On our wedding day, David and I truly did not have to worry about a single logistical detail. Every moving piece was seamlessly handled by Megan and her team. Because of them, we were able to stay fully present, soaking in every moment, every conversation, and every laugh without being pulled away to manage vendors, timelines, or unexpected details. Megan coordinated everything behind the scenes with such grace and efficiency that we did not feel a single ounce of stress.
Even our guests noticed. Multiple people came up to us throughout the evening commenting on how incredible Megan and her team were, running around and handling business while making sure everything flowed perfectly. It was clear to everyone that they were operating at the highest level.
Leading up to the wedding, Megan was fantastic to work with. She communicated clearly and outlined exactly what she needed from us to ensure a successful day. She made the planning process feel structured and organized, and her leadership gave us so much confidence.
There were even components I completely forgot about that were simply handled without question. Since we had our wedding at our family property, there were extra details to manage and Megan took care of them all. She made sure the cake was brought out at the perfect time. Her team continuously cleaned and maintained the venue throughout the night. At the end of the evening they carefully packed away our keepsake items, including our memorial table photos, and even secured gifts that were delivered by Amazon the very same day. Every detail, big and small, was thoughtfully managed.
They truly took care of every aspect of our day, and we are beyond grateful. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day without worrying about logistics, Megan and her team are the best decision you can make.

I only wished I had more support on the day-of coordination—I was being asked so many questions by staff and bridal party members on what to do and where to go, causing me significant stress on top of the stress I already had as a bride and host. I had expected more help with this. After the ceremony, we didn’t have help with getting the golf cart to start bride and groom photos, and our photographer had to find help it for us. There was also a frustrating moment when my mom was called away to ask about missing flowers during our first dance, so she missed a key moment at our wedding.
Working with Sweet Blossoms was one of the best decisions I made as a bride planning my wedding.

, and genuinely excited about her work. I gave her a general idea of the colors I wanted, and she took it from there—suggesting the most beautiful assortment of florals and centerpieces.
During our initial phone call, I told her I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted, and she immediately came up with the idea of using bottled flower bud vases. It was exquisite! I had never seen them used on round tables before, and I absolutely loved the look. We also added floating candles, which she suggested, and it turned out even better than I could have imagined.
We did a mock floral arrangement, which was stunning—and the actual wedding day arrangements were somehow even better. I would absolutely give Sweet Blossoms a 10/10 recommendation.
Megan even stopped by while I was getting ready to personally deliver my bouquet. She showed me exactly how to hold it for photos and explained how to keep my bridesmaids and me from getting water on our dresses after the bouquets had been in water. So thoughtful!
At the end of the night, Megan and her team returned to wrap up the centerpiece flowers into take-home bouquets for our guests. It was such a kind and memorable touch.
Her florals completely captured the vibe I was going for—light, airy, happy, subtle, whimsical. And to top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the invoice was compared to other vendors we’d spoken with.

I wanted extremely large floral centerpieces and despite that not being what she typically does, she made absolutely spectacular arrangements and worked with me on pricing despite flower shortages and COVID sourcing issues she was dealing with on her end.
We also made a last minute decision to bring Tara and her team on as coordinators in addition to florals. She and her team were absolutely excellent, not missing ONE detail whatsoever down to the smallest things. She constantly checked up on us throughout the night and made sure everything ran so smoothly and on schedule. I cannot recommend her and her team enough and am so grateful for all of her help in making our wedding so beautiful and so stress free. I’d recommend her to anyone.

Tara did not disappoint!! She really made magic happen that day. The Sweet Blossom team did a truly amazing job. Everyone got their personals. They set up quickly and were able to repurpose the ceremony arch for the sweetheart table and our dessert table. I would highly recommend Sweet Blossom to brides planning their own wedding, especially if you are like me and don't know the first thing about flowers and don't have too much of a preference for what flowers to use. She gave us her honest opinions on my crazy ideas (like including hops in my bouquet), down to finding floral that fit within my budget. She made sure to let me know how each arrangement was going to be used during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and ways she could re-purpose them during the reception.
Coordination Services - Getting married during the pandemic, Tara, Kristen, and Megan worked with us through two reschedules of our big day and three venues, two of which closed during the pandemic. They set-up multiple meetings with me to make sure my wedding was everything I envisioned, and were super flexible. They even set-up a super simple and organized Google Sheet that we used to make sure all the details were written down and created checklists so I knew I was on track with everything. They seriously thought of EVERYTHING including items you'd never think about. On the day of my wedding, they made the entire day completely stress free for both myself, my husband, and our families. Even when we had a wedding crasher show up, Tara made sure to deal with the situation before we even noticed.

Her skill in getting ahold of difficult people to contact, and honestly dealing with difficult people in general was extremely impressive. At the end of the night we even had some unexpected and unknown wedding guests and Annie was the one to handle the situation, as always, cool, calm and collected.
I would love to hire Annie again in the future for any other event I might need help with, or share her name with my friends who may be getting married soon! On our wedding day, Tara had a beautiful spontaneous idea to style our ceremony aisle by reusing some farmhouse tables we were going to be using later in the night with greenery and flowers, and it was a crowd favorite that we would have never thought of! The bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and our large floral arch all turned out amazing and exceeded our expectations! What we appreciate the most about Tara, was that she brought along everything from extra greenery and flowers, to candles, wooden crates, vases and other decor - all for us to use and she didn’t charge us extra. She spent extra time explaining her suggestions to me regarding design and how we could cut down on costs without compromising our style, and I was very appreciative of her time and patience to meet our style and budget requests. Tara went above and beyond my expectations for the wedding. There were so many flowers and they all looked so perfect! My maid of honor legitimately asked me if I spent $10,000 on flowers! To be clear, I did not spend anywhere near that (see budget limitations above) and I didn't need to; Tara's talent and creativity allowed us to have the floral decorations we wanted without breaking the bank. She also supplied all of our table decor and was able to make everything look cohesive, match our style requests, and compliment the venue. We are so grateful to Tara for helping us make our wedding look beautiful!
