About this vendor
Sweet Grass Weddings (SGW) provides a unique experience that is truly different than any other service offered on this site.
1) We ask our couples to let go completely and allow us to take control. Our scaling packages allow the couple to be the guests of honor at their own wedding. SGW is your wedding fairy godmother to give you the ultimate stress-free planning experience and after a few initial choices, you literally do nothing!
2) We consider every wedding we create to be a living work of art, meant to capture the spirit of the couple. We don't do cookie cutter weddings and at our style meeting we'll drill down into the feeling you want your wedding have. After a bit of guidance from you, we hit the ground running to create a beautiful, cohesive theme.
3) We focus exclusively on tiny weddings and cap out around 30.
Since 2015 SGW has created magic for over 150 couples and nothing makes us happier than when a bride cries in joy after seeing her wedding set before her. Oh, and we love dogs at weddings. Please include your doggo!

"When I mentioned I was using a stress free wedding approach people thought I was crazy. Sweet Grass Wedding provided an EXCEPTIONAL experience for me. Going with them was the best decision I made for planning our wedding. It was as easy as described on the website. Everything was amazing and I’ve received so many compliments on the big day. They were very flexible and responsive to any questions I had. I’m so happy that I used them for planning our day."
"My experience with Sweet Grass was great. I wanted to plan a small, COVID-safe ceremony that didn't feel like it was cutting corners and had no idea where to begin. Anna was really on top of every detail and did almost all of the work for us. We basically just had to coordinate our own outfits and menu and everything else was ready for us when we got to the venue, including an officiant, altar, cake table decorations, floral arrangements, photography and all day-of coordination. Everything was customized to our personal tastes and felt unique, not generic. I could never have had such a smooth, well thought out ceremony and reception without their help!"

r flexible when we wanted to add more services as well. Anna was so effective with time management that my guests even commented on how smoothly the service and reception went. The music, flowers, minister, and photographer were first class, though very reasonably priced. My family couldn’t stop talking about the wedding cake, and said it was the best they ever had. We chose Berry College as our venue and highly recommend their facilities and catering as well. It is clear that Anna and Justin really care about what they do, and they cared about our experience. Their enthusiasm is contagious! If I could give them a ten star rating, I would!

orners or sacrifices. Anna made the whole wedding planning experience easy and stress free and did a great job of anticipating issues ahead of time that I wouldn't have thought of. On the day of our wedding, she was on top of every last detail and she and her staff worked hard to ensure that everything went smoothly. Sweet Grass made our wedding a great experience and the pricing is very reasonable for the level of service they provide. I would recommend them to anyone planning a smaller wedding! I could never have put together a wedding of this caliber without their help.

idly changing circumstances. Anna helped us update nearly everything we initially planned and the end result was something we enjoyed just as much. The team Sweet Grass arranged for us of Jason (photographer) and Jemelle (officiant) exceeded all our expectations. Thanks for everything!

rofessional and thorough. I was kept up to speed with every single detail up until the day of the ceremony. I was given a tour of this very unique venue by Justin, and his enthusiasm was contagious! I love to see how at ease the couples are when working with Sweet Grass. I really enjoy teaming with them, and I am looking forward to many more collaborations!

Anna and Justin are personal friends of ours so it was easy to choose who we wanted to plan our wedding. We've known them before they started this business and they are totally on ...
point, motivated and creative individuals in all they do. The way they carried this wedding only reaffirmed that. With only two months to plan they delivered a beautiful ceremony and reception. The venue, decorations, and cake (especially the cake!!) were stunning! My wife and I didn't get any cake and they selflessly bought us another. That's just how they are. We knew what we were getting before working with them, but they totally exceeded our expectations. I couldn't recommend these beautiful people enough. Whether your needs are traditional or alternative Anna and Justin are the kind of folks who will do their best to make this special day what it deserves to be.
