design. As a bride, I began to get stressed towards the end but the process to order was quick and easy ! Dejenia made everything stress free as all she asks is for your colors and inspiration. She remained in contact with my planner and myself to make sure her vision matched ours and everything was perfect. On the day of my wedding she dropped my cake off with much time to spare. My guests loved my cake and the design fit right in with my theme. Side note: For all the vegans....her vegan carrot cake is amazing !

d an occasion to purchase a cake! Dejenia is a true artist of her craft! We gave her complete artistic control as we were excited for whatever she would come up with, as our son's theme was unique. The theme was In-N-Out and she did not disappoint! She created a beautiful two tier cake with the In-N-Out theme and a realistic looking cheeseburger on top, as well as a smash cake that matched for the birthday boy! Both cakes were beautiful!! We got the Cookies and Cream flavor which was DELICIOUS, it was a huge hit! Highly recommend and did not disappoint! I will be ordering again!!

What I do know is that Dejenia takes pride in her work and it shows. Every cake is a work of art. Her home is clean and she is always on time with her deliveries. day was April 11th, the cake was picked up on April 10th. We cut the cake and I notice it was kinda hard inside, I had one tier chocolate and the other tier vanilla. When you spend that much on a cake you want a fresh cake. I was like let me cut a couple slices and give to my guest just to be sure. The first person said the cake was hard almost like it had freezer burn or have been frozen then unthawed, the next person said it didn't taste fresh so I ate some, it was hard and not fresh at all. I immediately texted Dejenia the owner of Sweet Stacks asking her to call me and telling her I had questions about the cake no response, I texted and called the next day which was Monday no response same thing Tuesday no response. On Wednesday her assistant called me back, I asked when was the cake baked she said she bake them on Tuesdays once a week so I said if a person is picking up a cake on Monday it's baked for almost a whole week. I'm thinking how do it stay fresh when being refrigerated for so long, I'm thinking to myself maybe she's baking themin bulk then freezing the cakes. The cake was hard and had the consistency of cake that would be in ice cream cake or cheesecake. So I expressed my dissatisfaction with the cake and lack of customer service, her asst. really had nothing to say and we hung up. The next day which was Thursday Dejenia calls me at 10pm while I'm getting my kids ready for bed, she sound half sleep and was very uninterested, she did apologize but only offered me a discount towards a future purchase which is not what I wanted to hear after I threw a whole $250 cake in the trash because it was terrible. I was very disappointed in the cake, customer service and the whole experience. If you are going to charge that much for a cake make sure the quality matches the price. Today is Saturday a whole week later and I'm leaving my review because I texted and called her several times and didn't get a single response.
