We had such an amazing experience with our wedding venue! Everything was absolutely beautiful, and the space looked perfect for our special day. We received so many compliments from our guests about how gorgeous the venue was.
A huge thank you to Kim, the venue coordinator, for being so helpful throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, kind, and easy to work with. She helped answer all of our questions, kept everything organized, and made sure things went smoothly on our wedding day. Having her there definitely made the whole experience much less stressful for us.
We’re so happy we chose this venue for our wedding and would absolutely recommend it to other couples. Thank you Kim and the entire team for helping make our wedding day so beautiful and memorable! 🤍

Swan Lake made all of our wedding dreams come true! Their beautiful landscapes with so many photo ops, views and paths for our guests to enjoy, options for ceremony space, etc. created the perfect backdrop for our garden party wedding. The staff, especially Kim Stoody, are so easy and FUN to work; they are extremely accommodating, make you feel confident, and provide extremely helpful guidance every step of the way. They allow you to work with so many different vendors from live band to preferred caterers to let you create your vision from top to bottom and then they do it all to help execute. I loved having the entire property to ourselves for the entire day and then some - made us feel so special! Also, having the getting ready parlors onsite was amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about my entire experience with Swan Lake. I know everyone says this, but it truly was the best day of our lives and we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way or place

Kim went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was everything we dreamt of. She was willing to set up the majority of my wedding decorations and ensure all of my visions came to life. Her attention to detail and commitment to her clients did not go unnoticed or unappreciated, as she was willing to do anything and everything. Not only did Kim ensure that our wedding was planned and executed perfectly, she also took the time to check in with my husband and I throughout the day, as well as making sure that we were taken care of (always bringing us drinks and food as needed after the ceremony). She also left us the sweetest note in our guest book that we will cherish forever. We truly are so thankful for Kim for enduring the heat with us, and making sure our wedding truly was the best day of our lives. We also appreciated all of the other services from the rest of the Swan Lake staff at our event as well. Everything was such a dream! We can’t recommend this venue enough.

was initially a little frustrating), they communicated well and were always proactive about getting caught up to speed with the wedding (which more than made up for the inconvenience). Our coordinator Ella, and her assistants, Shea and Maya (and one other whose name I didn't catch, sorry!) were so positive and supportive during the wedding day. They were willing to do whatever they could to help assuage my anxiety due to the weather and I really appreciated their flexibility.
I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any bride & groom. I also suggest staying overnight at the beautiful gatehouse on the property for an easy home-base in addition to their awesome getting-ready parlors.

I am very indecisive, and she sat with us and talked through all the options and helped plan both an inside and outdoor ceremony should the weather not be ideal for our December wedding. The getting ready suites make the day go so much more smooth and it is super helpful they do their own bar package so you don't have to worry at all about beverages. You can also customize just about every little detail of your day from lighting, ceremony site, type of beverages, drapery, and chair colors, etc. Our previous venue not working out was for sure a blessing in disguise because everything was amazing at Swan Lake!!!

It ended up being freakishly cold day in May so everything moved inside for the ceremony. It was still a beautiful backdrop. Luckily the rain held off so the bridal party and my husband and I were able to take photos outside in the beautiful landscapes! Swan Lake has so many picture perfect spots as well as spaces to hold the ceremony! I really enjoyed my time working with Olivia leading up to the big day and Bailey was a joy as well on the big day!!

The reception hall was well appointed, had plenty of space for all our guests and our caterer’s stations, and lots of dance floor space too. The bridal parlor was the perfect place for the bridal party and moms to get ready, and for our beauty professionals to set up and do all our hair and makeup. The grounds are lovely and provided beautiful backdrops for the wedding photos. The alcohol selection provided was good and all our guests enjoyed their beverages. Our guests had so many compliments on the venue and several friends and relatives were asking me about the details for the venue for future events. I highly recommend Swan Lake for weddings!

They have everything, multiple beautiful outdoor ceremony sites, amazing suites for both the bride and groom to get ready in and a breath taking inside for your reception.
The best part of Swan Lake is that not only do you get an amazing venue with beautiful ceremony sites and photo locations, the staff are some of the most incredible people to work with. Olivia was so kind and helpful through the entire process. Not only did she help with the wedding process but she was a thoughtful person as well. Kristen helped when there were catering hiccups due to the vendors being understaffed and helped coordinate all linens to go above and beyond. Finally Bailey was there the day of running around ensuring that everything went perfectly. These women were absolutely crucial in the entire planning process and were so kind and excited when they showed up the day of the event. I truly felt a bond with each one of them. The day went so smoothly and beautifully because of each of their hard work.
With 20 acres of beautiful backdrop and an amazing team, it's really hard to go wrong with Swan Lake. Our guests loved this location. We received so many compliments on our venue and the photos we have received back are absolutely breath taking. In my opinion, the largest decision you can make is the venue. Swan Lake did such an amazing job with every aspect that I know we made the right one for our dream wedding. Thank you so much to the entire Swan Lake team for everything. If I could do it all over again I'd chose Swan Lake again and again.

livia and the entire staff were extremely accommodating and supportive as we navigated postponing our wedding and trying to keep all of our same vendors. They even helped us arrange a small family only ceremony on site so we were still able to get married on our original date!
With our new date set for May 2021 we continued to plan around COVID protocols with the help and guidance of the team at Swan Lake. They eased the stress of planning a wedding during such a unique time and were always available to offer advice and guidance.
Kristen in particular was absolutely amazing throughout the entire 1.5 year planning process and a huge help the day of the wedding! She helped organize and communicate with our vendors, assisted in planning, coordinated catering and always made us feel so at ease and knew we were in great hands! She was also around with a smile the day of the wedding helping with last minute things and making our day perfect. Bailey was our day of coordinator who also made sure our wedding day ran smoothly and ensured everything went off without a hitch.
Overall, Swan Lake was an absolutely beautiful spot for our wedding ceremony & reception and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, unique and fun venue to get married at. You are in the best hands with the staff here. Thank you so much!

I was able to see mostly everything out together early in the morning and it put my mind at ease. Everything looked beautiful. The staff were so helpful and made sure everything was put in one spot at the end of the night for us to take home. Everything was perfect. I truly couldn’t have imagined a better day. You would have thought that we would have been a bit nervous booking a venue without construction being complete, but I was truly blown away with how gorgeous it turned out and how perfect the wedding was. my future husband. The venue is absolutely stunning!!! It really is a fairytale space. They have so much to offer, with four outdoor locations to choose from and a beautiful indoor main hall as well.
We decided to get married at the waterfall location and it was more than we could ask for. Almost every one of our wedding guest told us how pretty the venue was and how nice of a time they had at our wedding. Hearing that compliment from almost all of your guests is one of the best feelings ever. (Besides getting to marry the love of your life, of course!)
Now to brag about the AMAZING staff they have. Olivia, the event coordinator, exceeded ALL of our expectations and more. We can’t thank her enough for every little detail she helped us with. Her communication, guidance and advice given was absolute perfection. Wedding planning during 2020 has been one of the biggest struggles, but Olivia seemed to always put my mind at ease and kept us up to date with current guidelines. On our wedding day Olivia and Bailey helped keep things running very smoothly and helped keep me calm and excited. Everyone always tells you while wedding planning to have fun but understand not everything will go perfect on your wedding day, and to be honest I was waiting for something to go wrong, and it never did! The entire day was absolutely perfect.
October 3, 2020 is a day we are never going to forget. I honestly couldn’t have pictured our wedding day going any better than it did. Thank you so much to Swan Lake for everything they did to make our big day so incredibly special. If you are looking for the perfect place to have your big day, you will 100% not regret choosing Swan Lake.
