Award winning Chef/Owner Rhiannon Chandler, aka “Sweet Rhi,” has over 20 years experience in the food service industry. After studying culinary arts at AB Tech in Asheville, NC, she headed West & began an extremely successful career as a Pastry Chef while nurturing her deep passion for food. She developed her talents with stints at several restaurants around the US, where she had the opportunity to work under world-renowned Chefs. It wasn't soon after Sweet Rhi was born in 2011. Rhi is thrilled to bring her business & passion to Charleston, SC, where she can be back to her Southern roots!

From our seasonal mini pies, to creme brulee, to indulgent brownies, her desserts were the late night hit of our wedding. Our friends all commented about how good the desserts were, and she made sure they were displayed beautifully. She even made sure to save extra desserts for us to take home. d. I'm not usually a cake person, so we tasted around, and hers blew me away. I love the texture of her frosting and the cake is perfection. We gave her creative control with the flavor, and she certainly did not disappoint. Rhi has so many specialty flavors and is willing to accommodate to any of your needs. She made our main wedding cake, and I also requested a smaller gluten free cake for guests, and it looked identical to the main cake. Our main cake was 1/2 carrot cake and 1/2 cannoli. The gluten free cake was vanilla with espresso buttercream. All 3 flavors were so good. She delivered everything on the day of, and it was a seamless process. I will definitely be using her again for all of my cake needs. Rhi, thank you so much for being part of our magical day.
