So glad we found this place! Cake was fantastic and the price was unbeatable. We had considered doing cupcakes, cake balls, and a candy buffet but the prices we were quoted were ridiculous (literally hundreds of dollars for a few jars of candy... why?!). Sweet Dreams had the best price I had ever heard of for a wedding cake, I've spent more on simple birthday cake than we did for our wedding cake. Our cake was three tiers with a different flavor on each tier. I can't recall what each was called, I think it was an almond cake on the bottom, red velvet in the middle, and a pound cake on top. All of them were delicious and moist, even the pound cake. Red velvet is a favorite in my family and many of our guests mentioned how great it was. We did end up having a good bit of cake left over, and it was still tasty after being in the fridge for a week. If you stop in for a tasting be sure to grab a cup of coffee too! Best coffee in NC, hands down.
