Sharon was an absolute BLAST to work with! She has a great eye for capturing sweet, meaningful moments in a way that felt beautiful and genuine. We love her fun, energetic personality and the energy she brought to us. We did a quick engagement shoot with Sharon and it definitely helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera the day of our wedding - not that you could tell there were any photos being taken! In a good way! Sharon and her assistant captured some incredible moments while seemingly invisible to us and our guests.

I am so grateful that I was able to work with Sharon and SVPhotography. My husband and I live in Washington, DC but were married in Madison, WI this past summer. From the start, Sharon was great at communicating and we had our initial consultation over Skype. She met me at the venue ahead of time to check it out and meet my wedding coordinator. On the day of the wedding, she was just awesome to work with. She has a very laid-back, light personality but was able to politely grab my husband and I to make sure she caught every perfect angle, light, and picture. It was special to have her there, getting ready with me, my mother, and bridesmaids--she felt like she fit right in and making us laugh in a genuine way. I gave Sharon a huge hug as the reception was winding down and she told me she was leaving. We had grown so used to having her by our side throughout our wedding day--she became a good friend. Needless to say, the pictures are amazing and truly capture all of the love, laughter, and celebration that went down. We couldn’t have asked for a more talented, hard-working, FUN wedding photographer--we’re so lucky to have had Sharon there on our big day!
