curls! Her salon is clean and intimate. She was flexible on times to get in for trials. She both responded to emails quickly and sent emails shortly after trials to check in on me and see how the hair and makeup held up or if I still liked it after being home. She even responded to small critiques eloquently and with grace and had me come in for a second trial so we could make sure I was going to be completely happy for my day- talking completely different hair. She was so happy to do it and help, agreed that the change seemed more my style, and knocked it out of the park! Day of- I was a mess. So anxiety ridden and completely not myself. She knew it and was able to get me to calm down by reassuring me that the day was not a big deal- it was a day all about us and love and all of that but super bonus I was getting to be glammed so just enjoy it! We laughed a lot and yet maintained complete professionalism. As my photographers showed up I realized I didn't buy a mirror for the venue where I would be getting dressed and she insisted that I take hers!! Shes' unreal. Honestly, yes, I looked incredible- she was able to hide some wild stress blotches and make me feel unbelievably beautiful (and comfortable and calm), but I also felt like I left the experience with a friend. I can't imagine the experience with anyone else. Book with Shelby. I love her so much!

She followed our time line to the exact minute & proceeded to give us a completely stress free day for our bride. There was nothing better than seeing the bride absolutely glowing after Shelby glammed her ! All of our hair/make up lasted all night & looked flawless. She finds the perfect balance wether you’re the girl with a full face of make up everyday or the girl that never wears any, she will still make you look stunning. I wish I could write this review a million times so everyone would know how great she is ! I will definitely be booking her for my wedding after seeing what amazing work she does. I could not be happier with how everything came out- it was exactly what I wanted & more. She even taught me some make up tricks that I continue to use. I can't say enough good things here.

During my trial, she was very patient to tweak little things about the style as she went based on my feedback. On the day of, she not only created a beautiful timeless style for me, but was also a pleasure to have on the day of - a true professional and a great calm and fun person to have around. My updo stayed perfectly in place all day, and so far everyone who has seen photos has complimented it. I’m very glad I chose Shelby and would highly recommend her to anyone!

ir stylists in the area and found Shelby's company. After reading the reviews and seeing photos online, I immediately contacted her with my wedding details to see if she had any availability. She got back to me right away and told me that she was unavailable that day but that she would have someone else on her team available. I signed the contract immediately. Shelby made everything very easy. I booked everything through her and she handled the rest. I had her colleague Sofia do my hair trial and wedding hair and she was absolutely amazing! I showed her photos of what I was looking for and she made it happen! She was prompt, professional, friendly, personable and talented. She arrived at my parents house with everything in tow. On my wedding day, Sofia did my hair along with my bridesmaids and mother of groom and mother of bride. Everyone loved their hair!! I highly recommend Shelby and her company. You won't be disappointed!!

Every look I wanted for the wedding came out even better than the pictures. She really captures what you want and brings it to life. Shelby is professional, on time, knowledgeable, organized, and personable. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and loves what she does. Shelby also travels to you which is an added plus. She gives her advice on what she thinks will look great on you and it always does. She knows all the updates techniques on how to style your hair and makeup including extensions! Shelby is the ONLY person I would ever recommend to do hair and makeup for anything especially for weddings. She is AMAZING!!!!!
