I called Chad, the owner, for a refund on the shipping (since they tore the dress, not us) and he told me that I had no business calling him because I'm not the bride (I'm the groom) and therefore not his customer. It's my wedding too Chad. I would expect more from the owner of the business himself.

With the purchase of the dress, they gave me a lot of coupons and freebies, including a free steam for the dress the week of my wedding. I totally recommend Sweetheart Bridal!

The service at Sweetheart Bridal was fantastic. They are very customer-oriented instead of sales-oriented. You really feel like they want to help you find a dress that you love and not like they're pushing you to buy something.
