When we reached out to book her she was very attentive and answered our questions. Before and after the wedding she stopped answering our emails and phone calls. The wedding day wa...s great. She was very friendly and from the portraits she was able to get done at the wedding, her artwork is fabulous. Communication after our wedding has been nonexistent. It is a struggle to get a hold of her. She has not replied to any emails and only one phone call since we got married on November 15th 2025. We have not received any portraits not completed on the wedding day. I managed to get a hold of her on February 26th and she told us the portraits were done and she was sending them via certified mail soon. It is now June and we have received no portraits or communication from her about a delay.
