My company hosted a character ball at this venue and the staff and management was amazing! They embraced our event concept and created a menu to fit the theme along with specialty cocktails and mocktails custom to the event! They were so easy to work with and are very well organized! I would definitely host an event here again!

I just had my wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful. The venue is small, I recommend if you want a small wedding but even with 90-100 people it was such a blast and a beautiful ceremony and reception. Amy made it all the more perfect and I knew I could trust her to have everything ready and perfect.

We hosted a party for my husband at this venue! It was perfect for our private dinner party. The venue helped connect us with a décor provider for the linens and balloons. We had a custom menu for my husband (who is from Holland) and had some Dutch specialties prepared for him. DELISH. The staff is very accommodating and helpful and the food is great. Highly recommended!

What a GREAT experience! We hosted my brother's 60th birthday party here and everything was so much fun. The food was fantastic (chicken parm.... YUM!) and the staff is seriously top notch. Everyone was so nice to my family and friends. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Amy and her team are the absolute BEST! Such attention to every detail. Flexible, and FUN! They went out of their way with my every (little) request. The prices are so reasonable, the venue is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Swanson Meadows was amazing to work with and to have our wedding! We had our micro wedding there with covid and we wanted to keep our date. Amy was so responsive and so easy to work with. She had everything laid out for you to make the planning easy and stress free! Day of everything was perfect. We got there and the room was already set up and looked beautiful! The staff was so helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. The food was AMAZING, our wedding was in October and our family is still talking about it. We had kids there as well and they even had some activities for them to do but we so helpful with them. We all felt safe with covid policies and staff followed everything. I can not say enough about our experience with Swanson Meadows and we can not wait to go back either for dinner or our next event!

I had my daughters Baptism celebration at the Swanson Meadows and it could not have been any more perfect. Amy was so easy to work with during the planning of it. The space is beautiful and intimate. It is the perfect blank canvas waiting to be decorated for any type of event! My guests raved about the Artisan Charcuterie appetizer board, and the Italian buffet was delicious! I added the blush flower wall, and it was a beautiful backdrop for pictures! I can't thank Amy and the rest of the staff at the Swanson for a beautiful day! I look forward to hosting another event there!

We were overwhelmed about replanning our wedding due to COVID-19, until we spoke with Swanson Meadows. From our first conversation with Amy, we knew we would be in good hands, and a visit to Swanson Meadows for dinner confirmed it. Amy and her team truly made us feel as though they were excited to help plan our celebration, which was something we just did not find with other venues. This is something that truly made our experience so special. Amy and her team were incredibly accessible and responsive throughout our planning, and were eager to help us get every detail right. From the food to the linens, they made sure every detail felt truly "us". The space is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable and affordable, as far as weddings go! Many measures were taken to ensure a safe event, and yet we hardly felt them, because they made it all easy and seamless. They definitely have mastered COVID-safe practices. Amy & the team helped us to create a day that, while it was not what we originally planned, became a day we will always remember. We are so thankful for Swanson Meadows, and highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding, whether during a pandemic, or not!

We chose Swanson Meadows to host a board of directors retreat and dinner, which enabled us to take advantage of both their venue space (decked out in a Serengeti theme for our dinner) and the deck and outdoor grounds (for cocktails and shooting some fun drone footage). The planning team assured the event ran smoothly from start to finish and the food and drinks were both creative and delicious! Couldn't recommend Swanson Meadows more!

We hosted my sister’s bridal shower here on 9/13/2020 and it turned out AMAZING. We hosted the shower outside on their back deck and it was beautiful. The staff did a wonderful job delivering top tier service and were so friendly. I, as well as our guests, truly had an amazing experience and the food was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this venue for celebrating any type of special event!

Just had my baby shower here yesterday, and I can't put into words how amazing and perfect everything was! Amy, Sarah, and staff took care of absolutely everything to ensure our day was absolutely perfect! The food here is amazing and they mix awesome drinks! All of my guests were raving about how wonderful and beautiful everything was, they had the best time! This venue is absolutely gorgeous inside and their back deck is huge and beautiful! Beautiful place to have a wedding or any other type of special event. The staff delivers top notch service and everyone is so friendly and kind to do business with, they really make you feel like family and truly care that their guests are happy. They love what they do and it really shows in the way they go above and beyond to make sure your event is special. I don't enough words to explain any better how pleased I was with our experience at Swanson Meadows, I really love this place and look forward to celebrating more milestones here in the future!
