With over 20 years in the photoshoot industry i use my intuitive nature and attention to detail to create that visual storybook of your fairytale in pictures. What makes me unique is that i truly care about what i do and want to know my clients so i can get the most personal shots possible. I love capturing candids, photojournalistic style photos and beautiful, romantic photos of the bride/couple on their fabulous day. I also offer bridal hair and makeup services on site. AND bridal boudoir and pin up photoshoots that include hair and makeup for camera and wardrobe in sizes xs-4xl at my studio.

Destiny is, hands down, the best photographer I’ve ever hired, and you NEED her to make your special day perfect! I got married in Aruba, and she came along and was there every step of the way, capturing amazing posed and candid shots during every stage of the event. Some of my favorite photos from the entire special day were candids she took of me and my bridal party members before the wedding, and family members at the reception! She is also a stunning makeup/hair stylist. She did both for me and made me look like the most beautiful version of myself possible. I took in pictures of ideas and we tried them out until we got it just perfect. Destiny is an impeccable professional and a top notch artist. YOU NEED HER!!!!!

We hired Destiny to shoot our Engagement and Wedding photos in 2013. We're not very traditional and didn't want cookie cutter photos and the awkward poses I see in so many wedding photos. We wanted a photographer that would give us personalized photos that matched our aesthetic and Destiny delivered. She took the time to get to know us as individuals and a couple and gave us exactly what we wanted. The lighting in all the photos matched our darker Autumn/Halloween theme. Everything felt very natural and she wasn't in our faces but still got all the great shots. Destiny also did my makeup for the event and gave me exactly what I asked for (something that still looked like me, just an upgraded version!) and was there to calm me down when things got overwhelming. It rained on our wedding day but you would never know in the photos AND she showed up with umbrellas and even a pretty black lace umbrella that matched my dress for me to use! Our photo book was completed in a timely manner and absolutely gorgeous - we've had endless compliments on it and our photos. Destiny is very easy and fun to work with and we recommend her to all our family and friends for their photos.

Destiny made our pictures the most amazing ever! She made everything look magical and beautiful. Destiny did my hair and make up and I looked and felt like a princess. She did the most unique style for my hair that totally fit my personality and style, it was exactly what I wanted and Destiny pulled it off. She also designed and made us a photo book that is a beautiful way to look at our photos. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

We couldn't have asked for more! Destiny traveled to our destination wedding in Ft. Lauderdale and right from the start we were so happy we chose her. Not only was she the photographer, we felt like she was a wedding planner for us too - she took care of hair and makeup and was so great in getting different shots and getting people to where they needed to be when everyone is all over the place. She really made everything run so smoothly. Her photography is timeless. She was able to capture the moment without even seeming to be there. A true talent. Hopefully you are lucky enough to have her for your wedding to help capture your special day like she did for us. Thank you so much Destiny!

Where to begin - I cannot describe the professionalism, ease, and no holds artistry happening with Sweetheart Pinup. Not only were pictures taken start to finish that were incredible, but my hair and makeup lasted throughout the night and I loved my look on that day. If I could say one thing, it's that you need to stop searching for a wedding vendor in this department - book sweetheart pinup. You won't be disappointed. Destiny is the definition of a true artist and a practical magician when it comes to making wedding dreams come true. She's incredibly experienced (not to mention personable and funny) - she probably knows exactly what's going tk happen and when/where to be there before you even meet with her. Do yourself a favor, this is a special moment that deserves the finest talent. Book asap. Stop reading this review and book.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary with an intimate vow renewal ceremony and hired Destiny to capture our special evening. I didn't have a photographer at our 'actual wedding' (10/11/09) and I deeply regretted it ever since. Having a professional photographer at our 10 year wedding anniversary was amazing! Not only did Destiny ask questions as to what our plans were, she gave helpful suggestions and really thought about 'us' as individuals. She shot the most beautiful photos at the times I didn't even know she was taking photos! I cried when I saw our photos as it was all I had been wanting for 10 years was to have my husband's and my love captured in its truest form. Something I will treasure for the rest of our lives. Trust Destiny, whether it's a large formal affair or an intimate gathering, she will capture the beauty of your special day.

Destiny of Sweet Heart Pin Up is one of the best photographers in the Buffalo, NY area! She shot our wedding in 2014, she traveled to shoot my cousins wedding in Maryland in 2015 and my brothers wedding the year after that. Needless to say, we love Destiny! From the first phone call to get pricing, to my boudoir photoshoot (I highly recommend every bride does this for their partner, or just for themselves!) to our wedding, Destiny was professional and fun! She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and captured moments we will cherish forever. Rich & I got married in 2014 at Bacchus Wine Bar in downtown Buffalo. Destiny had the best idea to go to the roof to get the view of downtown in the photos. They turned out beautifully! When you hire Destiny you get a photographer and a friend. No need to look further!

I had an amazing experience with Destiny and Sweet Heart Pin Up wedding photography for my October wedding. Destiny and her crew were with us for the entire day and captured so many special moments. She knew all of our family members and bridal party by name and made everyone feel at ease. I gave her a list of important people and moments that I absolutely wanted to capture and she didn’t miss anything. Our photos turned out amazing - flawless color and composition and flattering at every angle. It was impossible to decide which ones to put in frames and which ones to print in our wedding album. We did getting ready photos, a few historic locations around town, our ceremony, posed family photos and reception photos. She even had her second shooter staged at our photo booth with props and we got some amazing and goofy candids. She truly was a delight to work with and the photos speak for themselves. They are amazing. She has my highest possible recommendation and you will be so glad you chose her for your wedding photography.

Destiny was the perfect photographer for our engagement and wedding photos, mainly because of her highly personalized service. She was more than willing to follow our leads in terms of what locations and types of photos we wanted, and didn't force us into any cookie-cutter shots we weren't comfortable with. Her rates were more than fair and we didn't feel nickel-and-dimed; we got engagement photos, two photographers for an hour before until well into the wedding reception, and a fun photo booth all for a very reasonable price. She also did my makeup with no advance notice when I wasn't sure what to do myself. We would definitely recommend her, especially to couples who are on the shy or self-conscious side.
