We specialize in weddings and additionally offer services for weekly flower arrangements, corporate functions, individual orders, sympathy, uniquely designed decor, etc.

Our full focus is put into creating the flower designs for your special day. We support our local Watsonville growers and personally order and hand pick the flowers to be used in your wedding. We wanted a LOT of emphasis on greenery for our wedding, leaning in to a whimsical/woodsy look. We didn't want a ton of flowers, only carefully placed for emphasis or pops of color. Laura immediately understood what we were going for and worked with us to deliver everything we wanted and MORE on our wedding day. My wife wore a gorgeous boutonniere, and I was honored to carry the most beautiful bouquet I've seen in my life!! She has such an incredible eye, and used our inspiration photos to create art that was beyond what we even believed they could be. Everything was fresh, smelled incredible, and perfectly accented every aspect of our wedding day. From the planning process, to ceremony to reception, Laura impressed us at every turn. She is also incredibly sweet, easy to work with, flexible and fair. We LOVED working with her, and are preserving as many of her beautiful flowers as we can to keep with us forever. Mrs. Sweely came to my venue and personally set up all the floral arrangements and decorations which was a blessing for this stressed out bride.
My only word of advice is not to be too laid back when describing what you want for your special day. Make sure you specify exact flower types and look you want. I expressed I wanted a tropical sunset look theme for my wedding which did not happen. The sunset colors were provided but not necessairly a tropical look. However, if I specified exact flowers to use, she would have pulled it off no problem.

The flower arrangements were so absolutely beautiful that my guests wanted to take them home! I got tons of compliments on the unique and gorgeous ceremony setup. The bridesmaids' bouquets were exactly what I wanted and my bouquet was fantastic! I was thrilled. It's a shame that flowers can't live forever because I wanted to keep my bouquet!
Laura also was very good at getting what information she needed from me without being imposing or making herself a time-consuming nuisance. I met with her one time, talked to the phone with her once, and had a few emails back and forth... and most of that was just because I was being indecisive. I didn't even see her on the wedding day but she had everything perfectly arranged when I finally got to the site.
I would recommend her for any function that anyone would have that would require a florist. She was worth every penny... actually she was worth so much more since she was priced well below all the other florists I contacted.

he helped me come up with, an idea, of what I wanted. She has so much knowledge of flowers and greenery and colors that would look nice, it was very helpful to be able to as questions and find new flowers I'd never even heard of. I felt very comfortable just picking out some of the flowers I wanted, and leaving the rest up to her on how everything would come together.
Shortly after we met, she e-mailed me an excel spreadsheet of the flowers I had chosen and descriptions that helped me remember what I picked along with the pricing.
On the day of the wedding, she showed up to the room I was getting ready in with the case of the personal flowers, and before I knew it, I was going down to take pictures under the beautiful gazebo covered in the flowers I had chosen. Everything looked awesome, she was very nice, and she was able to help me accommodate my budget.
Highly recommended! I would use her again for anything else I need flowers for, in a heartbeat!
