ing myself, I have the time. You are crazy. I negotiate contracts for a living and still, as educated as I am in that area, it does not translate to wedding contracts/the wedding industry. You need an expert who knows what vendors are supposed to provide. Without Julia, we would have paid so much more in rentals, lighting, etc. Also, the amount you pay your wedding planner (and there are different packages tailored to your needs) is nothing compared to how much Julia will save you by knowing what prices should be and comparing costs among different vendors. She makes your wedding planning easy, if you don't hire her and opt to do it yourself, you're crazy.
Julia worked with us on the full service, destination planning package. She worked with us for about a year. We would give her a price and tell her what we wanted to see and she would go get bids from different vendors. She had relationships with most of the vendors we worked with and they all worked extra hard for us because they wanted her to continue to work with them on future weddings. This is not something I think our vendors would have done on their own. She made everything easy and worry free. It's very overwhelming when you think about the details you need to account for at a la carte venues in South Florida and Julia takes care of every aspect of that for you. I spoke to 4 wedding planners before I went with Julia and I would do the same in a heartbeat. She is very laid back, while also being extremely organized and detail oriented, which is very calming for a bride. She was constantly available to us by email, phone or those few times we flew down, she made sure to make herself to meet us in person and attend meetings with our vendors. I promise you, best money you will spend on your wedding.

meeting Julia that she was the best! The moment we officially decided on her, my wife (who gets anxiety very easily) was able to relax for the first time. We took comfort knowing that Julia, no matter what, had our back. Julia has a very calming way about her that was able to keep my wife relaxed (I should have taken notes) throughout the entire wedding planning process right through the wedding day. My wife was so set on an outside garden wedding that when the clouds rolled in, I panicked. The wedding had to be moved inside because of the rain. Just like that, Julia came to the rescue and somehow and my wife was not only completely calm and okay with the inside wedding, but was still smiling. Due to some unforeseen and unavoidable events that occurred the night of the wedding, Julia was able to get us an extra hour added onto our reception! Julia is the best!

After I had changed my color scheme 4 times and still wasn’t sure about it she was so understanding and helpful and took me to Lowes to look at paint chips to get ideas of what colors I may want to put together for décor! As for the wedding day, we felt so at ease knowing she had everything under control. There was a huge storm during cocktail hour and the power went out. Hors d'oeuvres couldn’t be served because nothing could leave the kitchen. I feel like most brides would have freaked out and not have even been able to enjoy the party and visiting with their guest. But I was completely calm because I knew Julia was somehow going to make everything better. I found her and asked if everything was alright and she had already called the power company to get generators brought in. She said that if the kitchen could not cook the food she would have food delivered! Luckily the power came back on and everything worked out. A year later my husband and I still talk about how lucky we were to have picked Julia!
Julia is simply the best! She makes everything very stressfree. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to have an oh so perfect wedding day with zero stress!

my work "busy season" I knew the task was going to be impossible. From the first moment that I met Julia I knew that planning my wedding was going to be easy and stress free. From the first moment she made my husband and I so comfortable and completely able to trust her with planning my special day. She was with me from that moment on and helped me plan my wedding every step of the way. She made it easier on me by pre screening vendors and seriously decreasing the amount of contracts and follow-up meetings that I needed to have. She ensured that I was constantly kept in the loop and any random requests I had were handled.
On the day of she was AMAZING! My wedding went off so smoothly and I did not have to worry the entire day. I was a calm bride who was able to enjoy my day without stress or worrying. She was at the venue all day to ensure that all of my vendors arrived on time and were doing what was required. In addition, when one bouquet was missing in the flower delivery she ensured that it arrived prior to the necessary time.
Even after the wedding any follow-up questions I had she answered and kept in contact with me. I felt like it wasn't just a job to her and she really cared about me and my husband. I liked her so much that my cousin is using her for her day-of-coordination in her wedding in December. She truly was a miracle worker and I will be forever grateful!!

ng and just from speaking with us for an hour, she already had great ideas that she suggested based on our needs and wants. Julia was always prompt at responding and was mindful of our budget through the entire planning process. She has excellet contacts and we were pleased with every recommendation she made (photographer, florist, makeup artist, etc.) We got married at a venue with very difficult staff and Julia managed to make our day so relaxing and enjoyable and handled every detail (the only thing she didnt have the ability to do was make it not rain). I would recommend Julia to any bride; she minimized our stress so much during the planning process and the day of the wedding.

Island, in Aventura, FL and I live in New York. I first contacted Julia for the wedding flowers. We had an initial meeting about color and flower choices. I was all over the place and was having a hard time choosing an idea for the reception room decor. Julia helped me organize my many ideas. She was available to me whenever I needed her.
The day of the wedding was the most relaxed I've been throughout the entire planning process. I was the main contact for everything, and after a year of that, I was going pretty crazy. Julia contacted all of the vendors and handled all of the arrangements for the day. I will never forget how I felt when I first saw the ballroom, I almost cried! I was absolutely thrilled! Julia was so on top of everything coming down to every last detail before the big day. She was very responsive and had great input and advice while assisting me with the planning. Julia put together a timeline for us and contacted all of our vendors before the wedding to make sure everyone knew there job and what time to be there. It took SO much stress off us, especially since we were traveling from MN. Julia seriously made our event stress-free.
