ers were incredible to work with on the day of the event. The servers made sure people with dietary restrictions got special portions of food and they were always interacting with the guests. They helped to bus the tables when people were done eating and made sure no one left hungry.

erved buffet, but we don't think this was relayed to the servers as they didn't serve the food. We didn't know this until after the wedding. The only reason why I am mentioning this is we could have saved some money and only hired two servers for clearing instead of 4 if we knew they weren't going to serve the food to our guests in the buffet line. Just a miscommunication.

None of us could believe how good the mac and cheese was, and while there wasn’t a lot left over of any of the dishes, that pan in particular was scraped CLEAN. BBQ can be divisive, especially because we had folks from North Carolina and Texas in as well, but I saw all of them getting seconds, and even some folks who don’t normally like spicy foods were suffering through the spicy sauce because they liked the flavor so much. We were stuffed, and we happily took the leftovers and enjoyed them as dinner for the next night too. Love Sweet P’s!
