y good idea of what I wanted out of my wedding and certain things that were going to be pivotal to set the mood. I didn’t want to do anything expected or usual. That’s just not me. So when we decided to spend some of our budget on a planner I knew it needed to be someone who was going to be as meticulous about the details AND the creative, open about the uniqueness I was going for and down to collaborate with me being a fellow creative doer and thinker. After all, I wasn’t going to be able to look over anything the day of so this was extremely important to me. My first meeting with Cheyenne I knew I was going to be in good hands. We talked about all my creative anal tendencies LOL and her personality was so warm, welcoming and open! Even when I threw my off the cuff ideas at her she was down and ready to find a way to make it happen. A woman after my own creative heart! Any time I had questions or needed some advice with something she was quick to respond and help me navigate any roadblocks. I really enjoyed our creative collaboration and was thankful to be able to see her as a partner in making my vision come true! I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Everything was beautiful, ran so smoothly and was just so much fun. I couldn’t stop smiling the whole day!! I know I couldn’t have pulled it off without her. Cheyenne is amazing!!

The Aisle Planner software that is used is so organized and includes a very detailed checklist. Then 3 months before the wedding, Cheyenne was fully involved tying up loose ends, double checking our contracts, coordinating all of our vendors, etc. What would've been a very stressful time was actually so easy with Cheyenne and Madison working behind the scenes. The day-of, Cheyenne helped make our vision come to life flawlessly (including displaying all of my signage and installing my seating chart design). I just brought our items/decor in bags and boxes (some not even labeled) and she found everything and put it where it belonged--no questions asked. She brought us drinks after the ceremony and helped me bustle my dress for cocktail hour. I was at ease the entire day knowing everything was taken care of. For all the things that could go wrong at a wedding, I am so relieved that we didn't experience any of it. Our wedding was PERFECT, and our guests had a great time. Cheyenne is the sweetest, and I am so grateful she was a part of our special day.

She successfully managed to get the ring bearer and flower girl (who are both under 2!!) to walk down the aisle, a feat not for the faint of heart! Our day truly could not have gone more perfectly and we will be forever indebted to Cheyenne for everything she did for us and ensuring our day ran seamlessly, and that it did! It was everything we had dreamt of and so much more. We cannot recommend Sweet Oak Events enough!

Fast forward a couple weeks, my mom and I had a meeting with Cheyenne. After this, we were set on having her help us! She gave me initial peace of mind and had so many resources for us, even after booking some of our vendors. When I needed help with recommendations for rentals and makeup, she provided references and helped in every way. She also helped bring my vision to life, which was something I really struggled with. She checked in along the way and ensured that I was on the right track, even when I thought I wasn’t. She also handled so many moving parts before and during the wedding with all of our vendors, which saved us so much time, energy, and stress and really allowed my husband and I, and my family to relax and enjoy the wedding day. My wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Cheyenne’s help. The table settings and placement were perfect. The day ran so smoothly and if there was a hiccup, I didn’t know about it. She was there for us throughout the day whenever we needed anything, and I know did so much more than we saw behind the scenes. All in all, if we didn’t have Cheyenne, I truly don’t know how the day would have gone, but something would have been missed/forgotten/etc. If you are looking for a wedding planner, Cheyenne is fantastic! She will help bring your vision to life and provide you with so many resources. She truly is a wealth of knowledge and helped us so much! I will recommend her to everyone planning a wedding.

She helped us plan the most beautiful event in only 4 months! On top of that, it was an outdoor event that needed everything you could imagine but she made it happen and made it look easy. Lastly, there were NO emergencies... for me! There were a few things that went "wrong" but I didn't hear about them until after Cheyenne already found a solution. I would get a call that said "Hey, this went wrong and here's how I fixed it." Talk about peace of mind! If you can't tell, I love Cheyenne <3 and so will you!
