This shop is far beyond the quality of other shops. The employees are bubbly and truly helpful. I was able to custom design a dress that is perfect! I can’t recommend them more!

We bought a wedding dress two months ago and when we went back a couple days later to pick it up, there was a tear in it. They reordered the dress and then had us pay the cost to ship it since we were no longer in Provo to pick it up. I called ...
Chad, the owner, for a refund on the shipping (since they tore the dress, not us) and he told me that I had no business calling him because I'm not the bride (I'm the groom) and therefore not his customer. It's my wedding too Chad. I would expect more from the owner of the business himself.
