Swan Lake Overlook is a luxurious wedding and event venue. Our venue sits on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for over 100 years. Our scenic views overlook the North Georgia Mountains and come with all of the well loved mountain elements. We are conveniently located just north of Atlanta, providing the perfect mountain destination wedding just outside of the city. Our guests can enjoy several ceremony spots around our property and a large indoor venue space with seating for up to 300 guests.
A glorious hilltop oasis sets the scene for romantic outdoor ceremonies. Mature trees and bright meadows frame the space, creating an enchanting ambiance. The happy couple can exchange vows in beautiful space as their loved ones look on. Afterwards, they can head to the covered patio to begin the festivities or enjoy a refreshing open-air cocktail hour. There are plenty of opportunities to take stunning portraits on the grounds. Swan Lake Overlook delivers everything promised in the name. The venue features a large indoor event space with remarkable views of the sparkling lake. This creates an unmatchable atmosphere as couples and their loved ones sit down to dine. Each delicious bite is complemented by the stunning sights of Swan Lake. The venue itself feels stylish and elegant. Neat exposed beams and columns along with the walls of windows give the space a grand open feel. Decorative chandeliers glow overhead, gently casting light on the newlyweds as they have their first dance.
Dressing rooms for both sides of the wedding party make getting ready simple and exciting. The team at Swan Lake Overlook will do their best to get couples smoothly to this point. They are able to organize the food and drinks for a night of hearty celebrations. Tables and chairs are provided for the ceremony and reception. These seasoned professionals have a useful list of preferred vendors to handle couples' other needs.
