ing up the day, creating a detailed and thought out timeline and coordinating with all our vendors to help everything run smoothly. The day of Meredith and her two assistants were awesome, executed everything beautifully, and truly made it so we didn't have to worry about thing. Hire Meredith!

e so organized and they just know how to get the job done. I know not all coordinators are created equally so with that said - hire Meredith. She’s worth every penny!

able to sit back and enjoy the wedding. You're in great hands with her, and I can't recommend her enough!

ng from a different state, it gave us a sense of calm and trust knowing everything we were communicating to her was taken care of. Meredith was extremely detail orientated and we felt that all the things that might have "popped up" were addressed early on. She communicated with the vendors on timelines and specifics which was nice to have taken off my plate. I can't recommend Meredith enough for a coordinator, she made me (and my mom LOL) feel super at ease on the wedding day and let my husband and I focus on having fun and enjoying the evening.

planning our biggest concern was if we had "missed" anything but Meredith put those thoughts to rest. She was super helpful in not only planning but suggesting different approaches to certain situations. On day of the wedding we didn't worry about a single thing. Meredith made sure everything went off without a hitch and there were no issues. She kept in constant contact with us in the days/weeks leading up as well as the other vendors. Do not hesitate to reach out to Meredith and secure her services. You will be more than pleased!!!

and we were so grateful and comfortable to hand off the responsibilities, communication, and coordination to her the day. All we had to do was sit back and relax and we knew that we were in good hands with Meredith! She met with us several times beforehand to painstakingly craft and review our timeline, coordinated our vendors through some tricky staffing shortages, and was flexible as our needs changed on the day. Throughout the process, Meredith was incredibly organized, kind, professional, patient, and responsive. We are so happy we hired her!

o happy, but she really made my life as a vendor easier by helping me set up some items and having all of the information I needed to place decor and florals. She is hands-on and she will guarantee a smooth wedding day!

ing about what a pleasure she was to work with. We had several meetings leading up to the big day so felt very prepared and she was on top of reaching out and coordinator with all our vendors. Would highly recommend!

my vendors and have a site visit at our venue. On the wedding day, she and her team took care of setting up our decor and then breaking it all back down at the end of the night. She checked in with both of us as well as with our best man and maid of honor to be sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Meredith's presence allowed us to just enjoy our wedding and spend it with our friends and family. Thank you for making our wedding so wonderful and enjoyable!

y (and rehearsal) was well organized- and thought through.

big day. From the beginning she was able to keep us on track, giving us checklists, tools, and recommendations to make sure we were getting everything done. As two aesthetically challenged people, we asked her to do the heavy lifting in designing the look and feel of our wedding, and she delivered in spades. She provided recommendations for everything from flowers to gift boxes, to welcome signs, to centerpiece arrangements. The wedding looked more incredible than I ever could have imagined, and it was all her vision. The thing that impressed me the most was the sense of flow and momentum she was able to create once she took the reins on the wedding day. Melissa and I both came into the wedding with the standard amount of nerves about potential disasters. But Meredith planned the day precisely and executed flawlessly. We did not have to worry about a thing and were able to just enjoy the company of our friends and family while everything fell into place around us. Brining on Meredith was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process, and I would recommend her highly to everyone.

always extremely responsive to emails, texts and even set up an emergency call to review the ever changing covid situation around us. The day of the wedding was seamless and I can’t thank Meredith enough! She executed our timeline with not one issue and made sure it truly was the best day for us! She was always checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. She truly is there for the bride and groom! She also made my vision come to life! I sent her very few photos of what I wanted things to look like and she met all expectations! If you’re looking for a day of planner- hire Meredith! You will not be disappointed!
