everything ran smoothly with our own vendors and decorations. The drinks they had in their bar was a big hit and the barns attractions like the jumpers and sunflower field were amazing which made for great pictures as well. Definitely will have another event there.

in so our guests could listen to music even while our DJ set up. They had a bar for guests, full kitchen, a groomsman room, and the upstairs was beautiful for my wife to get ready. We did use our own caterer (Rosie Posie Events) but she did have recommended caterers incase you're looking.

our wedding for Nov 2022. She has truly been amazing and a huge support through the whole planning process. The communication with her has always been prompt, clear and honest! She has great ideas and is always going above and beyond to help make our day so special. The venue is honestly breath taking; it a girls dream come true. Although it is a barn and very rustic it really also is elegant. Please dont look any further and book your cebrations here. Please ask for Ping!

Unfortunately, the lady managing it, is not honoring that dream at all. Throughout the planning process, she never wrote anything down, wouldn’t respond to my emails, would miss our meetings and not show up…would promise something then forget she did or try to go back on her promise, etc…didn’t let that bother me too much and kept planning doing it all myself. Fast forward to the wedding…the only thing I hired her extra to do was open bar as we had to go through them for alcohol. She promised two bartenders for our near 150 guests. This was to include water, and non-alcoholic drinks. She did not provide bartenders and our friends attending the wedding had to step in to bartend, she was RUDE to our guests (have heard multiple stories from guests wondering who she even was), did not provide water on a 100* day or soda (we had to run out and buy some ourselves), took the bar tips mid way through the night and was on the dance floor with someone we did not invite to our wedding (still not sure who he was, I’m guessing a man friend of hers) almost all night. The event was over at 10pm and looked us in the eyes at 10:05 and said we needed to leave and get out now as the last of us were cleaning up. I have NEVER met anyone quite like this woman. Our wedding was the most magical day but only because we had to do EVERYTHING and the only thing I had to leave up to her, she failed miserably on. I would voice to this venue she needs to go! Then please please give Swank Farms your business once and if they switch managers!
