They were so patient and warm throughout the whole process, and I had to go in five times to alter and fit the dress - and their in-house seamstress did an amazing job at adding lace, modifying sleeves, adding a modesty panel, adding an internal and external bustle, and perfecting the fit and the hem of the dress. The vibe of their lounge is also so great and provides a calm environment during a very stressful time. I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone!

We then had a separate virtual appointment where she had pulled the dresses we talked about, set them up on mannequins, and walked around with her cell phone to show me the details up close and in different lighting, which was so helpful! She offered to have me come into the store but I didn't feel comfortable so I picked out three dresses and she dropped them off at my door step!! I set-up a fun zoom meeting with my bridal party remotely that evening, I tried on the dresses in the comfort of my home, and then Leslie came back the next day to pick them up and get my feedback. She made me feel so comfortable and helped make planning this once in a lifetime event fun instead of anxiety inducing during the coronavirus. You won't be sorry you worked with them!!

a bridal gown somewhere else but came to Leslie to customize the sleeves and do the alterations. She was 100% ok with that and super kind about the whole thing. She never made me feel bad for not getting my dress from her. Her dresses we're absolutely stunning by the way. It was hard to choose. You will not find better service anywhere else.

find was starting at over $ 175. Leslie, the owner, is super accommodating and full of ideas for how to make each dress work for each of my bridesmaids. Never pushy like other shops I've been to. She made the entire experience easy and stress free!! She is super responsive and fast to answer emails and requests. I reached out after our purchase and she was quick ( like within the hour) to get back to me with all the information I needed. If you want great selection, great prices and awesome customer service, this is the place to go.
