was extremely thorough and really listened to what look I was trying to go for. She doesn't do mock-ups, which I was nervous about, but her use of photos and her vivid descriptions on the contract really helped me feel comfortable with choosing her as my florist. Throughout the process, she was very easily accessible via email. Initially, she did not have any risers that would complement the feel of my wedding, but she looked and worked with me to get new risers for her shop and they were perfect! Overall, working with Meg was very easy. I would say that one drawback is that she is VERY busy between May - November, but will get back to you within a few days at most. If you want a florist who is extremely thorough, detail oriented, with a fantastic sense of color complements, who really listens to what you would like for your vision, Meg is the person for you!

I was initially nervous as Sweet Peas does not routinely offer sample arrangements but the more we communicated and shared inspiration pictures and ideas, the more reassured I was that I was making the right choice. Meg went above and beyond what I could have imagined - she even found and purchased the vases I had shown her from one of my inspiration pictures to be used for my tall floral arrangements! She had them shipped all the way from California in time for my wedding. The flowers for my wedding were AMAZING!!! I was in tears (of joy) when I saw my lush, fresh, gorgeous bouquet as well as those of my bridesmaids. The colors were exactly as I'd imagined and asked for. The pomander balls for flower girls were also beautiful and so nicely arranged - my nieces were so happy to have them. All the corsages were also lovely. I can't begin to describe the floral decor at the wedding ceremony and reception. My aisle petals were lush, just as I'd requested and the hanging flowers for the altar were dainty yet bold but not overpowering and really complimented the natural outdoor garden setting of our location. The centerpieces for my wedding reception were full, fresh, elaborate and beautiful! So many of my friends and family who attended the wedding can't stopping gushing over everything, particularly the floral decor! Thank you Meg and the Sweet Peas of Jennersville team!

My sister made a beautiful photo album for me while we were away, with a picture of the bouquet on top - this book sits right on top of our coffee table for ALL to see - I LOVED it all! I wish I could have that bouquet all the time! The arrangements for the reception were incredible and went absolutely perfectly with the decor of the Hotel Monaco. Our guests commented on how beautiful the groomsmen's, bridesmaid's, and my flowers, as well as the reception flowers were - they really were the perfect addition to an extraordinary day. After researching that I felt better about what we spent. Anyway the flowers were gorgeous, classy, elegant, everything I wanted. Shelby was sweet and easy to work with. Would recommend to any bride especially one that finds the flowers intimidating like I did (I don't know why because it ended up being very easy).

It also gave me an opportunity to give her an idea of what I liked and what I didn't like, in terms of colors, types of arrangements, types of flowers, etc. She made a real effort to work with our budget and was very motivated to develop an interesting concept for our venue. As a result, the flowers in the venue were spectacular and very striking. At the same time, the bouquets and personal flowers struck just the right tone. Overall, we were extremely pleased, and we would recommend her without reservation. We used her services for the rehearsal dinner as well, and my mother-in-law told me that the flowers lasted over a week after the event.

One thing I thought was really helpful, was that Shelby included everything you could ever want for flower decorations in the proposal and then we went through it together and took out the things we didn't think were necessary and kept the things we really wanted. For example I originally wanted flowers on our sweetheart table and on the mantle over the fireplace in the dining room. Shelby mentioned that my bouquet could be used for the sweetheart table and my bridesmaids bouquets could go on the mantle. Once the ceremony is over, no one wants to carry them around anyway, and this way you can can save a little bit in your budget. I thought it was really great that Shelby kept my budget in mind and was able to provide me with $$ saving tips. Another thing that was great about Sweet Pea, was that Shelby contacted me a few weeks before the wedding. When I was running around with a million things to do and lots of vendors to contact to verify all the details, Sweet Pea was the only vendor to call me and do this. Sweet Pea was probably the easiest vendor to work with for my wedding and I would definitely recommend them!

Since I hadn't ironed out all the details and left her to get her creative juices flowing, I didn't know exactly what to expect. I was, very literally, speechless when I saw the work she had done. From the centerpieces, to the boutonnieres, to the bouquets, to the accents on the fireplace mantel and ceremony arbor, she did everything perfectly. Not to mention, she was incredibly personable and easy to work with. I'm thrilled that I found her. I can't imagine going to anyone else the next time I need a floral arrangement. Please don't waste your time with other florists. Trust me, you want Meg.
