From our first meeting, I knew that the staff at Swan understood my vision. They executed everything perfectly and worked with my baker to get florals onto the cake. I had two delivery locations and the charge for those was very affordable. They even let me keep a vase from the set up. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely beautiful and amazing!!! Deborah was amazing to work with and called me immediately when she felt like something was wrong with my flowers (they ended up being perfect) but she wanted them to be exactly what I wanted. They were perfect and the delivery was amazing. I would highly recommend Swan Floral for any floral needs even 4 days after the wedding, our flowers still look beautiful.

The only thing I can possibly say is PLEASE USE SWAN FOR ANY FLOWER NEEDS! The sister owners were top notch, they gave me everything I needed and brought my vision to life! Janelle was on time for our flowers to the house pre-wedding and everything was just gorgeous. I can't thank you enough!

Cannot say enough great things about Suzanne and her team at Swan Floral. They created the most beautiful wedding bouquets for myself/my bridesmaids, as well as boutonnières & corsages for the groomsmen, parents & grandparents. Suzanne went above & beyond to make sure my bridal bouquet was the perfect size, going out of her way to make a mock up for me to see in person. She is a wealth of knowledge, and provided me with multiple suggestions of different flower combinations that could make my bouquet look full and beautiful, which was especially appreciated being I am someone who doesn’t know much about flowers. She was even able to incorporate a few special items into the stems of my bouquet (ie: a charm & necklace of family members who have passed), which meant more to me than she will ever know! The mothers/grandmother’s loved their corsages, especially the sizing of them. “Not too big where it got in my way but big enough to be seen in pictures” according my mom, the MOB. Suzanne’s professionalism, responsiveness, timeliness in responding to emails and flexibility were all things I appreciated. Her prices were very reasonable yet high quality, and delivery to the venue was on time & smooth. We decided to use faux florals for our decor, and I appreciated that she respected our decision to go that route/didn’t “pressure” us into purchasing real flowers for decor. Truly cannot speak highly enough about Swan Floral. Highly recommend for anyone in need of wedding florals!

I attended a Bridal Show at Receptions Event Center in Erlanger where I stopped to talk to the representatives from Swan Floral. They had photo books of beautiful floral arrangements from various weddings. My floral needs were simple. I ordered a bridal bouquet, a bridesmaid bouquet, and 3 boutonnieres. I met with Deborah to discuss my floral needs, and she designed the most beautiful bouquets for my special day. She reached out to me about a month prior to my wedding date to finalize my order and was prepared to make any needed changes. Swan's prices were even better than other florists I had contacted. My flowers arrived at my event center in beautiful vases to keep them fresh prior to walking down the aisle. I would highly recommend Swan Floral for your Wedding Day.

The flowers were all gorgeous! Swan was very reasonable in terms of price. Way less than other quotes I received for the same types of flowers. They were easy to work with and professional. Highly recommend.

These people saved my wedding day!! My friend backed out last minute of making my bouquets, and swan came to the rescue! They were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable and made the most stunning bouquets that were a dream come true! I would highly recommend!

From consultation to delivery, Swan Floral and Gift Shop was very professional and within our budget! We even had changes a couple weeks ahead of time, and Swan was able to handle the changes. We absolutely loved working with Deborah from Swan Florals! My mom and I were so happy to be able to use a florist we have used for many occasions throughout the years. I know very little about florals but had vague ideas of what I wanted and she was able to turn that into beautiful bouquets that perfectly complimented our vision.

We are incredibly happy with Swan Floral. The arrangements were all beautiful! Deborah was incredibly helpful during our planning meeting and help us craft a vision for our wedding florals (which was then fully realized by the floral designers). She was also very communicative and helpful over email after our initial meeting. The team was very timely in delivering and setting up our florals as well as flipping ceremony flowers to the reception during our cocktail hour. We couldn't be happier with our florals!

We would highly recommend Swan Floral for a wedding!!! Our bouquets, boutonnières, and flower crown were absolutely STUNNING! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they made this part of the wedding planning process so simple and easy!

Swan Floral was AMAZING! we used them for our wedding and nothing was less than exceptional. The only problem we had was the flowers being put out too early and wilting. We thought they were from the wedding the night before. However, before that deters you, they have an emergency number for when the office is closed. We called that and they delivered the flowers AGAIN, but fresh and beautiful for the aisle within the next hour. Customer service was fantastic. Deborah was very pleasant to work with, along with the rest of the staff I talked too. One of my bridesmaids were able to display her flowers for almost 2 weeks with barely any wilts. I never felt pressured to overdue anything or increase my budget. They worked with exactly what I gave them.

Did absolutely amazing for my wedding!!!! I wanted greenery on tables and then the flowers to be for myself, bridesmaids, and hexagon. I could not be more happy with the final product! Absolutely recommend to anyone questioning on who to use. Not to mention the pricing is fair and you get stunning product!!!!

We used Swan for our wedding and I’m so glad we did because they offer a service that no other place we found does: they let you rent plants!! We wanted to do more greenery than flowers, so renting all these plants was perfect. That said, swan also made me a beautiful bouquet of lilies and greenery, as well as indulged anything/everything we wanted. They even made us a greenery boutonnière! Additionally, they were VERY affordable. My only critique would be that they didn’t set up much of the floral stuff for us and I know some places do- that said, they did make the delivery and pickup (all the rented stuff) super easy. I would definitely recommend them!!

Swan Floral is so great! Suzanne is so helpful with color and flower choice! She made it super easy to work through all of the floral needs for the big day! She asks all of the good questions and her expertise was super appreciated throughout the ordering and delivery process. The flowers were GORGEOUS and very affordable! Swan Floral did an amazing job for our wedding party/reception florals! Their pricing I thought was very competitive, and I actually was able to do more within my budget than I initially thought and everything turned out amazing! The only negative item I have was that it was confirmed that photos of the florals would be provided the week before/week of the wedding to verify I was happy with everything. Despite checking in twice, this was not provided which made me a little anxious. However, everything was delivered right on time to our hotel and the reception venue and all the florals looked fantastic so I was worried over nothing! I would definitely recommend booking Swan for your wedding!

Swan Florist was a wonderful choice for our daughter's wedding. Our meeting with them was relaxed and helpful. We went in with pictures of what our daughter wanted and they were able to show us examples of each flower in the bouquets, corsages and centerpieces. They even had great recommendations to enhance her choices. The day of the wedding Swan delivered the flowers to our house, the church and reception hall. Everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! The flowers held up well all day and were still pretty several days later. The flower and candle centerpieces gave a warm and inviting glow to the reception hall. Swan was wonderful to work with and as Mother of the Bride I felt their prices were very reasonable. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful and everything I envisioned for my wedding! The arrangements I wanted were simple white flowers but they made everything seem so much more glamorous, elegant and perfect! 12/10 highly recommend!

We went in for our consultation not knowing what we wanted. Suzanne provided her expert advice to help make our day beautiful. She even created samples of the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets for the Wendy's Bridal Show which happened prior to our wedding, so we were able to see them ahead of time and it was more beautiful and perfect than we could have ever imagined. The day of the wedding they came early in the day to set up prior to the photographer arriving and set-up everything for our arbor including the draping. Highly recommend this company to anyone. They provided the most outstanding customer service and the highest quality floral arrangements. We are so blessed they were apart of making our day perfect and beautiful!

I am by no means an expert on flowers and when picking them out for my wedding I had no idea which to go with - I only knew the colors I wanted and had found a few pinterest photos I liked. Swan's absolutely blew me away with the arrangements - from the bouquets to the boutonnieres to table arrangements, everything was beautiful!! We even informed them of restrictions at our church (due to the pandemic) requiring every other pew to be blocked off to ensure social distancing. With this, Swan's helped us find a way to tie off the pews elegantly without using tape or damaging the wood. Absolutely amazing customer service and a pleasure to work with! Thank you, Swan's!

Flowers were the one area of my wedding where I had very little inspiration or direction. I chose Swan off a recommendation of a friend and they were wonderful! I made an appointment and basically told them I had no idea what to do with flowers. I showed them a handful of Pinterest pictures I liked and from there they ran with it! They showed me different styles of bouquets and then different flowers that fit with my color scheme and within my budget. They made the choices so easy and I absolutely loved my bouquets! I could not have asked for a better experience. They even sent my a picture of my bouquet the night before to make sure I was happy with it! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a florist!

Swan took care of us completely and were very willing to change things up when we needed to. At the last minute the certain flowers we wanted did not come in from Ecuador (due to riots) and they jumped into action and made it work with other flowers similar to what we were looking for. They were awesome and I would recommend them anytime!

Swan floral was amazing from start to finish. They gave us several options for flower ideas and from there we were able to customize the flowers to our idea. A couple days before the wedding Lynn texted a picture of the bride's bouquet to make sure I approved. When we picked up flowers for our centerpieces, the bridal party's bouquets were done two days before and they made sure we approved or wanted to make any changes. Also, they made sure we had all necessary buckets and supplies for the day of. Overall they were amazing!

We found Swan Floral at a wedding show and I loved all their arrangements so much. Deborah was so easy to talk to about my vision and offered wonderful suggestions to ensure everything came together and looked beautiful. They delivered to our home which seemed far, but it made the day go so smoothly. They also provided a last minute hair piece and garland which looked great.

I used Swan for my wedding in March and they were amazing. I didn’t really know what I wanted but Deborah sat with me and my mom in June and went through everything and helped me pick out the best flowers that fit what I wanted. They delivered the flowers to my hotel on time and the decorations to my venue. I had a bunch of wine bottles and bowls for centerpieces and we dropped them off before the wedding and Swan did all of the arrangements. Everything turned out just how I wanted and I highly recommend using Swan for weddings/events.

I have worked with Swan before for my daughter's wedding. They did such beautiful work, I engaged them for mine. My bouquet and hair piece were gorgeous. The flowers lasted a week after the wedding. Lynn always has then best advice for what types of flowers. They are reasonable and I would recommend them for all your floral needs.

You have to work with Swan Floral for your wedding floral needs! I highly enjoyed the free, on-site consultation. Deborah was able to take my vision and turn it into a beautiful floral display that was within my budget. They also helped decorate our ceremony site, and it was far beyond my expectations! Working with Lynne was fantastic! I did not know much about flowers going in, and after showing her a couple pictures, she managed to put together a beautiful bouquet!! I am so happy I chose this florist! Deborah was our consultant and she was amazing. She met with us several times and put up with me changing plans on how many bouquets even after our final meeting. I called the day before we were suppose to pick up our wedding flowers to see if we could get them delivered and she made it happen! Deborah even went beyond and made me a sample bouquet for a bridal show so I could see what It looked like. I highly recommend Swan Florist.

Let me first start off by saying do not judge a company by their website! I didn't even think twice about this company, but then my friend invited me to a wedding convention and this company had a booth there with an all greens bouquet (totally my style) and I realized they could do so much more than just the traditional "Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky" wedding flowers. We had AMAZING fern garland made for our tables, my bouquet had succulents in it and the consultant we had (Debra) totally got my style just one from Pinterest photo I showed her. This company is amazing, the cost was on point, and I would HIGHLY recommend them, no matter what your style is!

Swan Florist is an excellent value for the the price! I was able to get everything I wanted for my wedding within my budget and it was all absolutely beautiful! Deborah kept me in the loop the entire process and we were also able to meet with her several times to nail down the details. I will certainly be using Swan for an future events I have!

Swan was fantastic! Deborah worked with my family previously for my sister's wedding several years ago, so it was a no brainer to go back to them for my wedding! All it took was one sit-down with Deborah and we came up with the perfect arrangements and center pieces! Day-of, they arrived promptly and even took care of some last-minute changes I requested for our bouquets! They were all very large and full, and looked amazing in real life and in photos. Exactly what I wanted!

Floral was not on the top of my list, but I chose Swan Floral because of their reviews and they were close to my venue. Every time I would contact a person, they would spell my name wrong after several corrections and with my name being present in all emails(very careless and impersonal in my opinion) minor; I got over that. Swan Floral did an okay job on the flowers. They were not what I I visioned but it worked. However, my bouquet was beautiful. The day of the wedding I had to ask around about bouquets moments before the wedding since I never got a call about the flowers being delivered. So glad they were efficient and delivered flowers, but a smile email and phone call would've been great. I do thank the team for their work, because no labor goes unnoticed. Thank you.

I can't thank Suzanne enough for her creativity and communication. Since I had to plan from far away, she was great about making mock bouquets and sending me pics, and giving me detailed pricing and listing what would be in each arrangement. She even helped create bags of rose petals to hang at the end of each aisle for tossing and worked with me to keep everything in my budget. The delivery team was prompt and helpful and everything was beautiful. Thanks a million to the whole Swan team. Highly recommended!
