Suzybeez Bakery is a wedding cakery company located in Cypress, TX. This family-run enterprise specializes in custom cakes, sugar cookies, and a variety of tasty treats that are ideal for wedding occasions. Pastry chef Caty Johnston strives to provide to-be-weds with premium-quality baked goods. Her husband Tom and mother Jan complete the dream team, and together they endeavor to make each couple’s vision a reality. Caty, Tom, and Jan took over Suzybeez Bakery in 2016 with a view to providing cakes and bakes made from scratch using only the finest ingredients. Caty trained at the Culinary Institute of Alain and Marie LeNotre before learning the ropes under the previous owner and mentor Susan Cummings. Her mother Jan is the co-owner of this boutique bakery and from the outset, they put couples at the center of everything they do. Caty has a particular passion and skill for decorating wedding cakes with intricate icing and close attention to detail. Suzybeez Bakery offers gluten, dairy, and sugar-free options as well as vegan creations, so all your guests’ dietary needs can be catered to. You can choose from traditional tiered designs, cupcake towers, and more. Private tastings can be arranged, so you can be a part of the entire process from start to finish. For dessert displays that will add a splash of color to your reception, there are sugar cookies, macaroons, pies, and cake truffles to choose from. The team oversees delivery and setup and supplies cake stands if required.
