the wheel. She keeps you on a timeline so you aren't dealing with things before you need to. She is concise and clear and has an eye for the details - I hired her for full service planning, because I struggle to see how everything is going to come together. She excelled at visualizing how various things would work together and made my decision making simple. We had planned a gorgeous ceremony and reception taking place outside - we had a non-traditional venue that could only comfortably seat about 50 inside (which was a little less than our guest count). The day of, it poured! Not light rain, not intermittent rain - I'm talking a downpour! It was calling for the rain to begin right around the ceremony time - I can't control the weather so we all stayed calm and made the decision to move everything indoors (which meant multiple room flips). I put my trust in Adriel, and went about enjoying the day. I didn't see what went on behind the scenes, but I've heard she was on top of every detail and working with the vendors to get everything perfect. She was throwing linens in the dryer and moving tables. She is not afraid to work! We had so many guests tell us that they had no idea that having everything indoors wasn't the original plan. They said that it all came together so perfectly, that they thought it was intentional. Everyone said it felt incredibly intimate (which was what we were going for) and even had a few guests say it was the best wedding they had ever been to (thanks to Adriel and all the vendors)! Our wedding was the absolute best day! If it wasn't for Adriel, this wedding may have happened, but I wouldn't have been near as relaxed.
