ordial when we spoke so I brushed it off. She, myself, and my event coordinator had spoken at length about what time she was to be at the venue- she and all my vendors had a specific timeline weeks in advance. She arrived almost 3 hours late without explanation and without being responsive to people reaching out to her day of- we truly thought she was not coming. Hardly anything she promised me was delivered- my wedding planner and bridesmaids were laying on the floor putting center pieces together- none of it was done. I paid 800$ for a tree we were getting married under to be covered in flowers…it took her an hour to drape a piece of cloth over it which looked like a teenager hung up toilet paper. None of the votives were included which I paid for. The aisle flowers were non existent. Not to mention that the flowers, although satisfactory for pictures, were clearly old and wilting. By the end of the night the flowers on the sweetheart table were drooped over and sad. She promised me left and right a refund. She cried to me and my father about how she would make it right. She would ghost me for days on end without response. My dad then had to get involved and we notified her there would be legal action if she didn’t issue refund for the missing items from the wedding- I didn’t even ask for a full refund! She provided written agreement to 2 installments on designated days. Well, that day has come and gone, no response, literally crickets. I told her I trusted her and it felt like an absolute betrayal. My vendors indicated that they have never worked with someone more unprofessional in their career. I will be pursuing legal action as I have countless messages of her accepting fault and promising refund.
