elicious everything was. It was all's beautifully presented. Jasmine is super sweet, easy to communicate with, and I would recommend her bakery to anyone looking for delicious desserts and great service.

the taste of Cincinnati and she decided to tell me 5 days before my child’s birthday that she is unable to deliver the cake at the time of my child’s party. I made plans with this baker on March 28th and get told 5 days before her party she can’t deliver it. The communication I had with this baker started off great and then just went downhill as soon as (I should of just been more assertive of hey I paid for delivery for that time I should have gotten that time) May 19th I asked for drip/drizzle on the cake and we discussed over and she said that it will make the cake tooo busy and the heat will make the drizzle smear and melt so okay that’s fine trusted her. Todays the big day she sent me a picture of the cake from her place and there was a little extra items on the cake that we talked about that the cake shouldn’t have. Starters the cake had drizzle on it and a rainbow that I specifically told her I didn’t want. I sent her a picture of how I wanted the cake and we went over everything that it shouldn’t have and should have. She said that the baker she had do it went off the picture so where did the rainbow come from it came from the inspiration picture of what I wanted but AGAIN WE TALKED ABOUT WHAT I WANTED and TALKED ABOUT WHAT WOULD LOOK BETTER. So she didn’t communicate with her staff. I should have known from the 1st picture she sent it was going to be horrible she sent me a picture of the cake with the smear and the drizzle was already melting off (keep in mind she told me that the drizzle will take away from the cake,make it busy etc) also who ever baked the cake didn’t put enough of those little sticks in to support the cake. (It was 2 tier) the top tier looked wayyyy too heavy for the bottom. Everyone talked about the cake at her party and asked what happened. Now I sent this baker a message explaining how dissatisfied I am with my cake. This is not a 250.00 cake that this baker charger me for (plus 20 for delivery) this cake literally looked like at most 125.00. This wasn’t the cake my daughter deserved on her birthday. I told the baker how dissatisfied I am but she literally have read the messages and won’t respond back. I know once the cake leaves from yours hands it’s not their problem but this cake had issues from the start. At least partial payment I would like or just something cause this cake was not it. I have sent her over two messages and she only reads don’t respond. I’m just gonna take this on the chin and learn my lesson. I literally thought I was getting a good cake cause her work looks great on Facebook but my cake was not great at all. Samurai Sweets did her desserts and made a cake for me for her to blow her candles out on. She was great professional and sweet. sweet jaz started off great and just went downhill.

e the wedding cake was still frozen almost 4 hours after it was delivered, only small pieces were able to be served so we ended up throwing out 75% of the cake. I gave this business 3 stars because I feel like Jasmine should have been willing to rectify the situation.
