When I arrived, I was promptly welcomed and seated for a one-on-one consultation. They took the time to learn about my personality, the theme of my wedding, and what I envisioned for my big day. Based on our conversation, they pulled three dresses for me and then gave me the freedom to browse and pull additional styles that caught my eye. And yes, I found the dress. Lori, my consultant, was absolutely incredible. She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly knows how to make a bride feel beautiful. She made the entire experience feel personal and special. There was also another wonderful woman assisting (I wish I remembered her name!) who offered reassurance, honest feedback, and so much encouragement. Together, they made me feel supported and celebrated. What stood out most is that you can genuinely tell this is a team that loves what they do. The energy in the store was warm, positive, and encouraging. It felt like having a personal group of cheerleaders helping me prepare for one of the most important days of my life. They walked me through everything, from trying on dresses, to explaining how ordering works, to what happens with alterations. Even after purchasing my dress, they have continued to be accommodating. I decided I’d like to add sleeves, and they have already invited me back to review sleeve options and discuss next steps. That level of continued care speaks volumes. If you want an experience where you feel seen, supported, and genuinely beautiful, this is the place to go. This may be my one and only wedding, but hey, if there’s ever a vow renewal in 10 years, I know exactly where I’m going. Highly, highly recommend!

Sweet Elegance has a wide range of price and designer options, something I especially appreciated because I'm eloping and didn't want to break the bank! I found the perfect dress that balanced my budget and my dream dress! Devon really listened to what I was looking for and was definitely a hype-woman throughout. :) As other reviewers have mentioned, they do ask your party not to take photos but they will take them and send as many as you'd like. The reason is because it is a shared main room and they don't want you photographing other brides in your background. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal for us, just make sure to ask for any photos you want. Would absolutely recommend this shop!

beautiful, everyone is dressed professionally, they offered water and champagne to me and my family, listened closely as I explained what I was looking for, and actually honored those wishes! They know what they are doing at this store, and it made a huge difference in how comfortable I felt during the whole experience. I got that moment of putting on the perfect dress and everyone was crying when they put on the veil and gave me a bouquet to hold. And it was at my budget! They have lots of different wedding dress options here, all different materials and styles and price points so you are sure to find something you love! If you are still looking for your dream dress, I highly recommend stopping here! (can’t post pictures of my dress yet since my wedding hasn’t happened, but I think it’s gorgeous)

I was able to take home my dress the same week after a few minor fixes to the dress that the shop completed for free since it was the "try on" dress. Everyone I worked with at the salon was amazing, including the owner. I also brought my dress to their alterations expert Haydee. I brought her my dress in December, and it was ready with plenty of time plus additional alterations to get my fit just right before the wedding on March 1.

ny dresses I wanted to try on, then they had a few already picked out for me based on inspiration I sent them. They had me narrow dresses down to my top 3, then try them on again to see which dress stood out as my favorite. They were so organized and kind through the whole process. I would absolutely recommend them!

She was always patient, engaged, and was actively listening to my feedback and actually encouraged me to voice my likes/dislikes for each dress, which led me to finally say “yes” to my dream wedding dress! I never felt pressured by her or any of the other stylists to try on a dress out of my comfort zone or my budget! Also, the dress I ended up choosing was off the rack and had a small pen mark on it. She pointed it out to me, even before I saw it! She was very transparent about every detail within my bridal appointment. Alyssa honestly made my appointment so special! the only place! I absolutely loved it here, I went with my mom and sister and everyone was SO nice and amazing to work with. I never felt rushed or like anyone was trying to oversell me. I actually went with the first dress I tried on and I am OBSESSED. I also got my dress altered here through their contracted tailor. I got so many compliments on my dress and I always tell people to come here- incredible experience overall!

d to having it local. Then we decided to have a church wedding and have it more worshipful. So I needed another dress that I felt was more appropriate! Kristine and her crew are awesome. Nancy was the one who helped me and she initially tried to talk me out of buying another dress but agreed to pull some things for me to try on. I ended up choosing a lovely Pronovias gown and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding! It is absolutely amazing!

escription. I told her I wanted a princess dress without the heaviness. She proceeded to put me in mermaid dresses and giant ball gowns. She didn’t let my crew look at the dresses or photograph the dresses. When she FINALLY let us walk around, she told us to hurry up. Also when they made suggestions, she simply told them we didn’t have time for it. Absolutely awful. We found a dress that I loved, but Nancy ruined my experience. Luckily I found another salon with the same dress and they were so supportive. This salon can do better without Nancy.

ries that brand instead to actually purchase it. First of all, this no picture policy is INSANE! I mentioned it to another store and they said that it was completely normal to allow photos. They also would not give you the details on the style number, and I had to write down the designer secretly on my phone to remember it. Like sure other stores carry these dresses, but I can literally also find all of these on each designer's website? What's the point? Do you think I'm going to go home and sew it myself? Second, they immediately made me undress once I got there? Which was so weird. The stylist also stayed right on me while changing, not even asking if it was okay. Every other store has let me get myself in the dress in private then helped me zip up after. Third, I came in and gave her some very specific styles I wanted (A-Line, Off the shoulder). She immediately brought me a mermaid dress with sleeves? I was being nice and tried to put it on, but she had brought me a size 4 dress! I am clearly a 12/14? It was embarrassing to say "this won't go on me" and she had to take it back out. My MOH was trying to look around and get some ideas of what I could try on, and the staff kept telling her to sit back down. They did let us browse at the end, but at that point I was pretty over this place. Such a weird place with weird rules that do nothing but make the event stressful. As I said, I found my dress here, but I am going OUT OF MY WAY to buy it somewhere else.

helpful because when I was trying to make my final decision, I was not able to compare my favorite dresses from this place to favorite dresses from other places. Therefore, I ended up going with a dress from another place. STAY AWAY from this place if you want to take pictures of yourself in the dresses. This is not the place to go and will ultimately be a complete waste of time.

I spoke with Krsitine earlier this year when we came to purchase my Mom's dress at Sweet Elegance and ever since she had my back with helping figure out my dress situation. I am so grateful to her and her team for helping me with re-purchasing my dress from them. They have been so amazing and my dress is beautiful. Their customer service is out of this world!

Kristy paid attention to all the details about my wedding and picked out dresses for me to try on which were all stunning. She asked the right questions and made sure I narrowed my top picks down without being overwhelmed. I fell in love with my dress the moment I tried it on. It is like nothing I have ever seen. I ended up picking a gown that had a detached train, which I loved because it was different, but so beautiful. I ended up coming back to pick up my dress on another sister visit and Kristy and her mom helped me pick out the most beautiful veil that compliments the dress so perfectly. They also helped me pick out matching earrings and a hair clip which put the finishing touches on my vision. Kristie and her mom made us feel like family from the moment we walked into the shop, never rushing us and making the process go so smoothly. My wedding dress was stunning on the day of. I only wish I could relive the day so I could wear it all over again! I would recommend Sweet Elegance Bridal to anyone. This shop beats all the shops in the famous Cincinnati bridal district. My dress was my favorite part of the wedding!

, was amazing! She sat me down and asked me about my wedding and what style I was interested in. She pulled dresses first and then told my party we could walk around after I tried some of her picks on. But, this was not necessary because Abby found my dress on her 2nd try! It was perfect for my figure and better than anything I had tried on before (this was my 3rd bridal boutique). It had notes from my style and some that were not what I had picked, but fit me perfectly! Abby was super helpful in the fitting room and asked me a lot of questions on the feel and comfort of the dresses. She helped me pick out a belt to go with my dress and let me try on several different veils. She was not pushy at all and always made sure we were having a great time! After saying YTTD Abby and Nancy let us sit for a while and celebrate with champagne. This was such a fun and relaxing experience that I definitely recommend for any bride trying to find their dress!

lf in any of the dresses before you purchase one, so you have nothing to look at to consider dresses if you’re going to multiple places. They also will not tell you the designer of the dress before you purchase it. Both of these things (no photos and not telling the name of the designer) are purely so that customers cannot find the dress elsewhere for cheaper. This makes sense, but as a bride, also made it really difficult to choose a dress without pictures of some kind to go off of.

, which I did! She stayed exactly in my price range and let me try on all different variations of the style dress I envisioned. I did have to add straps to my dress so when my dress finally came in Christine took the reigns and I am glad she did. She put me in contact with the best seamstress who altered my dress exactly how I envisioned it, if not better. I cannot thank Sweet Elegance enough for being a part of my special day.

The only downside is that you can't take pictures in the dresses or know the designer/style number until you purchase a gown.
