learly made with so much care and attention to detail.
People still can’t stop talking about the cupcakes — especially the pink champagne flavor! Everything was as stunning as it was tasty, and the display was just picture-perfect.
Thank you for being such an unforgettable part of our wedding. You went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!
Mindi was wonderful form the first hello to the last goodbye. Our taste test was so fun and helpful, her cupcakes were so delicious. When we shared our ideas for cake, she showed u...
s endless options for decorations. Her cakes are also incredibly reasonably priced, and I want to order from her again for birthdays or anything! The ONLY comment I have that's not positive is that we had discussed her coming on the wedding day to set up the cake table an hour or so before the reception started so it was one less thing I had to worry about. I was emailed the day before (or so,) to ask when the earliest they could drop off the cupcakes in the morning, and they ended up dropping them off at like 8am (wedding wasn't until 4), and then presumably going on vacation, leaving us to have to set them up ourselves sometime during the hectic day. Luckily, my family is very helpful and we got it done, but it was a wrench in our plans that I had to then worry about on the wedding day. I wish the circumstances would have been explained to me farther ahead of time so that we were prepared to be at the reception hall at 8am. Like I said, I still am overall pleased with the quality and expertise of Mindi's services as a whole, and I will definitely be reaching out again in the future for her pink champagne cake especially.

ss an absolute breeze. We're so obsessed with their cupcakes that we regularly make a 3+ hour drive to Milwaukee just to get our fix! Our wedding guests were blown away, and some even knocked on our hotel room door after the night ended, hoping for extras. Sweet Ginger's is addictive, and we couldn't recommend them enough for wedding desserts.

021/2022. Mindi was wonderful & took us on with very little extra time, AND she delivered to our venue! I had contacted 20+ people trying to find someone that would deliver and/or just even had availability. Mindi took us on & took time out of her already busy day to let us taste test. Her cake flavors are absolutely the most delicious I've ever tasted. They were a huge hit at our wedding as well. We had guests asking to take any extras home, along with asking for information on where they could get more! I recommend her anytime someone I know has a wedding/event. You won't regret choosing her!!!
