Megan went above and beyond to make my vision come true giving my wedding the tropical but neutral feeling I was hoping for. We are so thankful for Sweet Blossom Designs!!

Tara and her team were a pleasure to work with! we hired sweet blossom designs as our florist and wedding coordinator. the flowers were beyond beautiful! The team completely exceeded our expectations. My flowers were fresh and the arrangements were just stunning. the coordination side was also amazing. Tara did a great job coordinating with my vendors and coming up with a timeline for the day. She also went to our meetings with 24 carrots and provided great inside to our wedding considering that she had done several weddings at our Venue.

I really cannot even begin to talk about how amazing Tara and her team were for our February 2023 wedding! Tara was such a joy to talk to during the planning process — so much that my mom asked me, “Who were you on the phone with just now” because we had such a fun and exciting conversation! She is so knowledgeable about the local venues and their layouts/restrictions having been in the industry for so long. I was thoroughly blown away by how much Sweetest Blossom went above and beyond in executing my vision for a timeless, elegant, and romantic wedding at the Richard Nixon Presidential Library. They even added extra tapered candles and vases around the venue to really tie everything together. Everything from our ceremony arch to centerpieces to personal bouquets looked breathtaking and completely elevated the venue’s atmosphere. On top of all that, the florals we took home with us stayed fresh for so long — a real testament to Sweet Blossom’s expertise and care in their work. I’m late writing this but we had our wedding at the Nixon Library in October of 2021. I had a vision for how I wanted my florals to turn out and Tara delivered 1000% and went above and beyond to make sure everything was beautiful. I wanted extremely large floral centerpieces and despite that not being what she typically does, she made absolutely spectacular arrangements and worked with me on pricing despite flower shortages and COVID sourcing issues she was dealing with on her end. We also made a last minute decision to bring Tara and her team on as coordinators in addition to florals. She and her team were absolutely excellent, not missing ONE detail whatsoever down to the smallest things. She constantly checked up on us throughout the night and made sure everything ran so smoothly and on schedule. I cannot recommend her and her team enough and am so grateful for all of her help in making our wedding so beautiful and so stress free. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Sweet Blossom design did all of the florals for our wedding. Both of us had very little experience working with flowers, but Tara worked with us to make sure were were happy with the final products. The team did some beautiful installations as well as table settings. They also have an incredible selection of signs, vases, table numbers, cake stands, etc. that you can use at no cost - such an amazing perk!

I reached out to the Sweet Blossom Designs team for florals for my wedding. I only requested for personals and the ceremony arch (then later, a little extra flowers for our donut cake set up haha). After a couple of phone consultations, sharing of inspo pics, and a venue walkthru with Tara, I pretty much trusted her to come up with what flowers to use and the design for the personals and the ceremony arch. She even advised me to move up the ceremony time so we could get golden hour for pictures (LOL thanks!!!). Tara did not disappoint!! She really made magic happen that day. The Sweet Blossom team did a truly amazing job. Everyone got their personals. They set up quickly and were able to repurpose the ceremony arch for the sweetheart table and our dessert table. I would highly recommend Sweet Blossom to brides planning their own wedding, especially if you are like me and don't know the first thing about flowers and don't have too much of a preference for what flowers to use. In Tara we trust haha. Also, shout out to Megan and Kristin who were patient with me over emails regarding changes that I wanted to make. You guys are great!!

Megan and her team did such a wonderful job of bringing our vision to life. We wanted a very specific color palette and style, and I was anxious at first about them turning out the way we wanted. However, the team really executed. On wedding day, Megan and her assistants were punctual, kind, and on top of it. Everything arrived fresh and gorgeous. Could not have gone better. Very, very happy with the end result and appreciate of everyone's hard work and communication over the course of many months.

Tara and her team truly brought our vision to life, and it was even better than we could've imagined. She spent endless hours paying wonderful attention to detail, was able to make a major change in our floral design last minute, and spent late nights talking through ideas. We can't thank her enough. Our wedding occurred during a heat wave in Dana Point + it was located in a usually very windy area along the coast. We were very concerned about the flowers wilting and many of our decorations + high centerpieces blowing away. I'm so glad we were able to trust in Sweet Blossom Designs to not only keep the flowers looking fresh all night long, but also safe from the elements. Tara is an absolute expert in her industry and she's a wonderful person. You can see her passion shining through the entire time and her entire team is caring, thoughtful, attentive to details, very responsive, and extremely professional. THANK YOU!! I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Tara, Mark and the team at Sweet Blossom Designs. Having now gone through the whole wedding process, vendors that make you feel taken care of go a long way. Tara was AMAZING at predicting my needs, coming up with new ideas as my own plans changed, and really went above and beyond in terms of meeting with us, seeing the venue, and making us feel like we were in good hands. Furthermore, I could not have even imagined just how beautiful her work is. For as simple as our ceremony was, her work made it feel incredibly special. This team truly cares about what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work! I am hoping I will find some excuse to work with them again very soon!

Tara has been a great pleasure to work with for our wedding! From meeting her in the beginning, she took her time to get to know what we wanted and how it can be done at our venue. Her staff are very communicative, especially during the last 2 weeks before the big day! We had a last minute change where we were no longer doing a church ceremony but instead have everything done at the venue and she easily made those changes. On the wedding day, everyone loved the arrangements! We both highly recommended talking to Tara if you are planning a wedding or any other big occasions!

I hired Annie as both my florist and month of coordinator. I had a very specific vision of table decor that was honestly a little nuts and I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but Annie made it work and the tables looked beautiful! Annie made the effort to get to know what types of flowers I like and don't like and put together beautiful bouquets with some whimsical and unique touches that I appreciated. She went above and beyond to make my vision come to life. I made many changes along the way and Annie was flexible and quickly sent me updated floral proposals. As for coordination, do it! For a long time I tried to convince myself that I didn't need a coordinator and could do it myself to save some money. Thank goodness I came to my senses and hired Annie. I would have had a breakdown without her. She kept me on track and organized a month out from my wedding day and saved me from having to manage the other vendors. I was able to enjoy my wedding day knowing that Annie would handle the setup and any issues if they arose. She has a great team with her too! Her sister and husband were also great to work with. Highly recommend Sweet Blossom Designs for both florals and coordination!

I was referred to Sweet Blossom Designs by a family friend and I couldn't be happier with both their florist and wedding coordination services. Florist - Tara created the most magical floral arrangements for us, better than I could have ever imagined. She gave us her honest opinions on my crazy ideas (like including hops in my bouquet), down to finding floral that fit within my budget. She made sure to let me know how each arrangement was going to be used during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and ways she could re-purpose them during the reception. Coordination Services - Getting married during the pandemic, Tara, Kristen, and Megan worked with us through two reschedules of our big day and three venues, two of which closed during the pandemic. They set-up multiple meetings with me to make sure my wedding was everything I envisioned, and were super flexible. They even set-up a super simple and organized Google Sheet that we used to make sure all the details were written down and created checklists so I knew I was on track with everything. They seriously thought of EVERYTHING including items you'd never think about. On the day of my wedding, they made the entire day completely stress free for both myself, my husband, and our families. Even when we had a wedding crasher show up, Tara made sure to deal with the situation before we even noticed. I HIGHLY recommend Sweet Blossom Designs for both your Floral and Coordination needs, especially if you are looking to have a completely stress free wedding planning process & day!

We used Tara and her family for our wedding and cannot recommend them more! This my third experience seeing Sweet Blossom Design’s work (my sisters wedding, my best friend’s wedding, and finally my own!) and they have done amazing work each time. I’m not super creative when it comes to decor and florals, but they were able to take my little ideas and create the most beautiful wedding! They also worked so hard to repurpose decor from the ceremony space and move it to the reception space which was awesome. They were so helpful, professional, and best of all, fun to work with. Not only that, but they were so flexible and easy to work with after postponing my wedding not once, but twice. We can’t thank them enough for all everything they have done for us!

I hired Annie as my day of coordinator as well as my florist. She was absolutely the best to work with. She was punctual, organized, has great communication skills and is just all around on the ball. Annie not only kept in touch with all of my vendors and kept them in the loop with any changes on the way to the day but she also went above and beyond in so many ways. Her skill in getting ahold of difficult people to contact, and honestly dealing with difficult people in general was extremely impressive. At the end of the night we even had some unexpected and unknown wedding guests and Annie was the one to handle the situation, as always, cool, calm and collected. I would love to hire Annie again in the future for any other event I might need help with, or share her name with my friends who may be getting married soon! She definitely has all the expertise necessary to pull off cohesive, flawless and stunning weddings with both flowers and organization. I got married May 22, 2021 and my husband and I chose Annie to be our florist. Her ideas from the very beginning were perfect. I never had a vision for what I wanted. I would just pin different pictures on Pinterest and hope for the best. Somehow, she took my jumbled thoughts and mixed emotions together and created this amazing work of art. I didn’t know what to expect, but pure perfection was not it. I never had to worry about a thing. Annie was professional, yet so caring. She knows her brides and wants to know their heart. Tara and her team did an AMAZING job providing florals for our wedding! From our very first phone call, Tara was so attentive to all of our requests and helped us to really plan out our vision for florals. She has so many great ideas and knew exactly how to tie all my ideas together! Her team was also so friendly and easy to reach out to throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, Tara had a beautiful spontaneous idea to style our ceremony aisle by reusing some farmhouse tables we were going to be using later in the night with greenery and flowers, and it was a crowd favorite that we would have never thought of! The bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and our large floral arch all turned out amazing and exceeded our expectations! What we appreciate the most about Tara, was that she brought along everything from extra greenery and flowers, to candles, wooden crates, vases and other decor - all for us to use and she didn’t charge us extra. We felt that we were truly being taken care of and that the team was there to go out of their way to help us make our day as beautiful as possible. Annie is a great designer and was wonderful putting together our amazing floral vision! We had a very specific (and difficult to visualize) comic book/superhero/boardgame/sci fi wedding so we wanted a very relaxed primarily primary color theme...and Annie delivered!! I was so happy and even just looking at the flowers in our photos make me happy. Especially during the Great Quar it was wonderful to find such a wonderful vendor to make it happen!

Annie is amazing, and I would have her do my wedding all over again if I had to. She was very flexible and understanding while planning my wedding. We were supposed to have a big wedding, but of course due to covid, we decided to do something very small instead. Annie was with me every step of the way even when I was mentally and emotionally over it. Annie also did all my flowers for my wedding and they were so dreamy. I will continue getting flowers from Annie whenever I need them. I plan on recreating my wedding bouquet every anniversary. I am so thankful for Annie, and I recommend her to anyone I know.

It was such a pleasure to work with Tara as our florist throughout our wedding planning process and up through the day of our wedding! Tara's experience as both a florist and a wedding planner was clear as she presented options to us for florals. Our site was new to her (we were the first wedding there!) so she took the time to tour the space with us and gave us suggestions to make our vision come to life within our budget (something we did not think was possible given the cost of flowers in Los Angeles, and our low-average budget). She spent extra time explaining her suggestions to me regarding design and how we could cut down on costs without compromising our style, and I was very appreciative of her time and patience to meet our style and budget requests. Tara went above and beyond my expectations for the wedding. There were so many flowers and they all looked so perfect! My maid of honor legitimately asked me if I spent $10,000 on flowers! To be clear, I did not spend anywhere near that (see budget limitations above) and I didn't need to; Tara's talent and creativity allowed us to have the floral decorations we wanted without breaking the bank. She also supplied all of our table decor and was able to make everything look cohesive, match our style requests, and compliment the venue. We are so grateful to Tara for helping us make our wedding look beautiful!

SPEECHLESS. Really, Tara and her sweet, talented family took my breath away! I get teary just remembering how stunning and perfect the flowers were. I asked for a lot of sunset colors that were unique and would meld well with our venue. She delivered beyond my wildest dreams! I cannot express my gratitude enough. Annie with Sweet Blossom Designs did an amazing job with our floral arrangements for our wedding. I LOVE sunflowers and told her I wanted those as my main flower, mixed in with some kind of a purple flower. She took that idea and created a gorgeous display of sunflowers mixed with lavenders in mason jars. It was exactly what I was looking for. We had a rustic themed wedding and her arrangements were an absolute perfect fit with the theme. Tara and her team could not be more talented or better at serving their clients!! As a photographer, I always remember florists who create unique arrangements and who offer me extra flowers and greenery to style invitation and detail shots. Not only did Tara check off both these boxes, but she completely nailed our couple's vision for their wedding flowers!! Everything was ready on time, and she was able to repurpose the ceremony flowers for reception in a way that looked completely elegant and planned. The flowers gave the venue that extra pop of color and enhanced every photo. Tara is so easy to work with and responds quickly to emails and texts throughout the planning process. Tara made my flower dreams come true AND her costs were incredibly competitive! Hands down Tara was my very favorite vendor to work with. I received her information as a recommendation from a friend. She does an amazing job respecting your budget and gives you tons of helpful tips about how to make your dollar go further. After receiving numerous other quotes, her costs were 1/3 of other vendors. Tara was one of the few vendors I felt that didn't nickel and dime everything. She threw in so many extras like candles and signage which all adds up. I have to admit I was nervous to book Tara after I reviewed her website. Many of the photos were a bit outdated from current wedding floral trends, or not reflective of my personal taste. She has been in the industry for a while and is first to admit her website isn't always reflective of her current work. That being said, she is an incredibly good listener. She helps translate your floral dreams into reality.

Tara is such a pleasure to work with, she did a fabulous job with all the floral and decorations for my wedding! I was in awe when I saw everything, she really took my vision and ideas and made it a reality! She is also great if you have a tight budget, she will work with you and adjust things if needed.

I am so happy with the flowers for our wedding. Tara did not blink an eye when I asked for plum and orange for a July wedding, she just got to work finding me the prettiest flowers to put in the bouquets, boutonnieres and table arrangements. Tara and her husband do excellent work and were able to set up the venue perfectly on time and arrived back to the venue at the end of the evening to put up the pillars and signs that were used. I could not ask for a more beautiful bridal bouquet...I still look at pictures and am in awe of how she made my dreams into a reality.
