ke I wanted, which included writing on it. However, the cake that was delivered to me was blank and had no writing on it. I reached out to Karli so we could find a solution. On the phone, Karli sounded very confused and said she would not drive to me to write on the cake. She said she would contact a few bakers in the area to see if they could write on the cake, but she never got back to me. Given it was the day before my wedding, I was left to scramble and find a solution on my own, which is not something anyone wants to do the night before their wedding. A few days after my wedding, I reached out to Karli so we could discuss what happened. Karli said I should have told her I wanted writing on the cake because it's an extra charge. I would have totally paid the extra charge if I had known, but I was never informed of this nor did it appear on the quote that was given to me. Additionally, the inspiration picture of the cake I sent Karli had writing on it, and that's what I told her I wanted. I'm not sure why she would assume I didn't want writing on the cake instead of asking, especially since there was writing on the picture I sent her. Once again, Karli left me in the dark and didn't respond to my text message. I truly suggest not picking Sweet Vermont Treats for your wedding because there's a chance that you will not receive what you paid for. Since this business doesn't communicate in a professional way, they might get your order wrong and cut off all communication with you afterwards. I am truly disappointed with the service I received and being left in the dark right after. If you want a reliable service and no surprises, I don't suggest going with Sweet Vermont Treats.

We only had two months to find and hopefully book a backup, and Sweet Vermont Treats saved the day! We didn't have time to fit a tasting in due to our own schedules, but Sweet Vermont Treats was an absolute hit! Their mini carrot cupcakes were my #1 vote, but everyone raved about all the flavors we had - which were difficult to choose since they offer so many delicious flavors! They were also able to make basically every flavor Gluten Free which was awesome for my sister and some of my friends.
I paid to have SVT bring a custom tabletop stand and handle the arrangement and they nailed it. They were familiar with my venue and matched the decor and theme perfectly. I would highly recommend SVT especially for their mini cupcakes, but they had a whole menu that looked outstanding!
