Sweet Tales Cake Boutique

rs – a statement piece). When my fiancé and I found Sweet Tales Cake Boutique, we LOVED every cake photo we saw – you can tell that each dessert/cake is made with lots of professionalism and care. When we met Elizabeth in-person, she was very nice and welcoming. Our cake tasting was fun! She used beautiful antique dishes and served us lots of yummy cakes and frostings, while explaining each one in detail. Her boutique is also really pretty with fresh flowers outside, granite counter tops, and a chandelier! We talked about our vision for a cake and showed her inspirational photos - she was excited and confident to make the cake of our dreams. We love her cakes – they taste amazing – very moist and delicious, and we also love her work. Her cakes are literally pieces of artwork. Throughout this COVID situation, Elizabeth has been very understanding and patient with us. Though we have to postpone to next summer, we highly recommend Sweet Tales for weddings, birthdays, and other festivities – we will be using Sweet Tales again and again. Sweet Tales has amazing cakes and other desserts like macarons, too! If you haven’t checked out Sweet Tales Instagram yet, you MUST (sweet_tales_cake_boutique)! Elizabeth’s designs are gorgeous and very unique. Thank you, Elizabeth! We are excited for you to make our cake next summer!

evident her cakes were beautiful, but there is always the question of...how do they taste? Well, I can tell you, amazing! At our tasting we could not get enough. Communication was great throughout the process and Elizabeth helped guide us through design which evolved from our first meeting. We received so many comments from our guests as to how beautiful and delicious our cake was. You won’t be disappointed with Elizabeth and Sweet Tales Cake Boutique!

am still getting compliments on not only how beautiful the cake looked, but how delicious it tasted! Perfection!!! I highly recommend.

am on the outside. She loved our idea of piping icing to mimic Mexican-style embroidery as the main decoration. She also offered to add live flowers at no extra cost a few days before the wedding since a friend had been supplying her with fresh flowers that summer. Delivery was free and the beautiful cake was waiting for us when we arrived at the venue. I thought her rates were very reasonable.

ake that we were able to cut into at our reception and the bottom two layers were decorated styrofoam. We did this in an effort to save money, and it worked. No one knew that the cake was a "display" cake. Liz was extremely flexible too. She even gave us the option to bring in our own supplies for the bottom two layers. I showed her a picture of what I wanted , and she provided suggestions as well as worked with the florist to make our vision come to fruition. Her cakes are delicious. We went with vanilla and raspberry filling for the top layer, and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend Sweet Tales Cake Boutique for any event.

g ever but also took the time and effort to create gorgeous succulent sugar paste flowers from scratch. Her organization, responsiveness, attention to detail, and sunny personality truly make her stand out amongst other wedding vendors. I highly recommend her cakes and desserts for any event! Sweet Tales is very reasonably priced, I definitely would have spent a fortune going elsewhere for the same quality. Seriously such a good find!!
